    Avocado toast!

Absolutely love this place! The vibes are so chill (saw the cutest dog), ordering is easy, and the turnaround is super quick. I had the most delicious avocado toast paired with a Mexican Coke, and it was the perfect combo. I loved coming here with my little cousin on Saturday morning. Such a cute spot to relax, eat, and catch up. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Updated review!!! We are regulars here :) the staff is incredible- everyone is so nice and genuine. The owner even waves! The breakfast is amazing- you NEED to try the avocado toast and breakfast burrito. Chefs kiss. I love my usual drink the strawberry matcha. Favorite coffee shop and always kind people stopping by to chat!

We were so sad to see LUV collective close but Neat Coffee is a welcome addition to the community! First, the decor is super fun with a little funky flare which was a change from the earthy chill vibes of its previous time. Don't worry- they still have the coffee roaster! Hints of orange sprinkled throughout with music playing on vinyl. The service is top notch, welcoming and so helpful. We both got a latte with house made almond milk and my husband got an iced tea to go. All three drinks were delicious. Looking forward to seeing them build out their menu and trying more drinks and food!

Great coffee, welcoming staff and cute interior! Love to see independent coffee shops like this. Super charming with parking and outdoor seating.

I love Neat Coffee! The whole team is so friendly and kind. My go to is a cortado with oat milk and it always hits the spot. It's the perfect spot for a quick coffee with good music and nice book.

Came across this place with my husband. We were staying in the area and decided to check it out well we were staying here for a few nights. Needless to say we went there for our morning coffee well in town. Good vibes, food and service.

CUTEST NEW NEAT LOCATION. Ordered a hot "the nice one" latte with whole milk half sweet. The indoor seating area is so cute and perfect for catching up with a friend. The barista was super friendly & accommodating, and would definitely come back if I was in the area!

Quaint coffee shop with excellent service. The donuts are delish and the Baker street Coffee is pleasing with a beach vibe.

Bottom Line Up Front: The Crema Cafe is a bakery and…read morerestaurant that will satisfy both your sweet tooth and savory craving -- so long as you don't mind paying a premium. The Food: In the past, I've come only for the dessert, but this review will focus on my most recent visit when my wife and I had brunch here. I ordered the quiche Lorraine, a classic variety that featured ham, cheese, and bacon. It was firm, hearty, and delicious. The wife thought it was a little dry, but then again I like hard boiled eggs and she prefers them runny, so I chalk it up to personal preference. My wife had the breakfast burrito, which was stuffed with all kinds of goodness, including egg, ham, bacon, and chorizo con papa. We both really liked it but thought it had just a hint of sausage. If it was more meaty, it would have been flawless. The Location: It's located on Main Street near the beach, so street parking is extremely limited. I came on a Tuesday morning and didn't have an issue, but lunchtime and weekends are insnae. Visit off peak hours to avoid the traffic jam or a long wait. The Setting: Crema is a medium sized establishment, with about half the space taken up by the bakery line. Fortunately, there's an outdoor seating area with about another 10 tables. Since we brought our dogs, we chose the latter option and enjoyed the shade provided by the umbrellas. Everything is clean and well organized. The Service: The customer service is great. The staff was all polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Price: This is really the only con: everything is 10% to 20% more expensive here. I call it the beach tax. Shops along any beach can implement it because people are willing to pay it in order to enjoy the amenities and location. The Conclusion: The Crema Cafe is one of our go-to restaurants for brunch and dessert any time we come to Seal Beach. It's not flawless, but we always leave happy.

I went into javatinis since it was right there and I felt bad about just asking for a water without paying so I ordered an iced latte (even though I don't care for their drinks). After I had already paid, I asked them politely for an iced water. They said they would have to charge. I was like "what? Even though I paid for a drink?" And the girl said "yes we charge for the cost of the cup." So pathetic. So I walked over to bogarts fully expecting to have to pay for something else I didn't need just to get an iced water for my toddler. The girl at bogarts, without hesitation, gave me an iced water. I said "are you sure? I can buy a muffin or something" she said "seriously it's no problem." And because of that, I went back a few hours later to get an iced chai, and now bogarts is the only coffee shop we'll give our money to every week in seal beach. Funny how not being cheap and a penny pincher with your paying customers will benefit you in the long run. Javatinis could learn a thing or two from them... I tell all of my seal beach family and friends to only go to bogarts from now on.

I looked it up after checking in and saw that they are family owned, are a garden/flower shop along with serving fresh smoothies! The layout and plants outside the store was so great to see, super stunning! The items are super appealing, they had a special called the sweetheart smoothie, which sounded delicious. I opted for the Sweetheart Smoothie except I asked to not have the collagen and to see if honey and a vanilla vegan protein could be added. The employee helping me was super accommodating and I was very appreciative of the options and recommendations she gave me. The carpets and walls are "rustic" if you're being generous, but honestly they looked cigarette-stained and filthy. The service was atrocious too. It took nearly THIRTY MINUTES just to get tea. Tea. Not a five-course meal. Then we waited OVER AN HOUR for finger sandwiches that tasted like cafeteria scraps. Most of the food was genuinely awful. The only remotely edible items were the tomato soup, cucumber/egg sandwich, and chicken quiche -- except the quiche wasn't even included and cost an extra $22, which is insane for a place already charging premium prices for mediocrity. The "egg sandwich" was basically stale yellow bread with microscopic traces of egg. And whoever decided HAM AND BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE belonged in a finger sandwich needs to be fired immediately. Even the table decor looked terrible. Every table had random mismatched pieces from different sets instead of a cohesive theme, so the whole place just felt cluttered, lazy, and disorganized. Nothing about this experience felt charming or intentional. I waited over an hour to eat garbage in a room that smelled like dust and neglect. Absolutely do not recommend. I wasn't paying, but the experience costed over $100 (including $60 from a groupon).
