This is my first time coming in here and I'm so glad I did! It's a cute little place in a strip plaza next to Shikoku Sushi. Parking is challenging though. They're open 8am-5pm for breakfast and lunch. Maria was my waitress and was awesome. Very helpful, friendly and attentive. I ordered Eggs Benedict and they were really good. They came with soup that had chicken and tortilla strips, and 2 sides. I had fruit and hash browns and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back!

DELICIOUS!!! And the coffee is delicious as well.

Went back! The Machaca and eggs is not on the menu, but they made it for me and it was the best I've ever had!!!

Yall have to come here. If you want a good Mexican breakfast. The food was so good. Hot and fresh. The service was A1. The place is small but it has capacity to fit a good amount of people. Marylou was so sweet and attentive. Good variety of 90's music playing. The Salas bar is bomb. Just come here and eat!!!

Came back for lunch and I was not disappointed! The Mixed Meat Fajita plate was delicious and my mom's enchiladas were well made with lots of meat and a great red sauce. I love that everything is made to order and the portions are generous. Looking forward to trying breakfast. Best Mexican spot in the neighborhood!

Good was good, decent presentation think Dennys looking, not really salted well on veggies or any pepper they left that up to me. Also my kind waitress would forget things, my toast, so I had to wait for it, and then check. It's fine decent food I don't say it's more then that

    Cafe de Olla Coffee

The food and hospitality made me feel like I was at home again. The Cafe de olla took me back to the times I would drink it with my grandpa. The chilaquilles made me feel like I was sitting in my mom's kitchen. :) very happy

First, their cafe de olla is absolutely delicious. This remains one of the only places where I genuinely enjoy ordering cafe de olla. Second, their food is incredible. They serve excellent portions, everything tastes fresh, and the food is just so good. I've had their taquitos and chilaquiles, and both were delicious. The only downside is that every time I've come, there has usually been a bit of a wait, especially because the restaurant itself is pretty small with limited seating. The inside is cute, but small, so we usually end up sitting outside. This is where their Monrovia location does have the advantage because it has much more space. Parking can also be tricky. Good luck finding a spot close enough where you don't have to walk far. We usually end up parking in the residential area around the corner. That said, the staff are wonderful and always try to be as accommodating as possible despite how busy they are. Highly recommend this place if you're okay with possibly waiting a bit for seating. The food and cafe de olla are worth it.

I came with a friend who is a regular and she gave me a lot of good recommendations of what to order. The menu is quite large, filled with tons of delicious Mexican breakfast options! I'm a big machaca fan, so that's what I ordered. As an appetizer, we got the molletitos with chorizo and OMG! It was absolutely delicious. I got to taste my friend's huevos divorciados and the sauce was so delicious. My machaca was different than what I have had at other restaurants, a little on the dry side, but I enjoyed it. Loved the rice and beans it came with! Another highlight was the Cafe de Olla itself! I think I downed like 4 cups of it, it was so delicious. Service here was fantastic. Highly recommend!

And the generous side of caesar dressing is the very BEST I've ever had. Wish I could have saved it and slathered it on everything. The Turk sando was very good, but more like a 4/5. Solid fillings and good ratios, but not a WOWER. Added chips and 2 desserts: the chocolate chip cookie which was outrageous, loaded with chocolate in every bite, and the lemon olive oil cake was divine. Pro tip: do not skip out on the desserts. Our order was accurate and pickup was easy. Prices were fair. Will visit again, especially for the wraps.

One of the seasonal specials is the Martha which is an upgraded version of chicken salad (Tarragon chicken salad, apples, shaved fennel, arugula, basil, lemon, garlic aioli on grilled Ciabatta, $16) which sounded pretty good. I placed the order online and headed over to this busy section of Studio City. Street parking can be tricky especially in the afternoon, and there are 'parking ticketers' out in force. This was my first time here at this location, but they had a handy takeout window at the one end, and a friendly guy handed me the bag. As for the food, I could only eat half of the sandwich; one reason is because it was a Lot of sandwich and second, I didn't really enjoy this for the most part (I did give the other half to a hungry co-worker who did like it). Then my favorite part, the cookies. I ordered two orders (two come in an order) so I had four to enjoy. The first bag was a decent sized pair of cookies, but they shafted me on the second order. This was basically one cookie cut to make two which was clearly noticeable compared to the other order. I was too far to return these but next time, it's something I will check on before leaving. I didn't have this problem the first time I came here (even though it was a different location) but as for anything, I recommend checking your order prior to leaving. Otherwise, I will be returning to Ggiata but maybe for a classic Turk or Antonia, or even the arancini side-

The restaurant is nice and bright with seating inside and outside. They have a small coffee bar in the restaurant. After sitting we were greeted by a friendly waitress. She gave us menus and some time to look things over. She returned and took our drink order and our food order. After waiting for about 15 minutes we got our food. I tried my husband's waffles with strawberries. The waffles were light and fluffy and a nice semisweet addition to our meal. He also got the Classic Skillet which comes with eggs, bacon, sausage, and home fries. I tried this as well and liked the taste and mixed textures from all of the ingredients. For my meal I ordered the Eggs Benedict with holindaise sauce on the side. My meal came with ham and two poached eggs on an English muffin. It had a side of hash browns and I ordered some bacon as an extra. The Eggs Benedict was really good. I love the poached eggs on the thick pieces of ham. The hash browns were slightly salty and crispy. The bacon was thick and flavorful. Overall & Waffles was a cool small restaurant with friendly service, and a good selection of tasty food.
