Saying hello and asking how are you, or any attempt to be pleasant and they will clearly ignore you and only acknowledge you when you are ordering or paying with a look of clear annoyance. I placed a to-go order and when I arrive it's not ready. There at 3 people working and 2 are at the registers chitchatting. There's only one girl working on the drinks. I placed the order five minutes before I arrived and I still had to wait another 10 minutes when I was there. I didn't say anything but when the girl finally gave me my drink she threw it on the counter and it almost tipped over and she did not say anything. I still said thank you but I was very upset when I left. This is the only location I have gone to because it's near my house and they take forever probably because it's a bunch a little high school kids. I've had açai from different places but I really liked the thicker consistency here and loved the granola they top the bowl with. The bowl tasted fresh and it wasn't too sweet. I'm so happy this place is finally open. I went in with the intention of getting a juice, but the manager let me try the charcoal vanilla scoop- so with all intention forgotten, I got a charcoal vanilla scoop with coconut and fresh strawberries. The scoops are a healthier version of frozen yogurt, but are made with cashew milk instead. I was told the charcoal vanilla is limited time only item, but they had other flavors as well- the chocolate one looked good, I'll be trying that one next. My family and I just moved into the neighborhood and we were really excited to try this place. Well, the excitement didn't last long because we experienced the worst customer service!! The young blonde girl at the cash register was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional! I walked in and I was looking at the juices that were offered to detox as I had planned on being a regular customer who buys the weekly assortment of juices and as soon as I grabbed a bag to take a look at the offerings she rudely yelled that they were closing soon. So we had to immediately place our order before she closed out her register. On top of her disgusting attitude, she got our order wrong, charged us for an extra bowl, and the bowls she made for us had a horrible taste. I will not be spending my money at a place that employs people who could care less for customers. I should have checked the reviews before going, I see a lot of people complain about the customer service at this place. At what point do you do something about it as a business owner?? This is my second time visiting this place after giving them a chance from the first time with poor customer service I came back and service and juice was poor it tasted very spicy from the ginger and could hardly taste any of the fruit inside very bland plus the açaí bowl was half way full she offered to add a few more blueberries and more apples to my juice but still tasted bad.
