Was disappointed that the service and food here turned out to be super subpar. We saw our server thrice. One to leave the food, one to refill our drinks and one to leave our bill. Had to ask other servers, hostess for different things. Ugh! Wings came out over fried, I believe, because they were tough and overly hard. But, they were also cold, so not sure if they just laid somewhere until they found our server? Yup! The loaded fries were ok. They were a little on the cool side. When we first arrived it wasn't busy, but towards the last 10 minutes of our 50 minute stay, it was picking up. So, not sure what was preoccupying our server. They need to pick up their game here. read more

Assistant manager refused to serve us. We requested a table for a large party and was told they couldn't accommodate us. When we asked to be seated apart by family was again told they couldn't accommodate us. Assistant manager (female) asked us to leave for no reason and called my husband a "dick." We asked to speak to her manager and she was raising her voice while explaining her story and told him she was not going to serve us. We were simply asking for a table and her anger and racism was very clear. We were trying to figure out the issue and she was told to call 911? 911 for a situation that did not warrant calling law enforcement while they have better things to do. As she was on the phone her exact words were "there is a tall Mexican male harassing me." At no point was she threatened. It was clear from the first point of contact that she was rude and didn't want to serve our family and party of 15. If this is how your restaurant treats people. Shame on you. My husband and I went for lunch. We sat for a long time before we even ordered our drinks. Then we ordered our food and waited a long time again. I ordered the loaded tots and they came out cold. The flavor is all there but the value isn't worth it. The wings are so small compared to most places but the flavors of wings are on point. I most likely won't come back anytime soon unless it's for lunch. That's about the only way to get the bang for your buck. read more

Then we download their app use our data get a cool reward that says and I quote"get a free 6 pack of wings" and so we ordered a 6 pack of boneless wings and when trying to redeem we are then made aware that its not valid on boneless only traditional - That is when Manager Brian steps in to educate us on coupon. Went in on a Tuesday night found a piece of hair in my buffalo fries waiter took it back but returned with "new" buffalo fries in like 2 mins. I'm assuming they just put more French fries in the same basket. Had to go up to the counter to get napkins and to also get our check. Poor service and very disappointing. So, when we walked in we were stuck waiting for someone to seat us. We were seated in a booth which I prefer. The issue I had it was an hour and half before close and the wait staff was cleaning and putting chairs in top of tables. So, it made the ambiance very uncomfortable. The waiter was more focused on cleaning than our table. We had the stripes and was able to choose 2 sauces. I choose one spicy sauce with stawberry and I couldn't taste even a hint of strawberry. I also had the jalapeno ranch and it taste more like hot sauce. Now, the stripes still were very good. They just didn't really taste like the flavors on the menu. I also really enjoyed the tea. Let me first start by saying the food was great. The service however was not. I ordered a salad and twelve wings and requested the salad come out first and the wings extra crispy. Everything came out at once and the wings were not as I ordered. I was shorted on the wings and made to feel like a whiner when I complained. No silverware. No extra plate for the bones. Just tried to have lunch here. Since I was alone, I decided to have a seat at the bar. The bartender was fixated on setting up a tv while I sat there. Another patron seemed to have gotten tired of waiting for the bartender and went up to him to pay their tab. He went right back to the tv. I left after 6 or 7 minuets without even a greeting or acknowledgement from him. If you're hungry, I recommend taking a chance with a table, but getting service at the bar, head somewhere else. read more

Came here starving, there was no wait to be seated. Waitress took our order and we waited a while for our food to come. We got the value play that feeds 2-3 people. All of the food including the salad came out at once. No plates no silverware just the food. The waitress brought us ranch before the plates or silverware. Only the plates came out so our salad just sat there wilting and untouched the entire time we were there to eat. We asked for to go boxes and when she came out she had a big box for three pizza slices and no containers for the wings or untouched salad. We were never asked if we wanted refills or another beer. I had to ask for a smaller box and boxes for the rest of the food and mentioned we never got to eat the salad because there's no silverware. went to the restaurant for a late dinner, they had a promotion on the tables for 10 free wings if you down their app... there was no promotion start date or a limit amount per table... it only said "first time app download and no purchase necessary" the waitress said she didn't know anything about a promotion advertisement on every table so she called the manager that said "the promotion takes effect 24 hours after downloading it". None of that was stated anywhere on the advertisement and how do they know when it's been 24 hours after download???? This is false advertisement and lack of employee training... no one in the restaurant knew anything about the advertisement and the manager was just faking it... he was also clueless. If no one was trained on the promotion then it shouldn't of been on every table. I found this restaurant franchise lacking. read more

Been a fan of this place for years so I was extremely excited when this location opened up close to me. I've been in multiple times and it is one of the busier locations so expect to wait a little bit during peak hours. Went in today and had a longer wait for a table than usual. Thankfully once we were seated we had an amazing server Elizabeth who made sure to get our drinks and orders fast. Most of my previous visits, although the food is always good, the service unfortunately is not. So I was very pleased that she was extremely attentive and made today's visit turn into a wonderful experience. I wish more staff were as caring about the customer's experience as she is, but either way I'll definitely be returning again! Side note- The micheladas are one of the best! read more

personally worked for this location. this place needs a health inspector ASAP. i've worked in mutiple restaurants and this was enough to turn around my first day. that's says a lot of you know about the food industry. suggest you bring your own utensils because in the back they use a hose to clean dishes! also the managers dgaf about it ether. read more

I have never been treated so rude by a restaurant manager in my entire life. Although I was a delivery driver I was representing a customer with a large order. When the order was over a half an hour overdue I asked for the manager. The manager came out screaming at me about disrespecting his employees. I was like what? I didn't even say anything but my order should have been ready by now. Maybe he had me confused with another delivery guy I don't know? The manager proceeded to embarrass me in front of the other customers to the point that he even laughed at me because I was only a senior citizen delivery driver :-( He was in my face and even put his hands on me at one point when I asked him to please not touch me. When I asked him his name he told me it was none of my business. When I asked him for the number of his corporate office he said go on line and find it myself. I've been in retail a large amount of time in my life and this is not the way to treat anyone in any situation. Not sure what kind of customer service training they receive but it must really be seriously lacking. I finally found the customer service number where you can leave a message. Native wings at Tucson spectrum 18 is a very dull and boring experience. The food is always cold. The food just sits in the heat lamp longer then any restaurant should ever keep food under. We went here taking a chance because of the service we had received at a another location. This place had no wait and plenty of open seats. We walked in and stood like idiots at the front desk waiting to be seated just as the sign said and at least 8 workers walked by us and did not say a word. There was a man standing behind us (I'm guessing and employee) because 3 staff members came up to him and shook hands, hugged, said hi and then the last one came back and gave him and envelope which I assume was his check. None of these 3 staff members acknowledged us. Then another minute or so goes by and a staff member says he will be right with us but then walks around the restaurant doing other tasks. Keep in mind all members of staff have made eye contact with us and just continue doing their own thing. Finally another big family walks in behind us and a lady staff member stops and is getting ready to seat us. We ask for the managers name and then walk back out of the door. If this was our first impression of service I could not imagine how long it would have taken to get our actual food! This is why BWW down the street is packed and had a 45 minute wait and this place did not! The service from the get go was horrible and I will never return! Native in Tucson is on the decline and if they keep this standard up I hope they close down leaving undeserving staff without jobs! They had about 20 varieties of wings so that may be their speciality. I sat at the bar and had a combination of Salt and Vinegar wings and Chili (boneless) they came out in minutes and were cold and presented sloppy, See picture. This leads me to believe they were not prepared Fresh. Still, I looked on the positive side but the longer I was ignored and never asked if I would like anything else or another glass of wine, my small glimpse of positivity faded. Good variety in the menu - we ordered the boneless wings. They were ok, very small, chicken nugget like - loved the Honey BBQ sauce that came with them. Bone in wings, fries, and pizza looked good - ordered by others in the group. Service was good - our server did an excellent job given we had a large group. I would have to agree with Hector.... they have a lot of employees and they seem to be fooling around by the hostess station instead of taking orders, I waited 30 minutes for a rum and coke when they had 4 bar tenders and a bar trainee that was obviously very mad at life and her job. We complained to her about this and she took a offense to it and we felt like she was going to beat us up(she was the most buff there) so we didn't make it a scene but applauded .. the food arrives and it was nothing special.
