35$ for a 'semi charcoal' micro filter. If I hadn't been so hasty and removed the filter and threw it away, I would've waited to buy one on eBay that was a full charcoal filter for $16. One gentleman was SOOO rude. He was looking at oil... Motor oil!! Yet he couldn't grab my filter. Hmm. He said, oh I'm doing something can't help right now. Ok so there's like 4 employees in the store yet only two customers and I've still gotta wait for the filter. Ok keep looking at that motor oil ... Maybe u could use some in your head. For a full charcoal filter they wanted $65. Almost 4 times the EBAY price...smh. I recommend autozone or EBAY as this place is a ripoff. period. Quadruple the price. read more

Let me tell you a story about my experience at this Napa location. First of all I go in there to get two rear wheel bearings both of which they had in stock for the Napa pro former brand. I received the bearings and then about four hours later I finally got the rusted pieces of shit off my car. I went to install it and the ass clown behind the counter boxed one of them wrong. (A common occurrence at this location) I go to return the parts and get the correct ones five minutes before closing and the man slams the door in my face and then holds the door shut when I'm asking him what's wrong, it's five minutes to closing. he then opens the door with an extreme amount of attitude saying we're "CLOSED" now I have to drive 30 minutes to a different Napa who will have some common courtesy to take care of my needs when they messed up. Crotchety guy that worked there Sunday, June 12, 2016, was awful, rude, and unhelpful. Avoid NAPA at all costs. This character went out of his way to be a jerk. The back story is that I bought a brand new car battery from them last year. It went dead and gave an error code when I tried to charge it. I brought it in for that reason. This NAPA guy acted like he didn't even know if it was their battery (despite the branding). He claimed he couldn't look up the information on their system. He then proceeded to condescendingly lecture me letting the battery go dead. Seriously? Why? He won't help me without the receipt, which I at my house. So, another customer behind me points to info on the battery and says, "That code shows that it's from last year." Then, he told me that sometimes chargers give an error code, but if you jump the battery with another vehicle the battery will recharge and be fine. I left the store annoyed with NAPA. I figured I'd try the suggestion from the customer and then, if it didn't work, try a different NAPA store. Well, it worked. So, customers in the store appear to be nicer and more knowledgable than the staff at NAPA. By the way, I had a problem with a battery one time that I had purchased from autozone. Those guys were great. They had all the info in their system and were super nice. read more

This place is a COMPLETE rip off. Went for two feet of 1/4 inch fuel hose....rubber hose, bulk, off the roll. $4.80 a foot. I know they have to make a buck but over nine dollars for two feet of rubber fuel line is out of line. With several auto part stores close by on Ogden Avenue you would think they would want to be competitive and not fleece customers to the point that they never return. Good thing they have a recognizable name ..or they would be gone already...fuel line is fuel line guys, I won't be back for my big ticket items. read more
