So silly! I was getting gas nearby and did a quick search for a car wash near me. This was a few…read moreblocks away and had good reviews so I gave it a try. It is very self serve. You pull up to the car wash and pick your type and pay with a credit card. I went during "happy hour" 2-5 which includes a free upgrade! So I got the $13 wash for only $11. You just pull in and the machines move all around you. Usually I go to ones where you pull onto the track and it moves your car through. The dinosaurs everywhere is so funny and random. Easy in and out and my car is clean! I will go back!

I came to this shop after another shop quoted me a ton of repairs that were going to cost over $4k altogether. Some of the repairs were valid and necessary so I went to Alex to get the most pressing ones done first. He was nice enough to inform me that the rest of the repairs were unnecessary after looking them over, which is saving me a ton of money that the other shop would have gladly took. I'm so thankful to have found someone who doesn't pray on customers like me who don't have the knowledge or the tools to inspect all of the intricate parts of an aging car. They were in stock. So, I got them. Had them installed. Install went well. No issues. Damn. They sound amazing! Tested them with Heavy Metal music (duh). Sounds so much better! Clearer and cleaner. With a bit of bite to them. Rick and his team were awesome. He didn't try to upsell me. Just told me the pros and cons (which wasn't anything of consequence). Very good experience. Probably, will have them install a new head unit soon.

I made an appointment for noon on Friday, and when I showed up was a little surprised by how small the place was and a lot surprised by how busy it was! There were 4 cars in front of me and I could hardly get out of the way of the outgoing lane until an employee started directing cars and got things more organized. I was worried the quote of an hour would t cover the time waiting for the wash but it ended up being right at an hour total and I was completely happy with my mini detail! My lesson is maybe don't go right at lunch lol, it was much quieter when I left at 1. For $100 my car was shiny on the outside and fresh, clean, and conditioned on the inside! I specified I wanted the console and glove box cleaned (and had emptied them out in preparation) and they both looked great at finish. The indoor waiting area is decent, a little warm but certainly better than outside and there is a bathroom and plenty of seating. If you are looking for a quick bite the Mexican market next door has a food counter with some bomb chili rellenos!

I had read the previous review and figured that it seriously couldn't be that bad - I don't have high standards regarding car wash places, so here are my thoughts about my experience so far: 1) Definitely no indicator letting you know that you're running out of time. 2) The pressure washer is SO STRONG that I almost flew away with it when I pulled the trigger. Talking about this, when you want to wash off the soap foam off of your vehicle, you literally MAKE IT SNOW. You don't wash away the soap, you just push it away and it just creates a snow tornado. Literally. Above your car (and head). 3) The placement of the tools is ridiculous. The hose being oriented towards the credit card reader and program panel, as soon as your money is taken, it rains on your feet. Pretty aggressively, given that it's a pressure washer... Yes, ladies and gentlemen: FREE FEET WASH FOR Y'ALL! Also, the foam brush is hung up high, so the time for you to move with your squishy feet from the program panel and pick "foam brush" and then walkto the other side to grab the tool, the brush starts foaming and the foam build-up falls where? ON YOUR HEAD. Free shampoo. Great. 4) Coin change machine out of use (today at least). 5) There's nobody on site, so I can't even tell at anyone. This is disappointing. 6) I was hoping to wash my heavy duty car mats, too. Usually, other places have these jumbo pins where you can hang them and power wash them. Nope, not here, obviously. I mean the next door bay had 3 of them, but not mine. Clock is ticking, I'm not going to move my car now... So I laid them down on the (gross - full of soil and debris) ground, and as the water pressure is so crazy and the place sucks, I ended up getting some old soil from someone else's previous wash being sprayed all over my mats. Yay. 7) I think the worst part is that I feel like the water smells like shrimp. I'm not even lying - I could also just be some water drain issue, but I guess I'll update this review later if when I come home, I realize that it's just MY smell after a hot work day. I'm pretty positive it's the water I just "washed" my car with though. Needless to say, I gotta go dry up my clothes now. Don't come here. Just don't. I'll just go finish this up elsewhere. Pictures 1) Low vehicles, drive slow. The place is super sloped and the driveway looks miserable 2) Oh, that's probably what stinks! Old bottles and food stuck under the water drain grate. And they're not from yesterday. I could read the date on one of them (that I cleaned up with the super duper powerful hose: 2012). They quoted using accurate book hours, use OEM parts, and were completely transparent about everything. What really sets them apart, though, is their integrity. They were the only shop that told me my specific issue was actually covered under BMW's extended warranty. Not only that, they even walked me through exactly what to say to BMW to get it approved. Most shops would have happily taken my money instead. Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the right thing for their customers.
