Over the years, the sink became scratched and stained. After Like-Nu was done, it looked like new. The other project was to fix a large and fairly deep crack in the shower seat (a tenant stood on it...!). They matched the fiberglass color perfectly on z 20+ year shower - you can't even tell that there was any prior damage. It wasn't free, but their price was reasonable and they were great communicators.

The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

A fireplace with an unusual gas line was taken out. Sean Craig's company successfully completed a heckuva lot of work. Our primary plumber was Ray, assisted by his son, Lance. I don't remember even one day over two months of work when Ray was not on time. Lennette in the office communicated well, always keeping us informed on when someone would be coming over. Over the years, we have had contractors not live up to what they promised us. That was not the case with SC Plumbing. We recently had a couple of minor things go bad from the multitude of plumbing work done last fall. I emailed Sean saying a bolt holding a toilet had broken, and one of the sink's plungers had become disconnected. He had Ray come out in two business days to correct these two issues. It was fantastic to see Sean stand behind his company's work and take care of it so quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of Sean and his company!

I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. We set an appointment for Wednesday between 9 and 11 AM. Peter showed up on time (and smelling great) and got to work. He took the time to listen to what was wrong and what we had already tried. He ran the dryer to confirm and then got to work. Peter had the issue fixed in about 20 minutes. It turned out that our thermostat had burned out. He replaced it, but let us know the root cause. Our washer and dryer are too big for our laundry room, and there's not enough room behind the dryer. The hose was getting crushed, reducing the airflow. He tried his best to move our dryer out enough that the hose wouldn't be crushed without blocking our garage door. He let us know that we'll need to change the vent hose to something smaller, or this will happen again. I really love that he took the time to not just fix the issue, but to find the root cause. As a female homeowner, it's rare to feel heard, and it's far too common to be spoken to like a child. Peter was the exact opposite. He was respectful and efficient, which I really appreciate. I'm definitely calling them directly next time we have an issue.

Great service and excellent work. My name is Kevin, and I purchased an 1100 sqft high-rise condo. My kitchen and bathroom floors had deep stains and all the counter tops and shower had water stains. I had an estimate from Silver State Floor Restoration and they quoted me $2K for refinishing everything. I thought they were way too high and because I lived in a high-rise condo that they bumped up the price. I called LV Floor Restorations and Robert Sanchez came out and gave me a quote for $650.00 for everything including my balcony floor. These guys are super efficient. My grout was stained and discolored. I tried vinegar and bleach with a toothbrush, but nothing I did would get it clean. They explained to me that it was stained like a white T-shirt gets ,so no matter what chemicals I used or no matter how hard I scrubbed it wouldn't make it look clean even tho it was . So they recommended their grout coloring process . I got to choose the color from many samples that they gave me. The technicians moved ALL my furniture and put everything back . First, I would like to say I am very picky when someone does work for me. My kitchen floor grout was filthy. I scrubbed & scrubbed and it was still dirty. I called LV Floor Restoration and Robert came out and looked at the grout and said he could clean & color it and it will look like new. Why replace when you can restore? LV Floor Restoration does an amazing job doing what YOU want at a reasonable price. My carpet had been damaged and was reeking of a horrible scent. Luckily LV Floor was able to help restore it to its original self. My area rug has a habit of making itself a hair magnet and once again they were able to help. So today I got my marble polished . It looks better than the day I moved in. They also cleaned , polished and sealed my granite countertops for FREE . They through it in with the floor service . I just got my tile on my back patio completely restored. The grout was cracked and a lot was missing. They fixed ALL of it. My floor looks better than the day we moved in. The years of foot traffic, kitchen spills, plus aging pets who made their own "contribution"; we needed a deep cleaning but knew we would never enjoy beautiful floors again. We were wrong. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. This team from Silver State Flooring Restoration worked their you-know-what off. The result is we have stone floors that look nothing short of amazing. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

I did not use a mat or soft wheel casters for my office chair, and so damaged laminate in one of my rooms, but even this took 8 years. All other rooms are still doing fine with some years left to go, with only the dining room showing some bubbling, which is fully expected for mid-range laminate installed almost a decade ago. In 2017, their customer service was great, with quick response time and scheduling. They had a great choice of quality laminate and, looking at their website, they still do.
