went to the néktr at Tempe Marketplace. I got the açaí bowl, and let me say it's no Berry Devine. over all it was ok. had fresh fruit, granola, etc. so if you are in the mood for a quick healthy snack or smoothie, néktr is the spot. read more

This place is great! I tried the acai mango bowl and it was delicious. I would love it a little tangier, so next time I'll try it with orange juice or something instead of coconut water! I'm not a fan of coconut flakes, and the worker let me substitute for strawberries and it was great! Can't wait to come back and try more! read more

The 2 stars are for how clean & trendy the place is that's it. Tonight i ordered two smoothies for my husband & I and they were awful we had to throw them out. No kind of flavor at all, they were sour & expensive. Also the produce is NOT organic. I was bummed. I initially wanted to get the toxic flush green juice but after finding out the produce wasn't organic I changed my mind bc it defeats the purpose of a "toxic flush" when the produce is mostly likely spray with toxic pesticides & all kinds of chemicals. read more

The man at the register was really nice.. but that's the only nice thing I could say about this location.. everyone that ordered after me got their order first .. the guy that was making my order was basically Lollygagging and taking his sweet time easily distracted by the female customers , picked up a banana peel & tossed it in the trash, kept tugging at his pants to pull them up and went back to prepping without removing his gloves, washing & putting new gloves on.. I've tried a lot of places this is by the best. AJ was amazing each visit. He taught me how to use the app and earn perks. Make sure I'm happy leaving and makes good suggestions on the menu items. I work in the center (Tempe Marketplace) and stop here at least once a week. They are always friendly and helpful. If something goes wrong (which is rare) they offer to go above and beyond to fix it. :) Sometimes the new guys aren't sure how to interact at the register; but that will fade with time and experience. Overall I've never had a bad experience and their product is always fresh and delightful! I love their pancake cookies, too. Great job to whoever is managing this place! read more

So glad Nékter finally made it to Tempe! Conveniently located at Tempe Marketplace, this place makes the most delicious acai bowls, smoothies, and fresh made juices. I highly recommend the "Toxin Flush" for all first-timers. I'm excited this location is open late, as most Nékters usually close at 7pm. I really like Tempe market place so I've been working my way through all of the restaurants. I've been avoiding Nekter because I never want a smoothie for lunch but I decided to give it a try. It was relatively busy but there were a few people working so it didn't take too long and the employees were nice enough. I had the açaí superfood bowl and I loved it! The consistency of the smoothie was perfect (no chunks of fruit or ice), the flavor was good, and the toppings were delicious too! The bowl is huge and very filling. terrible service, they messed up my order and did not acknowledge my allergy and gave me a melted açaí bowl that they didn't blend all the way. also gave me a coupon for messing up and it was expired. terrible service do not recommend eating here!! also every time i order from her they mess it. it also took 30 minutes to make my online order. told me to pick up at 12:20 and didn't get it until 12:50 TERRIBLE customer service. read more

I walked into this juice bar to purchase two pre-made juices that they have stocked. I quickly grabbed the juices and went to the cashier to check out as no one was in line in front of me. Upon trying to check-out, all of the workers would not ring me up. They asked for me to cover my face with my shirt as I was not wearing a face mask. I told them that I am medically exempt as I am a cancer warrior, and per local law that protects people like me, there are exemptions for mandatory face masks. They still requested that I put my face in my shirt. Instead of quickly checking me out so I could leave, they refused to take my money. Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge pertaining to the laws about mandatory face masks. I understand that there are certain company policies, however, I was already ready to be checked out with juice in hand. So rather than sell me the juice (which would have taken 20 seconds or less), they decided to turn me away out of "fear of me breathing air" in their establishment. Is this what it's come to? People are afraid of breathing the same air as others? It's not like I was within 6 ft of them either. Ridiculous! Won't be coming back. read more
