Horrible , horrible . This was my fav pizza place but not anymore. Tonight the delivery took an hour and a half get here and then the cashier "forgot to write wings on the order" so we didn't receive our wings but yet charged us $36.75 for an xl pizza!! Gave this place a second chance only to see I made a mistake. Pizza was cold too . If your restaurant is busy please say so over the phone so we can expect a later delivery time. Smh. I was really craving this but only to be disappointed in them yet again. The cashier really needs to focus and get it together because if you're busy it makes you look unprofessional that you can't complete a simple order. Here we go again. Received incomplete order after 45 mins. Called and was told they would give me credit for missing item. Only problem with that is they deny they owe you anything when you try to use it. This has happened a few times, never got any of what was missed. This place has some really tasty pizza, I ordered takeout from there two days in a row because I liked it so much. There are a few booths in there where you can eat, but it's pretty much a dive. The people working at the counter are pretty friendly, it seems like it might be a family owned business. I highly recommend the pepperoni pizza, a small one is only $8 and it's fantastic. Pizza is good, but not great. Crust is too thick to be thin crust but too thin to be pan, so it's kind of odd. Sauce and cheese are bland. Huge saving grace: toppings are AMAZING. We ordered sausage with green peppers and mushrooms and both the mushrooms & onions were clearly fresh veggies they chop daily. So good! Also, the french fries are GREAT here. Unfortunately last night when we ordered the fries were super cold and soggy. :( Overall, not my favorite place but okay pizza with very fresh yummy toppings. read more

Me and my family have been ordering from this place for about 20 years now. We live about 4 blocks away. I've never had an issue with them till today. I ordered a M pizza and an Italian sausage with just sauce and sweet peppers with hot peppers on the side. Got it for delivery once it got here the Italian was plain with hot peppers on the side. When I called them to let them know of there fuck up they denied it. They were rude saying everything was on the sandwich. After arguing with a girl she finally said they would come drop off a refund within 45 mins-1 hr, as if that wasn't bad enough after an hr no one showed up. Called back and got some guy who said it'll be another 30 mins and hung up. Are you fucking kidding me? This place is disgustingly unprofessional and rude. I'm still waiting on my refund. I wouldn't recommend anyone here. There pizza is not even all that great. If you live in the area go to Piezanos. read more
