I needed a place to store some items from our condo as we prepared to move out in the coming months, and came across this nice establishment located behind the Toyota dealership - literally. To get to this place, you will have to drive through the Toyota dealership and you will find the entrance in the back. The units themselves are very simple. I don't believe there are any climate controlled units (although that may have changed), and the doors and walls are made of metal (doors) and brick (walls). The unit I rented out was 10x10x5 and it served its purpose for a solid 9 months. My items included: Pots/Pans Plates Glass Items Electronics Clothing Cotton/Leather Fabric DVDs Ceramics just to name a few, and it lasted throughout Summer, Fall, and Winter without any damage or issues. The unit kept everything dry and clean (no bugs). As far as payment goes, the owner is VERY easy to work with. She is both professional and kind. You can pay on a monthly basis, which is what I did, without any hidden fees or contract requirements. When I was ready to move my items out, I gave her a heads up, and on the day I moved out I just called her and everything was cancelled without any further hassle or paperwork. Short and sweet. I have no idea what chemical was used on them. To top it off, the windshield still showed the outline of the wipers after they claimed to have cleaned the glass. This experience fell far short of any professional detailing standard. If you care about your car, you're likely better off going to Flagship or another reputable service that understands proper care--especially for high-end vehicles.

We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

We tried to show her the reservation and she ignored us and tried to fight with people behind us. We insisted we were in a hurry and she replied..."good luck with that!". We started to fill out the questionnaire online in the office and we refused the optional insurance. The lady said we needed to show her our insurance card and policy. We had a commercial driver and insurance so no need for theirs. She said she would not rent to us. The story goes on and on but we got the van and called Uhaul to return to another location near by. We returned it that evening to another location. The lady at the original location called us the next morning demanding and screaming "where's my van!?". We told her we returned the truck to another location and she tried to charge our card triple cost. She started using profanity and saying she was going to "f******g call the police!". Their pavement was all torn up. In the back of their lot, there were covered cars, a trailer and truck, moped, and a broken down car that was full of random crap. It looked like a disgusting junk yard that had also never been touched because of all the overgrown weeds, and scrap metal all over the ground. Second- The cargo van I rented smelled like an old tire. The rubber smell was so overwhelming that I could not ride without the windows down to keep from choking/suffocating. Third- The woman who helped me was not polite, hard to communicate with, and was very confrontational. She showed up to work 20 minutes late to find me waiting for service. She then acted like i was inconveniencing her. She later got mad because she had to come unlock the door to let me in so that i may turn in my keys 30 minutes before her listed closing time. I will NEVER be a returning customer to this location. I was absolutely appalled by the poor customer service, state of disrepair in the office and equipment, and the overall attitude and communication of the attendant.
