Love this place. Love the green juices. I've been here a few times already and the service is great. They're all nice and helful. :) I also did a 3 day classic cleanse from Nekter a month ago. It went well and I loved loved loved the #4 drink which was like a spicy lemonade. The only drink I truly hated was the last drink of the day. It was so thick and had a nasty after taste. Oh I've also tried their acai bowl and I thought it was kind of bland. I've had better elsewhere. But I do love this spot for their juices!!! read more

I went in on Saturday morning and it was super busy. The customer service I received was amazing though. Samantha was my cashier and she was so nice and sweet. I purchased two of the Classic cleanses at the Upland store. The girl that helped me really didn't offer any tips on how to go about my cleanse. When I go to the Nekter in San Dimas, they are all about giving advice about how to go about my cleanse. Usually I absolutely love the quality of the classic cleanse. But unfortunately when I got to the 6th bottle of the cleanse there were huge pieces of what I believe to be cashew residue that clumped together. It actually made me gag. So dissatisfied with that, I tried to shake it for like 5 minutes straight, but nothing was getting rid of the huge horrible tasting white clumps. When you buy quality, you hold the bar higher than normal. This time the classic cleanse fell short. I had to throw away the whole bottle of that cashew milk. No one wants to eat their bottle of cashew milk!!! read more

This place is a gem ! I went in just now feeling like a truck ran me over, reversed and ran me over again . Being sick in any weather is the pits, but being sick in this hot weather takes it to another level. Right after getting out of my doctor's appointment I dragged myself here for some ginger shots, since they help tremendously with upper respiratory infections, colds , flus etc. My tonsils are currently infected so I'm not a happy camper right now . Did I mention the heat? I decided to get two shots of ginger and bought some to go. Angie helped me . she was the sweetest and very informative. She advised me to drink LOTS of water when drinking ginger and lemon as they can be hard on your kidneys. I know when we're sick we are supposed up on our liquids , but I didn't know about the kidney part. Mind you, I bought a 16 ounce cup of pure ginger to drink at home over the next few days. I appreciate her looking out for my best interest. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her customers . This will be my one place for any juices from now on. I do not recommend coming to this location due to the fact that the employees fail to perform consistency in their açaí bowl recipes. This location is closer for me than the one on foothill but every time I decide to give this place another chance, I experience nothing but disappointment. My bowl straight up tasted like cashew milk today. Do the employees know how to properly measure the ingredients? Management or whoever is in charge should really make sure their employees are following the right steps to make a proper bowl. read more

I've now became quite a regular at this amazing place. I love to get their watermelon cooler/watermelon berry smoothie so YUM and fresh at all times! I've always been a watermelon type of guy and this place knows how to make the flavors stand out even more. The customer service is also outstanding they make me feel more of a friend than customer. Drink was so sticky and thick (and primarily just peanut butter) that it was impossible to drink through a straw and had to be thrown away. Inedible, as it was basically just a cup of peanut butter mixed with some agave, and I had it delivered so couldn't request my drink to be re-made in person. This is now the third time I have ordered in the afternoon hours and have had very unsatisfactory products show up. A shame because the drinks are great when made correctly. read more

Walked into Nekter tonight with high hopes on getting their new Skoops ice cream. We walked in 40 minutes before closing. As we started to order, the girl at the register looked at the girl who was cleaning the machine. They kinda looked at each other and then looked around and said "Sorry, no vanilla." Okay, so I then said "What about chocolate?" "No, shipment comes tomorrow!" They looked a bit strange at each other. We kindly said "Okay, Thank you" and started to walk out. As we were almost out the door we heard them saying "Usually. We clean it at this time because nobody ever comes in and wants it." ok i used to go to this place and it was yummy, well must have new people that don't know what they are doing. I ordered a few items. I got a detox drink it burned going down too much ginger yuck threw it away. I ordered two strawberry drinks for 2 teenagers about $10 plus each one. Threw those away the must of used 2 strawberries and lots of water and a ton of ice so that's 30 plus bucks in the trash. Mine was ok it had 2 slices of pineapple and 1 slice of strawberry. Service and staff was bad. i just came from this branch at Upland. i got there around 12:30 noon time, lady said i can order online, so i did and one got the printed receipt and she said she'll do my orders and when i sent my order it says 20mins so that was suppose to be 1 pm, it was past 1 pm and i was still standing there waiting and the other lady ask if i still didnt get my order i said no then she checked and said- "she " referring to the lady preparing the juice infront , is making mine and ive seen her, watched her prepared those that came later than me, so i said " how come she did those that came later than me" and she said they did online i said i did mine too then my orders werent right then when i got all i said il make a poor review and the lady said "go ahead" instead of saying sorry thats when i decided to really post a bad review. please inservice your staff to be more polite, respectful and humble to all customers , regardless who they are. I love the PB bowl! I used go to Nekter daily on my way to work until they raised the prices and started giving less in the bowl, plus there were times when the bowl was made wrong! Now I make my own, and save a ton of money. However, today I decided to go to Nekter and order my PB bowl, give it another try! I was so disappointed in the quality. The contents were the consistency of a runny creamed soup, and the flavor was off. The employees just cannot get it right. If you do not give them specific instructions on how to make your PB bowl they will mess it up!! It will be too soupy, or too much agave, ect...once they forgot to add the granola!! Maybe the employees do not know there menu well enough because acai bowls are not suppose to be a soup consistency! At $8 a bowl, it should be made correct every time. read more

After driving by this location this past weekend, I decided I wanted to try this place out. I was very impressed! The store was very clean and organized. The women working behind the counter were very nice and helpful. I ordered the "Greenie (on ice) along with a single shot of ginger. The Greenie was very tasty, but what really suprised me was that ginger shot! I don't want to spoil it, but I recommend you try it out! Whoever is running this store is doing a great job! Used to drive to the OC for my fix. I'm a self proclaimed addict of Nekter's acai bowls. Banana berry, tropical and pitaya are incredible. Since I personally don't like peanut butter, I haven't tried the PB bowl but I will tell you that my son, who does not like acai bowls, loved the PB bowl. And now when he hears me speak of Nekter he asks if I'm going because he wants a PB bowl. The gals are super friendly and answered all my mom's questions before she decided on her order (2 bowls, 1 for now and 1 for later). Each time we've gone, it's been empty but don't let that fool you, it may seem calm but then BAAM, all of sudden there is a line. And please remember people, they are making items fresh to order so don't whine about it taking "too long". This is not fast food. A delicious fresh healthy treat is worth the wait.
