I had angel to give me a stiletto full set. Nice work. The shop is very clean and relaxing. It wasn't busy when I went in so I had no wait time. They have a tv you can watch right in front of you so that was cool. Most places I been to either the tv is really low or they play music at the same time which bugs me. i have been getting my nails done here for months and i absolutely love it. They are so nice and accommodating. sometimes i have no idea what exactly i want and they always work with me towards something i always love. one day i came home and was getting ready to go out when i had messed up a couple nails i rushed back to the salon and they fixed it right back up for me and told me to come back again if they get messed up. very friendly staff. read more

I originally was gonna go to a different salon but my boyfriend was getting his hair cut at amazing cuts next door so I just decided to get them done here. My nails turned out great and I love them. Horrible. The smell was already bad when I walked in but I decided to tough it out. When I said full manicure the guy went and got a plastic container of his instruments...yes, they were not in a sterilized pouch which led me to believe it was not sanitary. When I got to my car after my gel manicure I could see in the sunlight the edges were horrible and looked like I had painted them myself. I have gotten gel manis for years and they always last 2 weeks. Well I am on week one and one of my nails is already polish free because it peeled right off. Other nails are starting to go too which leads me to believe their polish is cheap and on top of unclean facilities it makes this place horrible. Save your money. read more

I've been going to this salon for about six months. I've had about a dozen gel manicures and 3-4 pedicures. I love their service and the fact the wait isn't too long if you don't have an appointment. My gel manicure lasts at least 2 weeks, and I'm really tough on my nails. I would highly recommend this salon! read more

I came here because I really wanted to get a new set of acrylics done. I had an older set on my nails when I arrived. The male nail tech ripped off my acrylics which hurt and nicked my nail which made me bleed. No big deal if he made me bleed once. He made me bleed 3 times on different finger tips. He was flustered because it was busy and so he lacked quality on my nails. He also chose to tell me what I wanted was wrong. I said I want more gel in spots he missed. He said no that's the way your nails are supposed to look. I understand it's busy but his attitude and carelessness for my nails on top of him not doing what I wanted ruined my experience for this place. I wont be returning. read more

I began to come to this location because of the reasonable prices and close to home. Yet the past three times I go, they just do a quick job and the result is whatever (just pedicures). This past time I went for a mani/pedi, I just wanted a normal manicure. After being persuaded and repeatedly told my nails will be better with gel, I decided to get the gel. Within three days, the edges of the gel polish are lifting and making it easy to pull off the entire nail of polish. Be cautious! read more

I've gone to this place many many times and the service has just gotten worse each time I visit. The first couple times I went which was a couple years ago the was a man that use to work there who was just horrible at his job he would always rush, never listened to what I wanted and seemed to be carefree while doing my nails, thankfully he isn't working there any longer. now the last time I visited which was a couple weeks ago, I wanted an acrylic full set the lady who did my nails seemed nice but she was really rough with my nails and seemed in a rush, while she was applying the acrylic my natural nail started burning and go really hot I'm guessing it was because of the liquid stuff reacting with the powder, but it was extremely painful and It hadn't happened to me before. In the end the work was really messy and the color changed to a disgusting yellow color in less than 24 hrs for whatever reason. The next day I decided to go back and have them removed and just like I expected, the lady that had done my nails began giving excuses as to why the work was messy and why it had changed color. I told one of the lady that I wanted them off but because they're all about the money, they continuously asked me if I just wanted a different color, gel polish, or if I wanted them shaped differently. After finally getting them to understand that I just WANTED THEM OFF, another client came in and wanted something done so I had been passed to another nail tech which delayed the process of removing the acrylic. Both this nail tech and the one before looked like they didn't know how to take off the acrylic, they were soaking my nails in acetone, drilling it down, pulling up the acrylic nail it was just awful. The process of removal was unbearable and extremely painful I will NOT be returning. One more thing I forgot to mention, this place is extremely unclean! While the lady was doing my acrylics a couple weeks ago, I noticed that she hadn't cleaned up her station before starting my nails, there were nail clippings all over the table top, and she was using a dirty towel that had nail shavings, cuticle clippings etc all over it to whips my hands. read more

Originally I came to this place when it first opened I stopped because the owners wife messed up my eyebrows after that I said never again but I wanted to give it another try nail wise back in 2015 so I've been going to this place for two years and I stopped recently because the behavior was just ridiculous. The owner will make an appointment for you and forget to tell his employees so his employees would be blindsided each and every time. Just now I requested for li and he told me to either stay for 30 minutes or come back in 30 minutes so I came back and li was doing someone else's nails so I sat down for about 10 mins until I was finally greeted by him. He comes over and says he will be with you. Meanwhile I asked for li 30 mins ago. I told him that and he says "oh I didn't know you asked for li" and then he walks away no apology no nothing this isn't his first time. These people are rude as hell and the work is not that great to be dealing with rude and unfriendly people.. li is good though when she's not blind sided by her boss. Oh and FYI to the owners wife. Next time greet everyone don't just look at me and then turn around and greet the people behind me be consistent that's how a good business operates read more
