Overpriced and unsatisfactory if you're just looking for a normal pedicure. The basic pedicure is $28 and the description claims a 7 minute massage. She literally just slapped some lotion on my legs/knees while my feet were wrapped in hot towels. I'm assuming that was the "massage". I would give this no stars if I could. I've been getting my nails done since I was young and this was by far the worst experience and product I've ever received. No price was quoted I wasn't asked which type of nails I wanted, it was rushed, the tech didn't say one word to me after I chose a color and was gone after I went to wash my hands. I came back to the table to see a card with a price that was way more than what the product deserved. Others in the shop were given drinks and spoken to while I wasn't even offered anything which is contradictory to what the website said for clients spending over $50. I have been coming here for over a year, but after my last visit, I am finding a new salon! I was charged $46 for my last fill...upon checking out the price list, there is not even a service listed for manicures that cost that much!! I go in every other week, and every time it is a different price, ranging from $18-$38. I can understand that there are different services, but even just a regular fill ranged from $18-$26. There is also supposed to be a reward system that if you spend $500 you get a $20 gift card...I have always given my info when paying, but have never received a discount or notification of the bonus; after a year, I'm quite sure I have spent well over $500! Also, three times my regular tech left before I was done; put me under the dryer, and just left...no oil, no thank you, no instructions, nothing. Very disappointed! read more

I am Prety positive saying "don't get pissy at me" to a customer is not professional and I wasn't angry until I started getting screwed over. Then I was as you said in your version of English "pissy" you thaw over stepped many boundaries along with your employees. Also I don't need to hear life stories of all your employees from your massage therapists. You all need a serious reality check in hospitality and you also need to check up on your employees. After reading the other ladies reviews, wonder how many glasses of wine they had? These guys were terrible, cheap nail polish, water was twice scalding, manager had to ensure that 3rd time water was at proper temperature. Much better at the one inside Walmart, tried these guys because I heard of the giving water, sodas, etc. I went there with my daughters. I was once a loyal customer to this place but I am no longer. They are unbelievably rude. It is the male employees who I have experienced the worst customer service from. I wish I remembered either of the 2 gentlemen's name (referring to them as "gentlemen" is an absolute over statement) to help others who choose to visit this establishment to stay clear of them! I do know one is the manager or owner of this place and at one point, I thought highly of him & always requested him for fills but after 2 visits of experiencing his rude & arrogant "service" I quit going to this place. After several, several months, I decided to give in and see if they had time while I waited for my car at the nearby car wash. Biggest mistake ever to even try again!!!! The man working as host/register was so extremely rude as I asked for a wait time, I simply rolled my eyes and walked out after his attempt of a response. They seem too busy to predict they will go out of business but I bet it would do them wonders to require all employees to take classes on giving excellent customer service!!!! The owners (both the lady & male) need to be the 1st to attend. I'm too big on quality customer service to give this place the time or day. Worst salon experience ever. I had been here for a manicure and the tech messed up the shape of my nails. I pointed out to her my concern with how she was shaping them and she looked at me, sort of shrugged, and said that was the way she did them. So that was already a horrible experience. I decided not to go back, until my friend kept begging me to go get my eyebrows waxed by them because they're supposedly the best. So, I thought maybe their waxing would be better. Nope. I thought is was going to be a wonderful experience as the place was beautiful set up and the technicians were kind. However, I asked for the Deluxe pedicure, expecting the 15-30 minute massage in accompaniment to a nail design. What I received was a pedicure that took less than twenty minutes with paint that has already chipped, not even a full week later. My technician handed me a card with his name on it and promptly disappeared before I could protest the abrupt end to the pedicure and the fact that I never received the nail design I requested. I will not be returning and have told others about my experience. Absolutely terrible service. I went in to get waxed. They sent me to the back waxing room where I waited for about ten minutes for someone to assist me. While I was waiting, there were employees asleep in chairs, and one girl decided to come into the waxing room and pick her face in the mirror. I was absolutely disgusted. The girl that finally came in to wax me, acted very uninterested in what I had to say about how I wanted my brows done, and ended up waxing the entire front half of my left brow off. I used to go here all the time and loved getting massages, it was my favorite place. I just left and had the my least favorite massage ever; it killed me having to pay for it because it was I was so dissatisfied. I have never written a poor review, but I will definitely not come back here for a massage. I literally couldn't wait for it to be over. I wanted to ask to leave because I just couldn't stand it, but I can't help being nice and even left a decent tip. I asked and paid for a deep tissue and definitely didn't feel like that's what I got, he used way too much lotion, it was gross and uncomfortable because I felt slathered in lotion, and he got it all in my hair. Bad service. I'm used to getting good service for a $50 pedicure staff talking about going back to her boyfriend and 4 people huddled near the door smoking, not a good look. When I'm called back ask me if I need help with my stuff, when I got back there I had to find the person that called me. Was given the wrong pedicure tools on floor, plastic should be changed when I get up not while I'm in the chair how is that leaving it clean for the next person. I also pay to have my space not to have tech next to me use my table to put his stuff on for their customer. Kids not receiving service in pedi area which is clearly not allowed according to sign. Two weeks ago I had eyelash extension done they lasted a week and half the lady said that they would last up to 4 weeks..well they didnt. Went back to get them refilled cause they fell out. Beware! Traveling from out of town, my month old shellac needed refreshing. Found this salon last night. Tech nipped me in the process, making my finger really sore, and now looks like it may be infected. To top that off, this morning I noticed that the gel was already peeling. As I am traveling and now about 150 miles away, I had to find another salon for repair. All of last nights gel came off whole, by gently peeling it. Receptionist also quoted me $30 when I walked in, but then charged me $35 when I was finished. Refused to honor original price. read more

I had been going here for quite some time and was always pleased with the work Diane did, especially with the 3D designs on my nails. The last time I went here I showed up at 1025 for my 1030 appointment only to be told by the new owner first that I had missed my 0930 appointment. After telling her that she was not correct and showing both the lady and the man the call on my cellphone (she insisted that she received no calls the previous day for appointment with Diane), I was told my appointment was at 1130. After sitting and customers walking in and immediately taken in, I asked how long I was going to have to wait and was told by the new female "manager", that I would not be seen until 1500. It was then that I told her she was extremely unprofessional and an out-right liar. I left an went to the Asiana Nails on N.W 410 and received not exceptional service and the atmosphere was fantastic. I would never return here and it is sad because Diane was great. The worst part is the workers seem to be sad and walk on egg shells around the new "manager" who rushes them to finish to get the max amount of customers while sacrificing customer satisfaction. We are done with nails lounge. Plan on getting crappy service if you don't decide to get $60 plus pedi! I have been coming here for years....but after their last manager left their service went bad. Now they are soooo pushy. They get upset if you don't upgrade your pedicure to over $50 or get your eye brows waxed...and then they do a quick sloppy job to get you out the door. They are like used car salesman ...They seriously ask you for other services like 10 times. So annoying! This has happened to me 6 times. I told their new manager and she did nothing. I give up. I'm sad because it was a convenient location but the bad service or constant begging is not worth my time or money. I'll have to find a new nail salon. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Read my review! Where do I start... last week my sister in law and I went to get our nails done here. We walk in and there was one lady in the waiting area so by the time we pick out polish they seat us at stations. My nail technician starts right away and my sister in law waits while hers is no where to be found. About 10-15 minutes later a nail technician asks her to move to the waiting area so she can start another customers nails. She moves just thinking the lady was there first maybe in the back getting a pedicure or something. For the next 45 minutes guest after guest gets seen before my sister in law I am getting angry because we were supposed to be doing this together and she's just over there waiting. My nail technician keeps telling the free technicians she needs a full set and they keep picking other guest so after 45 minutes of waiting she decides to go to the car and not get her nails done. I don't blame her I would have been upset too. So I'm now in a rush to finish so she's not just waiting for me. Another 45 minutes later my technician finishes that's an hour and a half for a new set!!!! CRAZY. Not to mention I asked for matte and he didn't listen but by this time I am ready to go. I pay $58, tip, and leave. It hasn't even been a week and all my nails have started to separate from my natural nails! It looks disgusting because anything I touch goes between them. My thumb has started cracking already. I am not hard on my nails at all, so to say I will not be returning is an understatement! read more

The reason I give this place 5 stars is for the pedicures and for my tech "Lam". He is the only one I will ever go to an they know it. He is very meticulous and thoughtful. He has great hands and they are strong, so if you do not like a deep massage, just tell him. He will always ask if the pressure is too much. He takes his time and does it right. He is not pushy with the services and he is pleasant to talk to, if you want to talk. He is not offended in the slightest if you just want to lie back and relax, read, text...whatever. Just be certain to get your glass of wine or a Margarita(alcohol) mixed with at touch of the Strawberry Daquiri (non-alcoholic) for a little sweet treat. If you like tart - go full Margarita, it is included with your services. Oh and if you want quiet and serene, be sure to request the "back room". It is more secluded and restful, but you have to request it. Just some tips from an insider. To sum up - pedicures and/or manicures with Lam, margarita or wine, back room. Enjoy! read more

Got a massage there and it sucks. They rush you through your pedi and your nails. The worse pedi I received..sad. and it is over priced. I didnt mind because I always got a good pedi and massage. But found it kind of pricey 45.00 for set of nails each, did notice when we left my nails were a bit uneven had to file them myself to get them even. From reading the reviews we should have had Betty, she should start her own nail salon because my daughters and I were not as fortunate as the ones who have reviewed Nails Lounge based on the work of Betty. We had a man, can't recall the name and the work was very shabby even on a re-do all we got was shabby x2. I think people are afraid of being seen at the one within the Wal-Mart on 3009, but they have done a better job on us before and we will go back there next time. The customer service at Nails Lounge is lacking, something I have never experienced at the one within the Wal-Mart. I see that people become easily enthralled by the externals. I will stick w/the excellent work from the other nail salon, the one within Wal-Mart. Also, try letting your customers have the better parking spaces, we kept seeing employees parking up front close to the store like I said not very customer service oriented. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They cut my feet up, They burned my feet with the water, and while getting my so called "Massage" while getting my pedicure, the lady was on the phone and only using one hand. I then paid after getting my Mani Pedi and was waiting on a friend to be done with her nails. THe manager, who did nothing but walk around with ear phones in charged me the wrong price but didn't realize it till 15 minuets later while I was sitting there. He then demanded I pay the extra $8, which then magically turned into $58, then $53, then $23. He was the rudest most un professional man I have ever met. He refused to listen to me and called me "Honey" inappropriately when I was disagreeing with him. The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. DO NOT GO HERE. Nail Passion Spa on 3009 or anywhere else is much better. These people may get you with the free drinks but they treat you like crap. They over charge and then start to talk crap about you to customers when you are still in the store, telling them how "we were not going pay to for the mistake we made, they were" (talking about us). I had a Mother/Daughter day on Saturday to get deluxe pedicures here. Everything was great up until the way too HOT towel wrap they put on your feet, she wrapped my foot in it and I swear my foot was going to turn into one huge burn blister. I told Hannah it was too hot, she then proceeded to let me know I had a "sensitive" foot. :/ I wanted a french tip with a thin line of pink under the tip, I proceeded to show Hannah a picture. My daughter wanted the same thing, just with a line of blue under her white tip, I also showed her nail technician the same picture. My daughter left with amazing white tip pedicure, with thin blue line and a great flower design. I left with a hot pink tip with a barely there white thin line underneath. When I saw Hannah putting PINK tip on nails, I stopped her and told her I needed a white tip, I pulled the picture up on my phone again and she wouldn't look at it. She said, OK. She continued to paint my tips pink. I'm not one to make a scene in public so I left with something that looks totally hideous. I also paid the price for a FRENCH TIP when I clearly didn't get one. They charge $3 to draw a line on your toe, $10 for a design, and an additional $10 for a a French Tip. They'll nickel and dime you to death here. Walked out paying $105 for two pedicures. I'm not sure how this place was rated #1 in Schertz. I went in because I was getting my car washed across the way. This was the worse experience that I have had at a nail salon. I'm not sure where to start with this hot mess. My nail tech was Kent, he smelled of cigarette smoke and I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. The chair I was in broken so no chair massage until it was fixed at the end of the pedi. Kent started clipping my nails in a sensitive area and he tells me its due to an ingrown toe nail - which I don't have! Kent disappeared on several different occasions during my pedicure, I guess it was to go smoke. When it came time to get a massage, he was so rough it left bruises on my shines and calves. He asked did I want a flower, I said of course. I started to look for the flower I wanted on my phone via Pinterest. Next thing I know he told me what kind of flower I was going to get. WTH?!!! At that point, I was just ready to get the pedi over with. The instruments used weren't new. So when I went home I used Neosporin on my toes for 5 days to make sure I didn't get some infection.
