I went back to this place giving it another chance, besides my mom loves this place and I can't say no to her. I think they need to look at the way Starbucks handles their orders. The drinks always come out in the exact order of the people who were in line. This place will give 5-10 other people behind you their drinks before you. I'm hearing from other people Ive recommended this place to have had this same problem. Such a shame. Seriously get the drink orders done in order. I'm rooting for you guys but your employees have got to get it together. My sister's bowl has frozen fruit still in her cup. This has happened many times and it upsets her. The oatmeal fabulous deal you're offering is impossible to get. The store I go to is the one on Imperial & Kramer. The ONLY employee is so busy she has not done the oatmeal yesterday or today. I love love love nektar and everything on the menu! I go probably 3 times a week! Super delicious, I love the peanut butter bowl and the superfood bowl with peanut butter added, and the greenie juice! Although, the bowls are never the same. Some times they are filled all the way to the top and there's plenty of toppings, whereas other times my bowls are nowhere near filled, and maybe a few strawberries and bananas on top, and very runny. Rude employees. My order was not filled until several people behind me in line had already received their orders and left with much more than my one bowl. I waited over 20 minutes after my order and no one was in front of me in line. I spoke to the lady preparing the bowls who had no answer than it's next when clearly others after me already had theirs done. No apology. This location is awful! It's so filthy and disgusting. There were two people, one was behind the bar and the other one was behind the register. The third employee came from the back so I'm not sure if he was the supervisor and working on paperwork. But one of them could have at least tried to clean up a bit. There's were juice stains almost everywhere. Plus, there are no restrooms!! I love the Orchard Hills location because they have nice clean restrooms. I was in the area which is why I tried out this place but I was so disappointed. There were only two customers; one guy and myself. So it's not like they were busy. I've been coming to this Nekter for a while now and I don't really have any large complaints that I would deduct more than 1 star. Every time I visit this location it's always pretty clean. For some reason when I am at this location I only get my Pitaya Bowls. I don't think I have ever gotten a juice from Brea. But my only complaint is that the bowls seem to be getting smaller throughout the years. But I do love the granola they use here. The coconut flakes are more like coconut chunks, but I can live with it. read more

I waited 25 min to get my bowl. Girl was not apologetic- told me they have a lot of orders. She was actually rude. I assumed that they were online orders because there were not a lot of people in the store. If it is going to take that long to get your bowl they should let customers know when ordering.
