This shop is unreal! We're talking free luxury shuttle to pick up your rental car unreal. Quick, honest, high quality, and the best customer service I have ever encountered. I was looking around for a place to fix my car after it was hit while parked in my driveway. Most places couldn't get me in for 3-5 weeks, and my car insurance would only cover a rental for 20 days. Yelp led me to these guys and I'm so glad it did. They didn't even make me come in before it was time to drop off my car! I got them the claim number over the phone, submitted the paperwork over email, then they had me send them a few photos over the phone to ensure they got the right paint color. A week later I got a call that they had all the right parts and were ready for me to drop off the car. I dropped it off the next morning and they took the keys and that was it! They even had a newer Infinity SUV waiting to drive myself and a few other people to pick up our rental cars. When it came time to pick up my car a week later, I handed them the insurance check and they handed me my keys. No long line, no mound of paperwork. Simple and straightforward. They even returned the rental for me so I wouldn't have to! The body work they do here is excellent. My car is in even better condition now than it was before the collision. Someone side swiped my moms shiny new red car, so she did the math claiming a hit and run on her insurance or just paying cash for the repair. We got quotes from 3 different places (Including National Auto Collision) and these guys were the lowest by hundreds of dollars, she ended up just paying for it. I had some damage to my vehicle and was debating whether or not it was worth it to get the damage fixed. Steve, the Manager, was super generous with his time and took about 30 min looking over the car and explaining what needed to be done (and why). I felt zero pressure to make a decision, and after a few days decided to go ahead with the repair. Steve estimated the work would take two weeks (shorter than other shops) and when I said I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket he assured me he would get the work done on my SUV as soon as possible. And guess what... HE DID. He actually got the work done in 10 days, saving me almost $100 in rental costs alone! Flakes of paint have sloughed off three week after a back yard technician from Craigslist replaced my front bumper. I was so disappointed but fortunately I found National auto body from yelp because their high rating. I got 5 quotes from yelp, their price was the best. The owner Seung Lee answered my questions promptly and discussed possible repair and payment options back and forth without delay, the best customer service I have experienced on yelp. So I decided to drop off my car there although my home is 23 miles away. When I found out my car window was left down after I dropped off my car and key after business hour, Seung even asked his manger to make a special trip to take care of it. I got my car in 4 business days. Seung also explained to me why the paint had sloughed off. No job is too small for them, other shops prefer to replace new one, however they kept my old bumper, removed the flaking paint and repainted it.. It took longer time they had expected, yet Seung still charged me the same price as his initial quote, very honest. Highly recommended. read more

Been there three times now for my Acura TL. The owner is very friendly and considerate even willing to drop you off if you live close by. He has repainted the front of my bumper, hood and grill a couple times after some minor paint damages they stand behind their work and their turnaround times are pretty quick only a few days for me. Every estimate and price that I have gotten has been very competitive and they work with my insurance company. I don't like dealing with big auto body shops they usually have too many people involved and don't know what's going on. No personal attention. Will be going back in the future for any auto body work i mite need. read more

According to the other reviews this place is probably good & honest with you if you aren't a women. I came in for a quote on my trunk and bumper and they gave me a crazy high quote & told me I needed additional parts "just in case". It gets sketchier.... the guy doing my quote told me "this is the price but if you find somewhere cheaper we'll match that price". Ummm what?! I went to several other shops and the quote was almost half of what this place gave me. INSANE. Not very satisfied 5 months down the road. I took a brand new bumper in to be sprayed and now it is beginning to chip BADLY. At first everything looked fine and then slowly the paint began to chip more and more. Maybe this business did not have experience painting polyurethane bumpers? However if that was the case I wish that would have been said prior to forking our half a grand for bad paint work. I hope national auto collision can make things right on their end. read more
