The complimentary bread was served warm and tasted delicious with butter. Both the Diavolo and Primavera were excellent--flavorful and well-prepared. I thought my friend Joe was taking us for pizza/sub sandwich! From outside the restaurant, it looked like that. What a nice surprise when I walked into the restaurant. The waiter (from Kosovo) was fabulous, the food was great, not fast food!!!! I had the Chicken Alfredo, and it was delicious, with the sauce not too thick. Niki's was amazing and Arber took the best care of our group. I reserved the private room for my mom's Celebration of Life. Before the event, Arber made sure we had every thing we needed. As guests arrived, he offered them something to drink. Arber and his team made sure each guest was taken care of. The food was Amazing. We had mozzarella balls, cheese sticks, stuffed mushrooms, pizza, calamari, chicken wings, drinks from the bar. Each item prepared with upmost care. They were very accommodating. The service was perfect, the food amazing, the room was perfect for our group. The room is completely separate with a door dividing the space. They allowed us to bring in our own decorations, and they provided candles for each table. We had about 25 people but the room was big enough for more people. I really love Napolis because the food reminds me of my great grandmother who was 100% Italian. The Service is always very attentive, with a relaxed ambience. It was my wife's birthday so we orders some food to go. Eggplant Parmesan , chicken Alfredo and a meat ball sub. The eggplant parm and chicken Alfredo were absolutely disgusting. We discovered this place during the snow storm. I was craving piccata and my husband wanted pizza. The food is fresh and hot every time. We haven't eaten inside yet but I'm sure the food is even better when it's fresh on the plate. We decided to order through Uber Eats, Napoli's was on the list of suggested restaurants. On a cheat day I love Italian, pizza or pasta! It's half a cheat day if you share! I of course read the Yelp reviews to see what my fellow yelpers had to say and it was mostly thumbs up. To share we ordered the garlic bread...yummers there was the perfect amount of garlic and cheese made to perfection! plenty left overs. Garden salad, and the chicken fettucine alfredo... the alfredo sauce was creamy with the perfect ratio to noodles, and the chicken was flavored to perfection. And my favorite strawberry cheesecake. Family had lunch here to celebrate my granddaughter's 12th birthday. The food was very good, I had Dama Bianca, chicken with sauteed mushrooms, gluten free pasta and Alfredo sauce. It was absolutely delicious! We had an assortment of appetizers that were very good. My whole family enjoyed their meals. The atmosphere is typical Italian restaurant, nothing remarkable. Our waitress was rather quiet but very efficient. The only thing I didn't like was the cannoli, rather than having a nice blend of sweetened ricotta cheese it was more of a gooey over sweet sticky cream of some sort. Having had the real things in Italy it was a bit of a disappointment. Americans put too much sugar in their sweets anyway. read more

Linguini with clams is done just right. I've been curious about this spot for a while since it's walking distance from our house. We tried it out last night and it was delicious! Great, relaxing dining atmosphere and excellent service. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and my husband had the seafood alfredo. The portions were generous to be enough for dinner and lunch the next day and they were both delicious--totally hit the spot. My guest and I were looking to try different place today and decided on this establishment. It's located at the corner of Independence and McDermott next to the nail salon. It's very cozy and well lighted. The menu had so many different items. The only thing about the item I didn't care for was that they serve veal and for a personal reason, I usually avoid establishment which serves veal. We were seated by a server who I thought looked like Ashley Graham and she was quiet, but prompt and attentive. My guest was extremely hungry, so we decided on stuffed mushroom for an appetizer, chicken parmigiana for him and linguine Sicilian style(?)(capers, artichokes, mushrooms in a lemon sauce and it's listed as vegan). We were pleasantly surprised how good the mushroom appetizer was. My Sicilian linguine was very tasty, but I was filled up on bread and mushroom, so I had to take it home, My hungry guest was getting full after eating almost all the mushroom appetizer and bread, so he took his food to go. The portion was big! When Ashley Graham look alike server asked us if we wanted any dessert, we said yes and got a tiramisu. I had a sweet tea and I thought it was good. For those of you who consume alcohol, they' have a full bar. So I am just so impressed with this place. I have ordered from here twice in one week. There Caesar Salad is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! It has a creamy authentic dressing that I love. The portions are great. I got the sausage calzone it was so yummy!! Today I got the cheese ravioli it was delicious and got two rolls. For dessert the lemon cello cake. So creamy and good. We decide to look for recommendations for a delectable Italian restaurant in the area after spending the day exploring Plano's streets. Unexpectedly, Napoli's Italian Restaurant appears. We enter and request a table for three. Food: Without fancy or expensive ingredients, it's absolutely wonderful! I notice the Manicotti and order that as well as some of their excellent bread from my server. My taste receptors quickly experienced something I'll never forget. My second time here for lunch. The portions were large enough for me to take half home. We enjoyed everything including the kids plain cheese pizza. The only disappointment was the free bread. It is dry and not very tasty, both times. It looks better than it is. The restaurant is very clean and pleasant to easily have table conversations. The staff are friendly and attentive. read more

The salad is very fresh and the house dressing is very good. Barbara was very attentive even though it was packed and there aren't very many servers. Soo close! The food looked really good but I felt like it wasn't what I expected. Napoli- if you're reading this, i think the food could use a bit more herbs and spices like oregano or basil! I ordered the eggplant parmigiana dinner and a pizza. It was delicious. My husband got the sausage calzone and it was HUGE! The calzone was stuffed with mozzarella and ricotta cheese; the sausage pieces were small (not chunks) and had a good flavor. The house rolls were OK but the garlic bread had already spoiled our palates. The rest of us got pasta dishes, chicken alfredo and clam linguine with a white sauce. Found my hidden little gem! We live right by this restaurant and never been, so my friends and I went on a Saturday night. The food was exceptional! Seafood marinara was sooooo good. Kids loved the pizza. I gave 4 stars bc the server looked really annoyed with everything. She not once smiled. I felt like i was rushed and unwelcomed. Maybe it was her bad day, I'm not sure.
