I have never tried Nekter before so I looked on google maps for the closest location. Maps takes you behind the shopping center and not to the service road where the location actually is so I called to try to find the location and I was super nice to the girl that answered the phone, so there was no reason for her literally hanging up on me in the middle of telling me where the store was. I thought maybe it was a mistake that she hung up so I called back and she would not pick up my call. I drove around about 10 mins trying to find the store and finally found it. First off, you need to correct your maps location so people can even find you and then maybe explain to your employees that they shouldn't hang up on people trying to find it. I did FINALLY end up finding the store and was able to get a smoothie and it was really good. read more

I love the Açai mango bowl from here but i was disappointed this morning after picking up my in-app order to find that my mango bowl was only filled half way up (when the countless other bowls I've ordered from this location are normally filled to the top w smoothie and fruit), there were no coconut flakes on top of the bowl, and when I received it from the store it was already partially melted. read more

My husband Steve found this place for me Bec I've always wanted something that I could drink as a vegan who was also seeking natural product and no added sugars ! I have never been disappointed in anything I tried here ! Service is also awesome ! I've become friends with a couple of the employees. This place is healthy, probably a little too healthy for me. Being a recovering junk-food-holic, one sip of their cold pressed juice and my stomach became outraged by my betrayal. I attempted to have another round at it with a spoon of chia seed pudding and cramps ensued. I will attempt to return when I become more healthier. Came here for the Grand opening. Cindy the owner took my order and she was very nice and helpful when helping me make a decision. She showed me how to use the Nekter app so I can get rewards and prizes in the future. I ended up ordering the açaí superfood bowl and it was really delicious. Also bought the advanced cleanse! Their bowls are awesome, but there have been a couple times that they have hardly put any toppings... For such an expensive bowl, they should be putting more than half of a strawberry and half of a SLICE of an apple. When I went up to the counter to ask for a few more toppings, the girl working wouldn't look at me and was super rude. Not cool:) read more

Love this place! I know it's a chain and I've been to another one in Houston and the new one in dallas is just as good. Service is friendly and I tried their season skoops: pumpkin spice and merry mint. Soooo yummy. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a healthier alternative to ice cream. I had a toxin flush here the last time I went and I asked for a little more ginger but not to much and over all great experience with customer service in a way but my order it tasted as if it had been given nothing but ginger it was over powering and ruined the whole drink they offered to make a new one which was awesome of them to do but they messed up again and they gave me a little beet instead of a toxin flush don't know how those two juices sound the same but nevertheless I have a take my business to another juice bar read more

Whilst the smoothies and bowls taste great, the service has declined significantly. The bowls are always made incorrectly, and the staff never apologize for their mistakes. There is often significant disconnect between the person taking the order at the register and the person making the smoothie. There are only typically 2 employees on site at any given point in time which is not sufficient and results in orders being at extreme delays. read more

I've been an avid Nekter fan since they began making their way to the Plano area. The location on Park & Preston always has superb service and when pick up orders are made, very prompt. Unfortunately, the same service has not been experienced at the newest Tollway & Parker location. I consistently walk in and stand at the side bar where you pick up orders and receive no acknowledgement when there is typically 2-4 people behind the counter. Monday I stood at the counter for 4 minutes while 4 associates were behind the counter. 1 looked directly at me and continued preparing bowls. Once I flagged one of them down they were nice but as a customer who visits 2-3 times per week this should not be my consistent experience. read more

This place looks new and the set up is great. Service is attentive. Two açaí bowls didn't take too long and were just the right consistency. I loved the peanut butter açaí bowl, and the most satisfying thing was the fresh bananas on top that didn't look like they'd been there for days. The blenders are a little loud, so it was difficult to hear one another while enjoying our bowls at a table. A couple of the tables weren't clean and the bathroom was out of order, but again this place just opened and they are working out all the small details. They had plenty of stock in the refrigerated area and staff seemed to be very thorough with an interested customer. As we were leaving, someone met us at the door and asked how we liked our visit, which we said was a positive first experience. I love that this place is so close to where I stay on Plano as I've been looking for a place with açaí bowls for a breakfast option, but it doesn't seem as if there are too many around with decent hours and a convenient location just off the Tollway. Next time, I'll try a juice, which I'm sure won't disappoint. read more

I've been addicted to the acai banana berry bowl, and I have gone to the Preston location weekly to get. As soon as I saw this location on Dallas Pkwy was opening, I was excited to have Nekter closer to me. Today, we stopped in to the new store, and right away I was impressed. The staff was super nice and eager to help. They greeted us right away and welcomed us right in. This was a big change right away from the other location. They let my son and me try the Skoop "ice cream" in both flavors, and I will tell you...that stuff is dangerously good. I got the merry mint, and I just finished, and I'm craving more!! It was smooth and creamy, like ice cream, yet it's guilt free, in my opinion, because it's made with clean ingredients (no dairy or soy). My son got the mint chocolate smoothie. He liked it, but he didn't love it. I tried it, and while it had a good amount of chocolate, it was a little watery flavored, and it was lacking on the mint. That's ok! We still drank it, and at least we didn't feel guilty, because it's a healthy take on a mint chip shake. When checking out, the cashier made sure to ask me.if I had the app, and scanned and told me all of the benefits. In going to the Preston location over the last 6 months, they never once asked that, and it wasn't until about a month ago I saw the girl in front of me pull her phone out to have it scanned that I realized all of the loyalty points I had missed out on. I hope that as the new location gets busy, they will continue with the wonderful customer service I experienced today. read more

Visited this particular location for the first time and ordered Acai Berry Bowl with $1 off coupon. However, when I was given the bowl, I immediately noticed it was only filled halfway including the fruit and granola on top! For basically $10, it should be expected that the bowl be completely full to include the fruit and granola to the top of the container. I questioned tHe clerk and she smiled and said she had to make room for the fruit. I responded, ok, then I want my money back as I'm not paying $10 for a half-filled container. The clerk at the register said "we can make you another one". So they did. This time the strawberry still has pieces of the green leaves attached. So, I picked the strawberries off and threw these away. I only came to thIs location as it just so happened to be near a meeting I had. However, I guess I'll stick to my other two locations. By the way, I even showed the clerk the "Nekter" pictures on yelp where it definitely the bowls shows the bowls are filled to the top. IF Nekter is going to reduce their quantity, then also reduce your prices and update your online photos! read more

This morning I had the new Graviola Superfood Bowl and it was so AMAZING!! Everyone needs to go get it! The cashier explained to me that Graviola is a fruit with great benefits like boosting your immunity and an anti-inflammatory! The bowl was so refreshing and had a tropical taste to it making me feel like I was in Hawaii! And the cashier reminded me that the Graviola Bowl will only be here until March 21st so I will be here almost everyday getting that bowl!! read more

This is by far my favorite Nekter location. As this location is New, I accidentally sent my online order to the store on Windhaven. The staff realized my accident and immediately offered to make my bowl with no charge. Not only was the the bowl delicious, but all the staff was extremely kind and friendly.
