I've never had anything there that wasn't fabulous! It's a great place for a romantic date night or a night where you'd like to have conversation. White linen tables are not close together so it's very comfortable (but you can go very casual, its not stuffy). They have a full bar plus a very nice wine list. Went there for the first time last night with a friend at her suggestion. Let me preface the review by saying I have been to many Thai restaurants in the past 25+ years since I first started eating Thai food (not much back home in Montana lol). Here are the pros and cons: Pros--nice decor, large space, food brought out promptly Cons--few patrons and none who were Asian (not a good sign); Chicken Coconut soup was not the worst but definitely not the best--who puts tomatoes in this soup, broth was too thin, pieces of chicken were so large they needed to be cut with a knife; Roti Massaman-- Massaman wasn't Massaman--it was the same curry as the Panang I ordered, was cold and was in a bowl the size of a soy/wasabi bowl at a Sushi restaurant--when I asked the waitress to warm it and bring a bigger bowl, she developed an attitude for the rest of the meal; Panang Chicken was decent but the curry saucy was so thin they had to serve it in a bowl with rice separate. Price was a little high compared to their competitors. Will not be going back. Too many other, better Thai restaurants in Atlanta. read more

I love Thai, so I wanted to try this local place. Good I thought the decor and ambiance were great. We were seated promptly on a Saturday night. The Cashew Nut Chicken was good and we asked for it to be more spicey which was nice. Bad Pad Thai tasted really sweet to me. It is my go to dish, but I prefer it more savory. It was unusual compared to it at other places. I ate it, but both my wife and I said it was our least favorite in the party year. The service was just ok. My water was empty more than half the meal. Also I found $16 for Pad Thai chicken and shrimp was too much, particularly since we didn't Overall I don't see myself going back even though I LOVE thai and it one of the closest Thai places to my house. Love this place!!! I've been here to dine in a while ago and remember liking it, but lately have been doing take out (it's currently take out only) and have been very happy each time. Tonight I got green curry with tofu, veggie spring rolls, and mango sticky rice. I ordered the green curry spicy and it is just the right level of heat: my face got a teensy bit hot but I could still taste everything perfectly. It's a pretty big portion and filled with veggies and tofu. The spring rolls are nice and crunchy. Mango sticky rice is delicious and a pretty good portion as well. Tried it for the first time, and I was not impressed. Just very average Asian cuisine. Veggie spring rolls were very basic and somewhat bland. Pad thai had way too much sweet tamarind sauce and not enough egg or onions or protein or peanuts, just lots of a not so good tamarind sauce and tons of noodles. For $18, it was way overpriced and not enjoyable. I ended up putting most of it down the garbage disposal. I don't know why this restaurant gets such good reviews. I'm a diehard Buford Highway Asian restaurant food fan. If you are too, then you will not appreciate this restaurant (or any other Asian restaurant in the suburbs, for that matter). I have mixed feelings. It's a nice restaurant. Bigger than you'd expect from the outside. More fancy than I'm used to for Thai places, but pretty and clean and soothing. Service was also good - attentive without being annoying. We started with spring rolls, served four to an order. My husband had a curried shrimp fried rice, which had about 10 shrimp in it. A pleasant, unexpected surprise as that is usually not the case. I had massaman curry with chicken, which came with peanuts and sweet potatoes. It was good; sweeter than I'm used to but still tasty. The chicken was fresh and there was a lot of it. I couldn't eat all of the sweet potato cubes because some of them were not cooked all the way through, which was disappointing. I also had to ask for a plate to eat my food on because they served it to me with the curry in a bowl and the rice scoop in another small bowl. Things that make you go hmm. Halfway through the meal I ordered a side of roti canai ($3) to dip into my curry. They forgot about it in the kitchen so it I had to wait a while but I wasn't too bothered and the waitress was apologetic. But ya'll. The prices. As much as the food was good, it wasn't AMAZING. It was standard Thai food in a nice atmosphere. The average plate is $15/$16 and that's only with chicken; it gets higher with other meats. We ended up spending $50 on an app of spring rolls, a three-dollar roti canai and two dishes. We had water for our drinks. Fifty. Dollars. Wha? I might go back but it won't be my regular spot for Thai fixes during the week. read more

I love the location of this place and the ambience. It is very much a "date night" place - not many kids around, and very quiet. Our youngest kid was sleeping during the dinner, but my oldest was there in addition to ourselves. We enjoyed the food very much, but there was just not enough of it for the price they were charging! I love having leftovers and was sad that there was barely any left even though we ordered 3 entrees for 2 adults and a kid. Also note that there was no kids menu. Overall I'm glad to have a good thai place around here, but I don't know if I will go back often given the price range for the amount of food you get. read more

Our first time at NaNa and it won't be the last! We decided to try an early lunch. The restaurant is beautiful. Very stylish and modern. We were welcomed to a booth by a window and served icy water. The waitress was very helpful. We decided to share Basil Rolls with chicken and shrimp and a yummy sauce. We shared a bowl of Coconut Soup. Loved it! Ken had Ginger Chicken with rice and I had Pad See Ew. Both were fresh and perfectly flavored. Ken enjoyed a glass of red wine. Total was $40 plus tip. We will be back!! read more

The food was average as Thai will go which is not a bad thing and the staff was working their tails off to keep up with what seemed to be an I expectingly busy evening. The decor is inviting, warm with an upscale feel. A nod to the chef for using sweet potatoes in place of regular ones in their dishes to add a unique flavor.
