TERRIBLE SERVICE Do not go unless you want your skin to be glued to the acrylics, want the bacteria from the person before you, or want to stared at my Kevin. I went with Kevin to get my acrylics and he wouldn't stop staring at me and telling me I had a pretty face in such a creepy manner. When he started on my nails I noticed he didn't switch out his gloves -- his gloves were dirty with holes in them!!. Kevin didn't clean my nails and left cuticles as is. He proceeded to glue on acrylics that didn't fit my nail bed. I told him the acrylics he chose didnt and he decided to put even more glue and let the glue bleed over to my skin!! So, at that point not only did I acrylic nails bigger than my actual nail bed but he was GLUEING my skin to the acrylic!!! He noticed the glue had dried so he acted like he "filed" the sides. Little after, i see he is lifting the nails. I thought he was going to fix them or start over but NO.. he took part of the acrylic off and told me he had an appointment lined up and turned off his desk lamp... there was no one at salon. The salon was DEAD, they were about to close. I sat there confused with glue on every finger and part of the acrylic on my nails bc he didn't properly remove them. What the actual fuck. I now have to go to a different place to detach my skin from the acrylic nail he left. I tried to take some of it off but I still was left with acrylic glued on. Please save yourself your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is very unprofessional, dirty, and creepy.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! I went here because they had a sign outside saying it was $14 for a full set so I very confident sat down and did my nails did not ask for anything special other than gel color I did not ask for any special shape .. The man did a great job however when it was time to pay they said it was $37 when I asked what about the special? Kevin mentioned that it is $14 for the full set plus $17 for gel +6 dollars for the length of my nails!! Incredible! I understand that a lot of small businesses are suffering the causes of this pandemic but so are normal hard-working people like me and others who just wanted to treat themselves and end up paying more than what they are supposed to. Shame on them!

Kevin did an amazing job on my Halloween nails! I highly recommend him, he is definitely the best in town and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hands! ask for KEVIN

I always like getting glitter manis and pedis and she suggested putting a light color on the bottom and then the glitter on the top, which made it look AMAZING! TY SO MUCH TAMMY! ‍ not to mention pricing is amazing and affordable and the nails last pretty long! i also suggest if you want Tammy call ahead of time to book her!!! She also does waxing! I have been coming here for a while. Pedicures are great! Their price is $15 for regular & $20 with callus remover. The salon has a variety of matching gel & regular nail colors. I hate gel on my toes so it is very convenient for me. Best days to go is weekday, weekends always have a wait unless you make an appointment. Mixed emotions about this place...I went back to fix my chipped/cracked nails (within a week)long story short, lady who did my nails refused & raised her voice at me calling me a lier stating she never did my nails..ect. The manager ended up fixing my nails yet it was very upsetting bc I WAS a frequent customer.. I no longer come here.

Haven't been here in years!!! I decided to stop by yesterday and wow I will definitely be back! Their prices are amazing and I love their work. Kevin did my fill. Kelly did my pedicure. They both do such a good job, Kevin however is a must see for acrylic nails. I really liked that they had relaxing music when I was there made it that much more enjoyable. I've been coming to this nail salon for years as it is down the street from my home. Recently I found out that the owner Julie sold the place and my nail tech Kevin is no longer here. I am so sad, Kevin was the best at doing acrylic nails and his wife Helen gave the best pedicures. Now I'm forced to look for a new place and new nail tech. I tried to get a pedicure from another lady, but I did not like the job she did. She didn't cut the cuticle, she didn't clean under my toenail, didn't cut the ingrown or trim the sides and didn't scrub or massage my feet So disappointed. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE Do not go unless you want your skin to be glued to the acrylics, want the bacteria from the person before you, or want to stared at my Kevin. I went with Kevin to get my acrylics and he wouldn't stop staring at me and telling me I had a pretty face in such a creepy manner. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I went here because they had a sign outside saying it was $14 for a full set so I very confident sat down and did my nails did not ask for anything special other than gel color I did not ask for any special shape .. The man did a great job however when it was time to pay they said it was $37 when I asked what about the special? Please save your money! The manager is so rude, and doesn't know good customer service. I went in on Saturday for full set. I got home and the gel started coming off, so I called they told me to either go back right now or wait till Wednesday. I said, no I have a wedding in 2 hours. I want to go in tomorrow. The manager wanted me to wait till Wednesday because Sunday was too busy. I walked in early on Sunday. The ladies who were there looked at my nails, and they agreed with me on how bad my nails looked. So they asked me to wait for the manager. The manager walks in and looks at me, but proceeds to ignore me. He takes another customer who was waiting. The lady who was helping me tells him to look at my nails, and they're arguing in their language so I don't really know what they are saying. He still doesn't acknowledge me, so finally after 5 minutes he comes and looks at my nails. He says, I said to wait till Wednesday. I wasn't going to wait till Wednesday just because Sunday is "too busy". This is why I woke up early to be one of the first customers of the day. He didn't end up doing my nails, and the kind lady who was helping me out from the start ended up doing my nails. I am never going back here again this wasn't my first bad experience with them. read more

The rating is based on the false advertising they have in the front of the salon. I went with my husband and mother in law. It says acrillic 15, pedicure 12. So we went in hoping to get good prices. They charge $5 extra if you want medium to long nails. Medium being the tip of the finger. The nails have little bumps on them that you can clearly see with the reflection. Men get charged $15. And despite that they still didn't want to cut his cuticle. They were rude a few times and it seems like they only want to get on to the next customer. $30 for ombre acrylic. read more

Came in at 05:15pm with my sister and niece, we had an appointment at 05:30pm. My niece and I were able to have our nails done but my sister was skipped twice!!! Not to mention the lady that is doing my niece's nails took almost 2hrs to do when it should have 45-50mins. In all honesty, you have a better chance getting your nails done somewhere else were they honor the appointment time and not skip you over. This was the most ridiculous thing ever!! My sister didn't not travel from MN to be skipped over. Horrible customer service the manager has favouritism with his clients so if you're planning on coming in don't! I highly recommend Kathy's Nails!! Excellent customer service and better nails for your buck! read more

I went in with a prior hot pink gel and wanted a new mani.. the guy going my nail left a bunch of hot pink all over my nails.. He seemed like he was rushing and only did one coat of the white polish..I asked if the spots were going to stay there and he was MAD and started drilling over the gel... The pics I posted is the end result of him still drilling on my nails.. I asked Kevin if he could help and he didn't care he stated he couldn't do anything since I had hot pink polish from before.. I have never had this issue and I always get gel mania.. I guess I get what I paid for $$$ read more

Kevin is the worst. After removing my acrylic nails, he yanked the center part of my real nail making it bleed. He wanted to continue with adding a new set and I had to stop him telling him I'd need to be back another day because it can get infected. He started yelling at me telling me I wasted his time. UNEVEN NAILS. WORST nail salon I've been too. I decided to go to this one because it was close to the gym I workout in & it was a MAJOR disappointment. When I walked in I noticed that they do not use bags for the pedicures and it seemed very unsanitary. There was a guy doing my nails and he was very rough even after I told him if he can file softer. I asked for a coffin shape and he gave me these ! HORRIBLE never coming here again ! Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

As soon as I arrived, I was offered a beverage, which was a nice touch. Abby was my nail technician, and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and she was able to replicate them perfectly. They came out exactly how I envisioned them. It was also my first time trying Gel-X nails, and I absolutely love them--I will definitely be getting Gel-X again! Crystal did my gel pedicure, and it also came out perfect. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I also loved their use of technology. However, there are some sanitation practices that need improvement--specifically, certain tools like nail bits should be 100% disposable or properly single-use, and that was not consistently followed. During my most recent visit for a manicure, I had a very disappointing experience. I am someone who struggles with nail biting, and I had been very disciplined in allowing my nails and surrounding skin to fully heal over the past few months. Unfortunately, the nail technician excessively cut the skin around my nails--areas that should not be trimmed. As a licensed cosmetologist, I am aware of proper nail care practices and understand what should and should not be removed. I did communicate multiple times during the service that the cutting was too aggressive, but the issue continued. By the end of the appointment, it became clear just how much skin had been removed. I am now dealing with painful sensitivity and multiple hangnails on most of my fingers as a direct result. It's frustrating to have undone months of progress in one appointment. On top of that, my nail polish is already chipping on one of my nails, and the entire polish layer is lifting and will likely come off completely, which is disappointing so soon after the service. While I truly wanted to continue coming here, this experience has made me reconsider returning.

I was in town and needed my nails done at the last minute, so I picked this salon because it had…read morealmost 5 stars and a ton of positive reviews. After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.
