A car thats wait eveyrone else said was 2-3 months he got me into early and i see that as very good customer service, once I came in for my paper work and talk numbers, he was very reasonable and didn't add on any bs. I had a very frustrating experience working with Mark Beasly at North Town Toyota. The entire…read moreprocess of purchasing and arranging shipping for my car was unnecessarily prolonged due to poor communication and a lack of knowledge about their own shipping process. I was repeatedly given incorrect information, which made an already stressful situation even more complicated. I paid for shipping 10 days before ever receiving the car, yet throughout that time I was constantly given different pickup and delivery dates that never actually happened. Because of the misinformation, I ended up taking time off work multiple times for no reason, expecting the car to arrive when I was told it would. There was little to no communication, no tracking updates, and no sense of urgency from the dealership regarding the situation. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I eventually had to contact the shipping company myself and speak directly with a manager just to get a carrier assigned and have the car shipped within the timeframe I needed. That should have been handled by the dealership, especially after already paying for shipping well in advance. On top of that, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I remained patient and cooperative throughout the process because I genuinely wanted the car, but I never felt like I was being taken seriously as a customer. There was constant pressure to sign paperwork before the end of the month, which clearly felt more beneficial to the dealership than to me. I was also told the car would not be held for more than a week unless I signed immediately, creating unnecessary pressure to rush into a major purchase. At one point, I was even told another person had a hold on the vehicle, which felt like a scare tactic to push me into making a quicker decision. Overall, this was an incredibly stressful and exhausting experience. Between the misinformation, pressure tactics, lack of communication, and the fact that I had to step in and handle parts of the shipping process myself, I can honestly say that if I had known things would be handled this poorly, I never would have purchased a car from this dealership. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious when working with this salesperson and dealership.

I tend to forget about Napa, not sure if it's because there's so many AutoZones and Advance auto…read moreparts stores around me. Well, it very could be the reason...But I am not going to forget anymore. Napa is a great store, besides auto parts. They carry parts and tools for marine, and farm equipment. Napa's inventory rivals the dealers when it comes to supplies and prices. The service is so much better, than the two other businesses I mentioned. They even offer curbside pickup, and online pickup is normally ready within 30 minutes. I will make it a point, to shop here more often.

We have older vehicles, and regularly do some repairs ourselves. (By "ourselves", I mean my handy…read moredad does some repairs for us.) There is a more convenient AutoZone location near our home, but we gave up on them after several chances, and several fails of them selling us the wrong part. Which brings me to Napa. For anyone who does their own car repair, you probably already know that Napa parts are typically more expensive than places like AutoZone. But you're paying for the expertise of Napa salespeople, who have not steered us wrong with incorrect parts. This particular Napa store is hooked to one of their larger distribution centers in the area. So if you need a car part or tool, there is a good chance they'll have it at this store, or in the attached warehouse. The last time I was in, everyone was masked (during pandemic times), and aisles and floors were clearly marked to keep patrons safely distanced. When we have an auto parts need, it may save us a few bucks to go to a cheaper vendor, but avoiding the hassle of wrong parts and returns makes it worth it to pay the price at reliable Napa.

They kept me informed and thoroughly tested the repairs. I've sent other folks here, and they were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Well, let's see... I first took a motorhome to Hillmans for…read morea "pre-purchase" inspection that was apparently never done, as when I had to remove the engine cover weeks later, there was an animal next, obviously old, on top of the engine block. Hillmans told me the unit was in good shape. 2 weeks later, returning from our second camping trip (local, thank goodness), we overheated. Since I had already scheduled service for a generator that kept stalling and a refrigerator that didn't get cold (thanks for the "pre-purchase inspection...), I added that to the list. After two days, I called for an update and was told the radiator needed to be replaced. Three days after that, I cancelled my scheduled camping trip due to not having a motorhome to go in. I was told the new radiator was $1500.00 but they could send the old one out for a re-core. A week after than, I again called for an update and they claimed to have not heard from the radiator shop but my generator had been repaired and the refrigerator was cold. I expressed my displeasure that Hillman had not called me and that I had to keep calling for updates. Long story short, they never called me until I called complaining and, after two weeks, I had a new radiator and a refrigerator that still wasn't cooling. The generator was untested. Ricky at Hillman told me he'd price a new reefer and get back to me. Still waiting for that call. Meanwhile, the motorhome has been leaking transmission fluid in my driveway and any other place the unit has been, the generator continues to stall and I finally got the reefer working myself. The motorhome is now at another shop, and the first question I got was "who put this radiator in? All the transmission lines are cross threaded and leaking". I paid Hillman $3,000.00 for all this work and the only thing I got was excuses and a poorly installed radiator. Lesson learned.... 10/8 - Update from the shop fixing what HIllman didn't: ""Good evening Bob, just letting you know I literally just closed the hood on your RV & it's all set for pickup tomorrow....Please give me an idea when you're going to come by and pick it up.... We will talk then about going after the place that did this terrible butcher job." and "but we definitely need to get your money back from those hacks."
