Our visit here was a happy accident. We started to go to another diner off the highway, but an electrical outage there caused us to go down the road a bit. I normally look at a menu and fine one thing I'm interested in but here, I wanted lots of things. My son says he had the best burger ever here and that is now his burger standard. I had the gyros with pierogies and all was delightful. My husband enjoyed his chicken parm. The highlight for me was the waffle sundae (seriously, you can split it). It was amazing!!! I have been to this Diner many times. Every time we go it's wonderful. From hostess to server to food.....we love it all. Between the four of us, we have had quite a few things off of their extensive menu. Some of our faves ( which I'm sure will turn into your faves too) are the Chicken & waffles, the Greek Salad(stuffed grape leaves are fantastic), fettuccine Alfredo (enough for the whole table), and their salad bar. read more

We had to be in the Nazareth area for a sad occasion. Stopped in the Nazareth Diner for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. Their salad bar had more than enough, including choice of two soups which we were told changes in choices each day. The server, Lee , was extremely personable and accommodating. Concerned about the mixed reviews, but we tried this diner anyway. Definitely outdated decor and ambiance, but it's a diner...so. The menu is vast, which can be a bad sign but we ordered the New York panini with cole slaw and onion rings. Food was actually delicious....the slaw was amazing...best I've had in a while. Saurkraut and dressing on the sandwich tasted like homemade....not sure if they are, but super yummy. Coffee was average but they have lots of delicious looking dessert. Cute little spot, I wasn't sure what to order and changed my mind 3 times before settling and the waitress was so nice and patient. I wish I would have just stuck to my first choice and got a burger though. I had the eggs Benedict, it looked yummy when it came out, but it tasted like Someone through lemonade flavored pudding all over my eggs. The lemon flavor was taking over my whole meal. I had to scrap some of that Hollandaise sauce off so I can enjoy my meal. My friend had an average breakfast which he enjoyed and said the biscuits and gravy was not bad. Went to the Delaware River Railroad and found this diner not to far away! It seemed nice and clean so we made the trip. Once we arrived we realized it exceeded our expectations, the location was very clean and large! Also we sat in what appears to be a new updated back around that was extremely spacious! Our server was extremely nice and quick with our requests. We also had access to the salad bar which was nicely stocked as well. The food came out rather quickly and was delicious. I got the mini chicken parmigiana dinner and very much enjoyed it! We have family in the area and will definitely be returning to this location for future visits! read more

On June 20th, 2017 me and my bestie came here to eat dinner before heading out to the drive-in movies. I posted pictures of all our food, plus pictures of EVERY page of the menu, so others can browse through and figure out what they want before they even get there. I have noticed all the online menus don't have 1/4 as many items listed as their actual, in-person menu does. So I figure this will sure help! I ordered the spaghetti with meat balls. I also made a trip to the salad bar, got a salad plate of lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, bacon bits and ranch. My friend ordered penne pasta with marinara. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. They also gave us bread rolls and butter. To drink we both had Berry iced tea. The food was pretty good, meat balls were bigger than golf balls, tender and not dry. Pasta sauce had a nice savory-sweet flavor. Mozzarella sticks were crisp on the outsize, stretchy cheese inside. Salad bar has plenty of variety! Fresh veggies. And I do looooove their ranch! Its not the over-preserved bottled stuff that tastes way too sweet and vinegary. It's the good, creamy fresh stuff, like the pizza places have. The berry iced tea was pretty good too. I am excited to see a family diner like this that is open 24 hours, I can't believe that! But its great to know if you ever want diner atmosphere in the middle of the night (not so much like a bar or club), you do have this option. The wait for food wasn't too long. Our server was Hannah, she was very polite, professional and helpful. Checked up on us often. Got us anything we needed. I would certainly come here again! But I'm one of those people who loves "breakfast for dinner" so next time, I would love to try some of their breakfast foods! read more

We sat for about 45 minutes, four of us, just for two salads, a burger, and soup/wings. They messed up cooking the wrong burger, which is fine... we waited for them to correct it. But when my salad finally came, I took a bite and could tell the chicken had been pre-cooked either earlier in the day or previous day and simply re-heated. I shared it with the others just to see what they thought and they agreed. Why would you not cook a fresh piece of grilled chicken when it took 45 + minutes? My moms chicken wings were also horrible. Stopped in for dinner today as I would rather support a "local" business rather than a chain restaurant. We were seated rather promptly, but that's where it ended for us. Just had a taste of the eggs benedict flourantine with smoked salmon. 1030 hrs 2/5/2020 The smoked salmon was ice cold and 100% rotten. This made everything taste cold and rotten. Waitress did her job fine, but the manager (whom I have never seen before) insisted on a few things immediately: 1. I am a habitual offender and constantly complain about my food and the smoked salmon just arrived today. 2. I was there last week complaining before about my food. 3. That I never return. All I can say is "wow". Due to the greasy nature of the food, I frequent this dump about once every two months, and only for breakfast. Never again. If this is how Nazareth Diner is treating customers, they won't be around much longer. In the meantime, drinking Pepto Bismol... Pete Theo...if you are reading this...fix it or lose it! Usually we go when we want a good chicken tender or fried shrimp basket. Their fries are great & it's hard to mess up fried food. If you go for this type of meal it's great! Salad bar is also a def win! ( To me, the soups def do not taste homemade... So expect "canned" soup taste) Service has been mostly good with each visit. We made the mistake of actually wanting a meal this time. ( Which, it has been awhile since we were here last). I ordered the mini dinner of chicken parmesan( w/spaghetti) & my fiance ordered meatloaf with gravy (w/ baked potato & corn). The chicken parmesan tasted like the Encore frozen dinners, so I'm assuming pre-made. I took 1 taste of the pasta & didn't want any more of the over cooked noodles. There was nothing tasty about the marinara sauce either ( again, most likely canned). His meatloaf he said actually tasted like the Encore Salisbury steak frozen meal. Dry, which is why it's smothered in gravy. He said his baked potato tasted microwaved & corn was not hot or tasty. Definitely dissatisfied & disappointed in our meals. If we wanted microwaved, over- cooked, pre-made food, I would've bought it frozen from the store. I'll stick to cooking at home before we go here for a meal again or we will stick to going there for fried baskets only. It's more difficult to screw those up. read more

Can't go wrong, solid, traditional diner. Have eaten here many times and have never been dissatisfied. Saturday night dinner was crowded as usual, but we were seated quickly and server was very friendly. Menu is huge but I always order something that is either a special or has to be made to order. Salad bar vegetables were very fresh. Portions good for the money which keeps the Diner popular with the teenagers! Gluten-free is very doable between entrees and breakfast foods or salad bar. Would earn a star with us though to simply offer gluten-free bread, even at an up charge, so that my wife could enjoy those items that make up over half of the menu. read more

Good, solid diner in the Nazareth area. Was there most recently a few nights ago with family. Typical diner menu, lots of choices, plenty of vegetarian options as well. Salad bar delivers; fresh and plenty of items to choose from. Service is good too. Prices are reasonable. They serve alcohol as well, which is where they loose points. So just about every time I go there I make the mistake of ordering a drink, and think "maybe this time they won't screw it up," but they still manage too. No, I'm not ordering something overly complicated like a Singapore Sling, just a basic old fashioned. They always seem to be missing one ingredient to make a cocktail, and I end up with something slightly different. Either get it together, and get some vermouth, bitters, etc...or get rid of the bar entirely. Overall pretty good, but with room for improvement. read more

This place isn't bad, I would definitely go back again. My only complaints are that service felt a little rushed. I understand that it was busy, but I felt like as soon as we finished the last bite we were being hurried out the door. Felt hurried trying to enjoy my last cup of coffee. Also, they go a little over kill on the dishes. My sister ordered the stuffed French toast and she couldn't finish it as there was just so much Bavarian cream. I ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy. I love sausage gravy but I couldn't even see the biscuits under the huge portion they gave me. Would have preferred not to have my plate drowning in gravy. Don't settle for what's in the first tray; the good stuff is further in! Another nice option if you are not that hungry is the mini dinners. For example, a standard entree is two pork chops, but a mini dinner is just one. I chose a full serving of chop steak covered in gravy and onions. It was exactly what I expected; not the best meal I will ever have, but it was satisfying. The sides of mashed potatoes and green beans were...alright. Nothing to write home about. What really stood out to my was our service. Our waitress was quick and very accomodating. Ran out of whipped cream for your milkshake? Extra chocolate sauce! Need to split checks? Done in a flash! I love this diner for what it is. The menu is huge, portions are huge, staff is friendly. I always enjoy my food and primarily come here for breakfast (all day). The food is generally under seasoned, but they have salt on the table, so who cares in this setting. The only thing I've ever been kind of disappointed by was the salad bar - my boyfriend was raving about it, but it's verrrrrry unrefined - the other day I walked by and there were just whole green onions in a cup. Another time, there were huge quartered beefsteak tomatoes. I love salad bars, but this one is kinda just like "HERE ARE VEGETABLE!"
