So I live nearby and have been going to another salon. I never walk out of that other salon completely happy but for the price, I kept coming back. I have seen this place and from the outside and the inside it seems pretty ghetto. I turned to yelp and there are so many good reviews here. I decide to pull into the parking lot and walk in. There were some people in there but, was greeted by Brian. He was helping someone but, told me to sit and he would be with me shortly. I wasn't in a rush so I sat down. He's spazzy and loud but, super attentive to what I wanted. I saw another yelper photo and told him that's what I wanted. He asked questions about what I wanted, if it was ok, and he even said that if I didn't like it, let him know and it would be an easy fix. It was my first time getting oval nails and was kind of scared but, he made it look exactly like the picture and kept asking me if it was good. He never put down the other salon but, he said if he did good, I have to come back and if he does bad then I am more than welcome to go back to my old salon. Make an appointment, show up, and don't be late!! Brian and his wife really care about their work and their customers which is why they don't have too much extra staff. They're really picky about who they hire. On a Friday afternoon, Brian will work on 3 clients at once because he's that efficient, and because it's the only way you can make customers happy when they show up 30 minutes late to their appointment time *ahem* That being said, this place does fantastic work at great prices! My nails are still strong after getting a new gel set every month because they don't don't over-drill the nails, which I appreciate. Other places where I used to get my nails done would leave my nails so thin that they would be sensitive to the touch. I've never had that experience here at Natural Nails! Brian pretty much takes care of the manicure portion, (cleaning nails, trimming, etc.) and he does an amazing job shaping your nails just how you want them, acrylic or natural. I came two months ago for a gel mani and a regular pedicure. Well let's just say I should of gone somewhere else. He was the only one working this day. Gel mani: it was decent color did last me forever no chipping at all. The nail shape was inconsistent and I even told Brian to fix them and they ended up worst. Regular pedi: oh gosh!!!! He is always in a rush!!! He's always trying to hurry and get you out of their because he's the only one that does full sets. Well he did my pedicure that day because he said his employees were off. Well let's me just tell you he cut me like 5 toes. They were bleeding because he wasn't being careful and was rushing. By the way their was no one waiting. And he also cut one of my big toes and oh gosh it hurt so bad. Well as days went by my toe started to hurt really bad and it started getting INFECTED!!!! Almost 2 months later 2 rounds of antibiotics it's still their. I will never be returning anymore. He was my go to for a regular full set now I would rather just go somewhere else. I always get a friendly vibe when I go, and it's the only nail salon my boyfriend is willing to tag along with me to because of how nice they are to him as well! The prices are already extremely low, but the quality is amazing. I have gone to Happy Nails at Bella Terra and they charged me $50 bucks for a full set that looked terrible and they were so rude. I made an appointment with the lady that did my nails, the wife, which I should have gotten her name! Today, I just got a simple gel manicure in the color 78. While she was prepping my nails, it kind of hurt due to the amount of pressure she put but that was fine because she immediately noticed, asked me if I was fine, and changed her pressure. She is very courteous of me and how I felt during the process. She wants to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. The guy was very inviting and welcoming. He immediately helped me when I walked in and made sure I was comfortable. Anyways, I was asking a lot of questions about the types of manicures and pedicures that I could get done and she happily answered all my questions with the price and a little description of them. She was very honest, telling me not to get the gel pedi because it wasn't necessary. That is honesty and she is not there to vacuum money out of you. I went here on a weekend simply to get a simple manicure and pedicure. I was greeted pretty well with the proper procedures to maintain a business during the pandemic season. I was pretty disappointed in how I was treated in the shop however, the manager was very low quality and I ended up reading from a one or two of my nails during the manicure and no apology was heard. The pedicure was also subpar and was not quality work. The whole session was seemingly hurried and uncomfortable to sit for. I don't see myself coming back to the shop and I do not recommend going for yourself or your significant other. My significant other was also disappointed in the work that was done. I made an appointment at 1pm got there 10 minutes early and good thing I did! Brian turned down a walkin customer who looked totally pissed..whoops! He was the only one working there. I hadnent gotten my nails done for 9 months so I was very excited! I got gel polish on my fingers. He did an excellent job with shaping my natural nails. But it wasn't like a luxury manicure at all. Just paint and that's it. I'm used to getting a little massage :/ oh well. He did my nails in like 35 minutes. It cost $20. Then he moved to my feet and that is why I wanted to give 3 stars. He cut a couple of my toes. 1 is still sore. He did a good job with the polish but didn't remove any callus or dead skin really, like I'm used to getting done. It cost $15. My gel manicure was good and the 3D art was good... the length of time it takes to get through a gel manicure and spa pedicure could be a lot shorter, but I was happy with the work over all for myself. I was disappointed to hear that 2 of the 3 bridesmaids I also brought with me, however, had their regular manicures start chipping within a day... we came in 2 days prior to the wedding, so they had to touch up themselves prior to the wedding. Womp Womp. But--for gel nails, they're good. I'm not a huge fan of soaking my hands in acetone, though--other places do the foil on the fingertip thing and I much prefer that. I'm happier with another place I go to, but I wouldn't be opposed to returning in a pinch to get another gel manicure done here. The staff are very friendly. Just be sure to call ahead to make sure the're open and that they can accomodate you in their oft busy schedule. read more

As usual Brian is great with the customers but is really busy. He is in demand so making an appointment is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for you to get in and get priority above all of his walk ins. He promotes getting a new set every time (for no extra charge) to prevent the growth of bacteria and to keep your nails looking healthy. He has a great eye and is a perfectionist when it comes to shaping and his wife is a phenomenal artist who can do just about any design! read more

The only con (but it can also be a pro!) about this place is that they were very accommodating & I mean VERY. Instead of making you wait until they are done with one person, they start you off but then they either make you switch to another person or they will make you wait while they're working on you as your person will go work with someone else. I don't know if this happens all the time, since this was my first & probably last visit because I'm not from the area and it may not be an issue for some if they have enough time but for me, I was in a bit of a time crunch so I was kinda annoyed. But overall, I will come back here if I'm ever in the area & have the time. The interior isn't too fancy but the quality of their work & customer service is really good. Brian & his wife, Brianne(?), are very friendly & welcoming. They are very detailed with their work and take their time so make sure you're not in a rush when you go & they did start to get busy.
