I had never been into Natural Cleaners before and I brought my grandson's ROTC uniform in to get cleaned. I was unsure of how many individual pieces were within the uniform, so I asked the employee for a quote on the cleaning of a 2 piece suit. When I went in to pick up the order, I was informed that there were 2 more pieces in the pocket of the 2 piece suit itself. The price for the cleaning of the entire uniform was higher than expected (obviously) and I quickly apologized for including additional pieces of my grandson's garments and the issue was easily resolved. Next time I drop off my grandson's uniform for cleaning, I will make sure to inform the employee of additional garments when requesting a quote. read more

I have been taking my husband's dress shirts here for years. I have NEVER had any complaints about the service or the quality of the work they do. I often had to take shirts back to the place I used in Tempe to have the collars and cuffs cleaned a second time. Never had the problem at Natural Cleaners. I went in to have a pair of pants hemmed a few inches. While dropping off and picking up, Albert was very helpful, professional, and friendly. My pants were done on time and I'm very impressed with the work. The pants I brought aren't super expensive, only about $60, but they were still treated with care as if the were worth $200. The stitching is done extremely well, and they are the perfect length now. This place provides high quality work. I would recommend this place for any alterations and I will definitely come back next time I need something altered! read more

You can see by the continued response the owner or manager is far more interested in arguing that solving a situation with a disgruntled customer. As i mentioned, before, even if he is correct on the request, he could have denied it, but instead accepted and charged for it. I never stated anywhere that they increased the price. I simply stated we agreed to the price. If you want to deal with someone who is going to argue and mince words vs fixing an issue by all means go here. He still has not addressed the rude comments, the "if you want the best" BS, just a joke. Seems like pick ups are important to him so make sure you ask if there is any additional charges or comments you should expect if you dont pick up the day of. Just a joke, every time I read his responses just makes me wonder why anyone would give him business. Please read the response from business owner, this is they type of customer service, or lack there of that you can expect. Customer service is NEVER a two way street. We did not request a Tuesday pick up, that is when you told us it would be. But lets give you the benefit of the doubt and say we did request that....EITHER WAY you charged for it so it is not like you did someone a favor. You billed a price for your time and service, which is fine, we could have left when you told us the price but we chose to stay. Since we paid for the service, what does it matter if we waited to pick up? Are you suggesting your customers should pay additional for that, I am sure readers want to know. The issue here, which you have reinforced with your response is that your overall customer service experience is POOR. There are more businesses offering the services that you do than I could possibly count. Horrible experience with this cleaners and their manager or owner. Dropped of clothing to be cleaned prior to Christmas. Some pants and a few shirts. He then told us it would be 4 days to get them....not a huge deal as we were not in a hurry but still extreme for dry cleaning. Then he tells my wife $29!!! What? Oh well, ticket was filled out, he had the clothes, no need to spend time and money driving some place else to save a few dollars. However, he was a total smart ass and told my wife that "if you want the best you pay for it". Sorry pal it is dry cleaning, tons of them around. So anyway, we don't bother to pick it up until today as we were not in a rush. He proceeds to talk down to us, saying he thought we were coming sooner and lectures us about how he "rushed" the order. If 4 days is "rushing" you are in the wrong business. Since moving I have tried several other locations for simple cleaning and alterations. I have not been nearly has happy with any of those businesses. Best dry cleaners services plus alterations. They don't use hard chemicals so your cloths smell fresh and not like other places that use lots of chemicals. They also box wedding dresses and other keep safe garments. Best part is its locally owned. Albert, the owner, is super friendly and carries your cloths to your car when you have a heavy load. We've been taking our clothes here for years. The owner is great. He always has my clothing ready as soon as he sees my car pull up. I also appreciate that he carries my clothing out to my car! We continue to bring our business here not only because of the friendly service but this is the only place we've found that doesn't leave the white residue on my husbands dress shirts. SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS!!! This place is fine for cleaning but dont get alterations done here. I took a gown in tried it on got it marked and was given date for pick-up. Upon going back i glanced down at my ticket and saw that it said "price to be determined." Right then i got a terrible feeling in my gut. Well that feeling was correct! Albert brings out the gown and tells me I owe him$60 dollars. right away he starts with his reasoning for ripping me off! he said oh well there were two layers that needed hemmed. Then he said oh there were three layers. I said why didnt you call me you have my phone # ? He ignores my question and says the other layers were showing after hemming. One of the layers never did get hemmed as it was just netting and was simply cut off. I will never, EVER go back to this SCAMMER!!!! read more

I have been going to natural cleaners for over a decade now. I originally patronized the Gilbert location and when they moved a bit farther away to their location in Chandler I was disappointed but I'm more than happy to travel the extra distance for the remarkable quality and personalized service. Albert is wonderful! He will always go the extra mile and I have come to consider him a friend. Several times I have left cash and receipts that I needed for my expense reports in the pockets of my pants. Every time Albert has recovered these items and given them back to me, which overtime has actually, in effect, offset a significant portion of my dry cleaning expenses. These people are 100% honest and absolutely deserve their #1 ranking on yelp. I would give them more than five stars if I could. read more

We brought our sons ROTC uniform here to get cleaned and had a horrific experience. To make a long story short, I was accused of "hiding" pieces of my sons garments because one of his employees failed to properly inspect the uniform and was charged double what I was quoted when I came in. Poor customer service, what he should have done was honor what his employee quoted rather than accuse a customer of hiding articles. How could I possibly "hide" something that is taken in and inspected by the store??? Just terrible and super Unprofessional. read more

All I can say is that I am very displeased with Natural Cleaners. Their per garment prices are excessive and the owner exhibited very poor customer service when I called for pricing clarification on a recent order. We were told the order would be ready on a Wednesday and explained we needed it no later than Tuesday afternoon. They agreed to that day so we dropped off the order. At pickup on Tuesday I was told the order wouldn't be ready until Wednesday, essentially telling me I was lying. Luckily the order arrived just prior to closing on Tuesday. If not we'd be rushing out to buy a pants suit for the next day. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment. read more

Im sure you will be treated with courtesy and respect elsewhere. I, just for the record, didn't even have a problem with my dry cleaning. I had just parked my car to go into the store next door to his and he came out of his store and started verbally threatening me about my parking space. The curb says no gym parking. I had bought a $200 dress off of EBay for a friends Gatsby themed wedding. When the dress arrived the zipper was broken. I had the intention of taking the dress to an alteration shop, but when I started calling around, I was unsuccessful in finding someone that could either replace the zipper at s reasonable cost or just fix the zipper. I was completely frazzled because we were out of time and I had the perfect dress, just no way to wear it. I live in the area so on our way home I started yelping as a last hope. I brought the dress in and the owner was very honest when he said it would be too expensive to replace the hidden zipper. He starting playing with the zipper as we were talking and he said he might be able to fix it if I gave him a couple hours. I left the dress there and when I called back, he had fixed the zipper. He wasn't even going to charge me. I had him hem the dress and my fiance's suit. He did a wonderful job! I was very pleased with the customer service. read more

Update my review ! I returned two items to be serviced due to the spots were not cleaned the first time . Owner was rude at the time I returned the items explaining they needed to be re dry cleaned . This morning I returned to pick up the items only to find out he didn't attempt to clean them again because I gave him a bad review on Yelp .
