[Food] - Tsukemen (R $16.50): I wasn't too hungry today, so I opted for the plain one and took a bite of my bf's charsiu instead. Delicious as always especially with a squeeze of lime! Noodles were al dente and bouncy. They never disappoint with their signature fish-based dipping broth. Love that they offer soup wari since I love drinking all my soup (: - Deluxe Tsukemen (R $25.50): If you prefer more toppings, I would recommend this! My bf usually gets this one to share some with me since I can never finish my bowl. Amazing as always! [Service] - Friendly, helpful, fast - Was glad this location didn't have a crazy wait time as the Sawtelle location [Ambiance] - Casual and moderately sized restaurant [Overall] - Would come back again especially since this location is closer for me and the food quality is similar to the Sawtelle location.

Came here with friends on a Tuesday night for some dinner. They were pretty busy but we didn't have to wait for a table when we arrived. They have a lot of tables and its nicely decorated inside and not too loud. I heard their dipping ramen is good but I wasn't feeling it so I ordered their Chasu Tonkotsu Ramen (20.95). It didn't take that long to be served which was great. The Chasu Tonkotsu ramen comes with some seaweed, dried wood ear fungus, and plenty of chasu. The chasu was seasoned well and not fattt but thinly sliced so there actually isn't much chasu given even though there are a couple pieces. The ramen texture was good and broth was deep and rich as well, and it felt pretty authentic. The portion was okay for a regular size but it might be small for people who have bigger appetites. However, it did feel overpriced when it doesn't even come with an egg and doesn't taste spectacular. This place is worth a try but I would recommend choosing a different ramen from their menu.

Pretty good dipping ramen. Came here shortly before closing time to try the famous dipping ramen, and was not disappointed. The dipping broth comes piping hot and the noodles were great. The broth was a bit too salty for my liking, but that's expected since it's supposed to be used for dipping. Overall, would come here again since the service was exceptional and the food was good.

Ramen is quite tasty and so is the meat. It's filling and sufficient for satisfaction without having to drive out to west LA. Great service. And the dessert is quite interesting. Both were enough to share and be happy still.

This Tsujita is located in a plaza that connects with the San Gabriel Hilton. I recommend parking in the plaza's underground lot and walking up the stairs near the elevators to the first floor. I came here for Friday lunch and it wasn't very busy. I got to chose where I wanted to sit, and the staff brought over water. The table has sides of pickeled ginger and a mustardy paste that's sesame flavored. I ordered the karage for $8.95 and tonkatsu ramen for $15.95. The prices seemed to have gone up in the last few months. The karage portions were smaller than expected. It wasn't the most Krispy but was fragrant. It also came with a white sauce and a lime for additional flavors. The ramen noodles were very hard when it first arrived at the table. The soup is oily yet light, the green onions and wood ear fungi adds texture and flavors that enhance the meal. The ramen portion was reasonable, and I was very full afterwards. The staff is very diligent, attentive, and helpful. I only have good things to say about the service. Overall, the food was good but on the pricier side. The service is excellent. I recommend coming to this Tsujita to give their ramen a try!

Loved everything about the visit I had at this Tsujita location. The service was prompt, friendly, and fast. The server explained everything thoroughly to my dining companion who has never had tsukemen before. The noodles were delicious as was the appetizer. I didn't quite find my noodles spicy at all despite selecting a higher numbness and spiciness level. Parking is also available and free. It was also not crowded and the restaurant airy and well air conditioned, which I appreciated. It was nice I had enough elbow rooms and ease of getting in and out of my seat despite the two seater table I selected. I hope an outpost for Tsujita pops up in Orange County somewhere in the future. We totally need a good noodle restaurant like this in Irvine or Mission Viejo area.

The restaurant is rather small. They currently have a collaboration with Naruto so there's some images on the walls. The servers were nice but they often forgot items, even when it wasn't so busy. I got the Spicy Ajitama Tuskemen. It definitely hit the spot but lacked spice. It was as spicy as sriracha. The brown mushroom side had more of a kick than the soup. The only thing I didn't like was that the soup was rather cool, I would've like it to be more warm

Tsukemen is one of my favorite Japanese dishes and this place specializes in it and does it right. I got the Spicy Chashu Tsukemen in a Large and it hit the spot. Served with lime and GENEROUS slices of chashu. The broth was rich, flavorful, and complimented the noodles and meat perfectly. Not much to add or detract from tbh, was a perfect bowl of Tsukemen in my eyes. Only thing, as someone who always gets the larger option at places I think most people would be fine with a R order of Tsukemen. The only thing that's added is more noodles which if anything I had too many of. I think with the amount of meat given the R is already enough to make you full, I felt like I was going to burst haha Lunchtime on a Sunday had quite open seating, and service was prompt and kind. You are even able to split your bill as many ways as you like if you desire. They have a Naruto collab going on right now, so listening to the Naruto OST while dining was a nostalgic and fun experience!

Love that Tsujita has other locations than its original in Sawtelle! And luckily, this one hits the spot the same as the original. Parking in this lot can be crowded as its a busy street but there should be plenty in the underground structure. Came for a late weekday dinner and there was no issue parking and plenty of seating inside. Like the original Tsujita, it's well-decorated and has pretty much all the same options--but I love that there's stuff you can't find at the original here too! The perfect example of this is that they have spicy tsukemen--the same famous tsukemen they have as the original, but, understandably, spicy! It definitely hit the spot like the original would, that smoky, fishy, umami, porky broth flavor coming through and coating the noodles. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's because I'm so used to eating the non-spicy original, but it didn't mesh together as well as I thought. However, it's still a nice twist on the original if you like spicy!

The dipping noodles are as good as the original Sawtelle location. Good service and good food! Cannot complain. I got the spicy Tsuskmen and I think I prefer the original.

    Ajitama Tonkatsu ramen

It was a rainy Saturday early evening, so it was pretty quick to get a table. There were a few empty tables when we arrived, so we were seated right away. Closer to us leaving, more customers started to come in that most tables were filled, but there wasn't any wait outside yet. The service is always nice and quick here, so it's nice to see the consistency in service, despite them usually having only one or two waiters at a time from what I remember. Got the Ajitama Tsukemen, Spicy Ajitama Tsukemen, Ajitama Tonkatsu ramen, and Tsujita Hojicha Pudding. Unfortunately, my go-to is normally the Deluxe Tsukemen, but this day they did not have the tsukemen chashu ready (was told that the wait was 30 minutes if we wanted it), which sucks because that eliminates half of the Tsukemen menu as a choice. - Ajitama Tsukemen: I prefer toppings with my tsukemen, so I opted for this because their seasoned egg is pretty good too, a jammy yolk that's nicely marinated. It was good, but I still prefer the Deluxe Tsukemen and would recommend that over this for a more balanced experience. This had bits of chashu in the dipping broth, but it was very few and mainly fatty pieces. I love the fresh lime with it, so I recommend adding it for a little acidity to cut the fattiness that can make it feel too heavy to finish. It's recommended to squeeze the lime onto the noodles, but I prefer squeezing it directly into the dipping broth for a more acidic punch to the taste. - Spicy Ajitama Tsukemen: It's the Ajitama Tsukemen but spicy. The spice level was not too overwhelming, it had a pleasant heat level that I found to be not overwhelming. There was a kick to it at first, but not crazy spicy at all. - Ajitama Tonkatsu: I didn't try this as this was my friend's order. She found it to be average. It was not the best tonkatsu ramen for her, so if she was to come here, she'd prefer tsukemen over their ramen too. Based on the look of it, the ramen noodles were of the thinner ramen type. - Tsujita Hojicha Pudding: Surprisingly impressed with this dessert! I didn't expect to like it much, but it was a great dessert. Nutty, toasty, creamy, and perfectly sweetened! The pudding is a nice texture, maybe on the firmer side but nothing off-putting about that. Topped with a light whipped cream that's also hojicha (I think?), it's balanced and almost addicting. Overall, this is a great option for lunch or dinner. They're known for their tsukemen, which I also enjoy more, so I'd recommend this spot for tsukemen rather than their ramen. It might feel a bit on the pricier side for what it is. It's definitely a little splurge for a casual meal to me too, but it's consistently good and I do enjoy their recipe. Worth a consideration if you're interested and in the area!

It is a small store in a busy plaza, we wanted to give it a try due to some famous youtuber's video. Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle's "Killer Noodle" is a masterful fusion of Sichuan heat and Southeast Asian flavors, delivering an intense, a bit numbing spice that's not for the faint of heart. Love the sesame and peanuts aroma! My husband can normally handle very spicy food, but even their Level 4 spice (out of 6) had him sweating --deliciously so, but be aware! The Spicy Chashu Ramen was slightly more approachable, with its creamy, umami-rich pork bone broth balancing the heat beautifully. The flavorful chashu ( very thin) and springy noodles made it a standout. Just wish they can put more topping ( vegetable). If you love bold, fiery flavors, Tsujita LA is a must-try--just start lower on the spice scale unless you're truly fearless. One of the most memorable ramen spots in the city! And it is a bit pricy but worth the try!!

Arrived at 1120am today knowing they open at 1130am because we wanted to avoid the lunch rush. My wife and kids were really looking forward to the Tsukemen so we waited right outside. At 1132am, the worker comes out and lets us know that the Tsukemen would take 1 hour so they are only serving ramen. Why couldn't he tell us while we were in line? Why would your signature dish take an extra hour after opening? Horrible customer experience.

Do you have killer noodle Thursdays ? I saw a few months back the advertising photos on the internet .

We do not have it at the moment. Maybe we will have it in the future!

    Do they have high chairs?

    Yes we do

Do they allow pick-up orders? I believe the Sawtelle locations didn't allow take out but that was pre-Covid so I don't know if they have changed that policy since.

Yes, you can get them to go, just order inside restaurant.

But found out it sold out in less than a day There's no collab decor as described on the website inside the store. The gyoza is small in size but packed with flavor. Might wish the size is slightly bigger though. Ramen is same as I remember years ago (customizable with noodle firmness, oil level, and saltiness level with the tare). Regular ramen contains 2 pieces of chashu, red ginger, and green onion (that I omitted) and a sprinkle of sesame seed. Everything else is add-ons so can get quite pricy for a medium portion size ramen if you start adding more toppings to it. I was sat right at the bar next to the register so I guess service is quick and attentive overall it's still a solid choice for ramen but without much special combo meals options or collab events, might not return as regularly due to price.

First off, the takoyaki octopus balls were full of flavor. I feel that this place does them really well. You don't feel overwhelmed by any seafood tastes and instead, you get well balanced flavor throughout every bite with the combination of the ball itself, the sauces and the flakes on top. Next is the omurice. The egg is cooked to perfection and tastes absolutely amazing. The curry, however, which was recommended by the waiter over the Demi glaze, tasted exactly like the Vermont curry cube you get in the grocery store, so I'm not sure why he recommended that over the Demi glaze. The fried rice within the omurice was alright too. Originally, I wanted to get the tonkatsu omurice but got it on the side as the choice wasn't available for the lunch menu. I would suggest doing without the tonkatsu because it was dry and there's a million and one places that can do tonkatsu better than this place. Honestly, I wish I had the opportunity to cut the omurice myself and choose how much curry I put on it, but the staff did that instead, which I guess made for a good video, but took away from my innate desires to cut the egg on my own haha. Next, the ramen tasted pretty basic like what you could get at any ramen shop. For the chicken wings, I've never had chicken wings in this flavor. They were really really good and I would definitely recommend the wings. For the desserts, I enjoyed both the matcha and the snow globe. I'm not sure what I enjoyed more, however. The snow globe is a gelatin and it doesn't really have too much flavor until you get to the parts with the flower. Plus the little clear balls have a nice flavor and texture. For the matcha, it has an interesting texture and then an interestingly light, yet deep matcha flavor. Oh the drinks. The Thai tea tastes exactly like how it does everywhere else. The amazing lemonade is a lemonade with a few slight modifications, like with cucumber and maybe some other things as well. For the service, it's pretty good here. Everyone is pretty attentive. There are three things at the table, such as cayenne pepper and two other bowls you can add to your dishes to add flavor. I forgot the name of the one I liked but it looked kind of like pork floss or loose tea, and that one had a lot of flavor. I think what's most appealing about this place is the ambiance because you can like sit in a honeycomb, there's fancy designs everywhere and you feel like you're in a different place. I think it's a good restaurant but it's kind of weird how some things here are amazing and some are just okay.

Popcorn chicken has good seasoning and light/almost no batter, which may or may not be good because there isn't as much crunch. The meat was definitely moist. Thai tea is mid. I think the jelly dessert is overrated, but definitely nice and refreshing if muted in flavor. I think it was too solid for my liking. Service is nice and efficient. Nothing bad. Ambiance is cute.
