Be prepared to wait if you are coming during peak lunch hours, we waited 20 minutes and arrived at 1pm on a weekend. I have not had yunnan noodles before. They're so good! The noodles are thick and bouncy rice noodles, so they don't hold the flavor of the soup well, but are fun to eat. I liked the golden beef one more as it had more flavor. You put he ingredients in the soup and bam in 3 min your dish is ready. Very nice soup broth. Tasting yummy. Braised beef noddles schezwan : tasty and slight tinge of spicy. This noodles is also delicious and yummy Dessert with coconut snow and jelly. This is our favorite. It's one of the best desserts we had recently. Must try Service is friendly and great. Opened at 430p, no wait to be seated. It was pretty warm and felt a bit humid inside. Booths are large and can fit a good sized group. They brought waters right away, all ordering is by QR code, takeout station at front of restaurant has a self service ordering iPad for to-go orders. All dishes were very light on flavor, and ingredients fresh. Expected more heat in the chili wonton soup, and the menu didnt indicate adding a egg to the ramen dish would be fried, we expected a soft boiled egg which was disappointing. The boba milk tea was very mild with flavor as well. Felt relatively self-serve even for dine in, all dishes were pretty bland, Himalayan salt did little to remedy as the only seasoning on the table. I wouldn't say I would come back based on this experience and the light flavor profiles, but did appreciate the fresh ingredients. read more

We came here on a Sunday for lunch. It was a nice warm and comforting food. We ordered two rice noodle soup dishes and they were both quite tasty. The broths were different but both very flavorful. The only downside was that the cleaning detergent they used to wipe down the table was very strong, so even after sitting down for our meal, the smell didn't dissipate for the entire meal which made the experience kind of unpleasant. read more

FIRE yunnan noodles in Bellevue! I actually liked this place a lot more than 10s Yunnan Rice Noodles which my friends tend to frequent. Big fan of their soup flavor (I got the Crossing-the-Bridge Golden Beef Rice Noodles) and noodles, as well as the Sichuan minced pork dry noodles. My husband ordered the beef noodle soup and was not the biggest fan, so there's definitely some variance in quality between the different dishes. The 5 stars is just for the main dishes I've tried! For side dishes, the quality is definitely variable. Beef shank and brown sugar rice cakes are both pretty good here, but I also ventured to try their chili oil chicken w/ sesame sauce and that tasted super off. Would definitely not order that again. This will definitely be somewhere I revisit though, delicious soup noodles for sure! read more

A solid noodle place. I think I personally don't like the taste of the rice noodles used for yunnan noodle soup (because it doesn't absorb the flavor of the broth), but the broth is still comforting and flavorful. My biggest complaint would probably be the service - the friendliness was fine, but it was a little hard waving down staff, especially if you're seated in a far corner. I love a crossing the bridge noodle. And I love a tomato soup. I swear I've been to this place before under a different name and different interior. The place itself feels very modern and clean. We ordered via QR code online, and the food came out fairly quickly. We ordered the chicken wings which were so good. They're soy sauce marinated which is so nostalgic. They were so juicy as well. Don't expect a big crunch though, it's definitely not deep fried w batter. The tomato crossing the bridge noodles were yummy. Soup is on the tart-er side in terms of tomato broths, but I still enjoyed it. I definitely felt like the soup was hot enough to cook everything thoroughly. The key is to not hesitate haha Overall, very yummy! I'd love to come back and try their other dishes. Bonus, get some moge tea which shares the space, as dessert! read more

There was so little soup that it can't cover the noodles and the beef was so few and poor quality that there is one edible piece. Nan noodles is one of my go to spots when I'm craving soupy noodles! They have a variety of rice noodle options and spicy noodles as well. TRADITIONAL - 4/5 GOLDEN PEPPER BEEF - 5/5 I've been here on multiple occasions and have tried their traditional crossing the bridge rice noodle, golden pepper beef, and some of the spicy noodles. My absolute go to is the golden pepper beef rice noodle. The broth is really flavorful - both sour and spicy. It contains broccoli, fatty beef slices, and corn. Their rice noodle bowls are also huge.. I usually never finish so I take the broth home. The bowl is also piping hot so I let the soup cool for a minute before putting the rice noodles in (otherwise the noodles get too soft). Their spicy noodles are also really flavorful and yummy, but they are a smaller portion. The noodles are thin and firm and can absorb the flavor well. The service is good and there usually isn't a wait as there are many tables. There is also dessert right inside the restaurant (Moge Tea) if you're craving a fruity smoothie or bubble tea afterwards :) I highly recommend this place! (It was my cousins favorite place after taking her to many restaurants in the area) read more

Pretty good noodle spot! Came here on a Thursday night and got seated after a few minutes. The restaurant was pretty decently packed. The overall vibe was nice and clean. Very bright and there was a little boba corner in the restaurant that we tried out to get some boba while we waited. The food was exactly what we needed on a nice cold day. The broth was super flavorful and there was a lot of meat. Noodles cooked to my liking. I left feeling very satisfied. Service wasn't the best. Our server was nice and all but we weren't checked up on. I'd come here again if I'm in the mood. read more

There's also a ton of beef and veggies inside, and got noodles for this dish. Noodles themselves were al dente and fresh. Friend and I also shared a side of fried dumplings, which came out very hot and didn't really need the sauce provided on our table, as everything already had enough taste. Staff brought out the food relatively fast - within about 10 minutes for all our dishes - and this is on top of the restaurant becoming a full house throughout the hour we stayed. People even started lining up near the waiting area after a while, that's how packed this place gets!

The lamb could be a bit more tender, but the soup is nice and hearty for a cold day.

I was most curious and most disappointed by the scallion noodle and pork chop. The portion size seemed too small to justify its price point, and I felt the pork chop tasted dry. The noodles however, had a great flavor, so if I were to try the place again, I'd only go for the scallion oil noodles. The dumplings were amazing. They were a little pricey but worth the cost, and worth the restaurant name. The dumplings were larger than most dumpling places I've been to, and the meat and soup inside were super flavorful. The wontons were also good, though it can't beat the pan fried dumplings. The salty soy milk was a very unique experience- it was thicker, rich and flavorful than other salty soy milk soups that I'm used to. It almost has an umami, seafood-ish taste to it. Though I'm not a big fan of soy milk, I enjoyed this dish more than expected! After our meal, we got to choose some magnets to take home, which was a creative and sweet gift. For the overall price point, I don't think I'd be coming here regularly for a meal. I may drop by for choice items like the pan fried dumplings!

I would return for the tea egg and wontons!

Beef noodle soup was delicious- we added a fried egg (I would skip it next time) and extra noodles on the side.

We also enjoyed the chewy bean jelly noodles in spicy sauce. It is quite refreshing as there is a nice tang to the spicy sauce. We ended the dinner with brown sugar ice jelly. It has some dried cranberries, a few pieces of tiny mochi, and almond flakes. It was delicious, and not too sweet. We look forward to be back to try the other dishes.
