Enjoyed a wonderful meal at Neptune last Friday night. Cristo took excellent care of us, making recommendations for our dinner after talking to us. Wonderful table and ambiance, overlooking the water. We will continue to return to Neptune every time we visit Cabo.

This was our first visit to Neptune's. The waiter said the special was ribeye and 3 lobster tails to share by 2 people. We went with the special and I ordered a non premium regular ceviche and tiradito and I pointed at the menu specifically to order the regular appetizer and not the premium which is on the right side of the menu. They automatically gave us Fiji water without asking if we wanted regular water. We looked to the tables next to us and the all inclusive guest were given regular water bottles. While we were just offered Fiji water. Why were we not given the option? Again another tactic to up prices go total to gain 15% tip? My daughter had chicken Alfredo and the check came out to be over $450. We were confused and shocked on how it added up but soon realize the waiter charged two separate premium dishes (steak) and (Lobster) as the special and not just one price and premium ceviche instead of regular without my consent. I spoke to their Manager Philipe and he basically said it never happened before. But couldn't explain why the premium ceviche was charged to the bill without my consent. I told him maybe it's because we were cash paying customers and not all inclusive and the server took the chance to up the price as much as he could to get automatic 15% gratuity. He pretty much robbed us. Worst part is I was here for 4 out of the 7 days in Cabo and I immediately got sick from the food from food poisoning and loose bowels. It was worst restaurant experience and I hope no one visit this place if they are cash paying customer and beware if you do. Premium dining experience is one thing but being sketchy is another. And as a manager of the restaurant you have to take full responsibility and training your water on how to take orders correct without being sketchy or up charging without customers consent. This experience ruined the rest of my vacation and the will make sure the reviews get to upper management

I think this was the least favorite food I had while my stay in Villa Del Arco. They have a lot of options for but me, the flavor wasn't that great. They were out of the Oysters platter which was a bummer, I was looking forward to that. Service was great though. our table had a beach view which was breathtaking, I could hear the sound of the waves which was absolutely relaxing! we had their risotto and something else for dinner which was okay for me. their dessert was really good though, They brought us a honeymoon dessert which was really sweet of them. our server made me a really good drink that I wasnt sure what it was but it was very tasty! I highly recommend them for their service and dessert but perhaps try more food options.

We were vacationing at the Villa Palmar in Cabo and went to Neptune for dinner. The view from our patio table was beautiful and set the tone for the meal. The service was excellent, hats off to our server Christo who was helpful with the menu selections. We each had the lobster bisque, followed by the seared ahi tataki as starters. The bisque was quite good but the seared ahi was awesome! For our entree we had the Sea Bass which was disappointing I'm sad to say. It was a small portion and was lacking in flavor. The fish was plated with mushrooms and squash moose which was good. Dessert consisted of a very unique Strawberry cake which was presented so well it was a shame to eat it, but we did and it was excellent. They present the bill with a small plate of cream puffs which were delicious. As we were waiting for the bill we were treated to a fabulous fireworks show right next door, awesome ending. I would have given Neptune 5 stars but the Sea Bass was only so so.

We had dinner reservations at the seafood restaurant, Neptune, that probably had the best view of the Arch at the Villa Group of hotels. They have both outdoor and indoor dining where you can enjoy a view of the Arch. The food here is very good. They tend to lean towards a fusion of Asian style in their menu selections. Their organic green salad and beet salads were excellent. The fried gyoza were tasty. Their catch of the day or "curricanes" was unique and worth a try. Their specialty fish is Pacific Sea Bass that was roasted and very moist and flakey. It was my birthday and I got a special surprise song and dessert. Service here was also exceptional. The hostess greeted me with a friendly smile and attitude. Edi was our waiter and was definitely a top notch professional. He was well versed in the food and wine selections and was very friendly and accommodating. Be sure to enjoy delicious and fresh seafood at Neptune Seafood Restaurant in the Villa del Arco when in Cabo San Lucas.

Overall Rating: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 --------------- Our family recently visited Neptune seafood at Villa Del arco on our last night of our five nights stay. everything at Neptune seafood was on top the food the service, the ambience it was truly an amazing experience. Some of the foods we got included whole red snapper, which came out great (photo attached) and the steak filet mignon, which was perfectly tender and cooked perfectly medium rare. Lastly, to finish off the meal, our server gave us a free, thank you desserts, which was truly amazing. Our server Ray was one of the best servers we've ever had. He included jokes between our meals, provided us with recommendations on dish's and more. We hope to come back and have Ray as our server again. What also amazed us is that this was an all inclusive restaurant included in our stay. For such quality food. This was amazing.

If you're looking for fresh seafood this is the place to go. We ordered the sashimi and fish fried gyozas as an appetizer. Gyozas had fish and chorizo, not bad but wasn't a fan of them being fried. Our entrees included a fried red snapper and a seafood linguini. The snapper came with a side salad. Was pretty good. The seafood linguini was very good all kinds of protein shrimp, octopus, mussels, scallops in a delicious peanut sauce. For desert we had the chocolate cake and the crème brûlée! Both were very scrumptious. The service was great and the view is the beautiful open air beach. Check it out.

Open kitchen inside Neptune Seafood Restaurant in the Villa Del Arco Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Neptune Seafood is a high-end restaurant located in the Villa Del Arco Resort which is one of three hotels that make up The Villas Resort Complex along the heart of the coast of Cabo San Lucas. With it's stunning deckside view of the Sea of Cortez of the natural landmark El Arco, you can't go wrong by making this a daily stop if you are a romantic couple most of whom were sitting outside on the deck or a larger family many of whom were sitting inside with their dining room which opens out to the ocean view and has an open kitchen in the background. We came to Neptune because we were guests of the adjacent Villa Del Palmar hotel, and we as guests of that hotel ordered the all inclusive dining package and our concierge recommended that on our first night staying at the resort that we make reservations for this chic dining spot. And we weren't disappointed with their suggestion. Upon being sat inside their open-air restaurant, guests will immediately notice the fly situation that was fairly intense, being in a hot and humid climate it was understandable but after all this time and this residing in a high-end hotel, you would think this is fixable by now. As we reviewed the menu, our server Antonio asked if we'd like to try out some appetizers and if it was okay if he selected some and since we had the meal plan, we were game and agreed. So Antonio ordered from their Cold Appetizers section of the menu: the Neptune's Seafood Platter filled with steamed shrimp, oysters, chocolate clams and sea urchin; the Hamachi Tiradito, which was served with a pasilla chile, and topped with a soy and sesame oil emulsion, tropical guacamole, ginger, grapefruit and lemon confit; the Zucchini Crab Roll which was topped with chorizo mayonnaise, fermented lemon, tai-soy, spinach extra virgin olive oil; and from their Hot Appetizer menu: the Loreto-Style Broiled Clams which was topped with chipotle hollandaise, sun dried tomatoes, Spanish Bellota ham, brandy and Parmesan. These dishes could have served us plenty and I loved the presentation and preparation that each dish provided. Since we split these tasty appetizers, I decided to order their Lobster Soup for an additional starter which was topped with seared brioche, chives and glazed lobster, which managed to be as heavy as expected. In deciding what entrée to order, we didn't realize that items that had the word premium next to them were served at an extra cost and therefore didn't qualify under our meal plan. After finding out that fact after considering our order, we had to reconsider our choices from the three meat and three fish dishes that were available under our meal plan. I decided to order the Sous-vide Sea Bass with Potatoes for my entrée. Served with a yellow squash puree, Bunapi mushrooms, arugula sprouts, and garlic chips, my meal, like all of the dishes, was well presented, this time on an iron skillet, and solid overall but still a little dry. My fellow diners ordered their Tuna with Ashes, which was served with a beet puree, pearl onions, toasted peanuts, steamed kale, amaranth sprouts and topped with Chef's special sauce, which I sampled and was a little salty. Other diners ordered their Seared Red Snapper which was served with black quinoa, Cipollini onions, garlic-ginger mojo, and microgreens and after I sampled that I noticed it had a good strong Asian influence. If that wasn't enough we ordered from five choices on their dessert menu and I went with the Coffee Mousse which was a combination of crumble, silver leaf, tequila bonbon and dark chocolate ganache. It was the perfect ending to the perfect meal. Be forewarned that most wines and cocktails also cost more on this menu. Neptune Seafood is a romantic eatery that serves up delicious seafood and meat dishes probably represents Los Cabos dining at its finest. Their talented chefs have truly acquired a flair for classic French techniques with a casual Cabo attitude which allows them to prepare fresh local dishes situated right on the water above Medano Beach which provides for the ultimate experience!

My family and I just ate here while staying at Villa del Arco. 10/10 food and 11/10 service! Brigido was the best server I have ever had. So attentive, kind, and helpful. The sushi was the best sushi I have had as well. Can't recommend enough. Please give Brigido a raise and try out this restaurant!

We ate outside 9pm and it was amazing weather and ocean views. Service was outstanding . We tried many appetizer's and did the family surf and turf that feed 4. Even had a small but very good kids menu. Can't comment on the desserts. We had no room at all after those large portions. Appetizers are 100% shareable. Will be back next visit for sure.

I am reviewing as a tourist but this place has amazing food and has a really great vibe to it and I will tell you what it is like later. The only negative thing I have to say is that 1. They didn't fulfill my request to reserve a table with the lands end view (even though that is what I reserved) And they didn't fulfill my request which was very saddening to hear as that is the only reason why I went here was for the view and the food. 2. They also couldn't make a peach Bellini as they didn't have the ingredients for me (since I am under the legal drinking age of Mexico) but I asked for new drink that had no alcohol and they made me a good grapefruit drink and I had two so thank you for solving my problem as my request. Furthermore, The service is great our servers Gabriella and jimmy were constantly refilling drinks and having good attitudes and asking about the food and answering questions. I ordered the lobster which is very good even for the high price point I still ordered it and it did not disappoint! For my appetizer I did the tuna and yellowfin tartare and it was average for a tartare as it had very fatty cuts so I ate about half. I will leave pictures of the lobster and tuna but, the service is great and the food is immaculate!.
