I've been into this Nespresso boutique a few times. They usually do a good job with service considering how busy they always seem. The boutique offers samples to assist with your coffee choice. Today they absolutely soared with the amazing service. I was in buying a gift and I don't drink coffee so samples weren't an option for me, but Amy can to the rescue! She assisted me in choosing coffee selections for my coffee loving daughter. Amy was efficient, very personable and so helpful in making decisions on flavors. She briefed me on the specials and was in depth on what the flavors taste like so I could make the best gift purchase possible. My friend needed to get some different flavor of Nespresso. With Wanted to browse coffee and explore some new flavors. The store itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and well organized, with an impressive selection of coffees, machines, and accessories. Unfortunately, the customer service didn't match the quality of the store. There were four workers working 2 at the door with an iPad one near the area where you can make your sampled coffee and one at the register. After spending some time looking around, we weren't greeted or offered assistance. We eventually had to seek someone out ourselves to ask for help. Once we did, the staff member was knowledgeable and answered our questions, but I would have appreciated a warmer welcome and a more proactive approach. Shopping at a specialty boutique should feel inviting and personalized, especially for customers who are interested in learning about new products. A simple greeting or check in would have made a big difference. Overall, it's a lovely store with a great product selection, but there is room for improvement when it comes to hospitality. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal Nespresso customer, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Over the past several weeks, I have spent approximately 3.5 hours on the phone with customer service trying to troubleshoot my broken machine. Despite all of that time and effort, my machine still does not work. I was then told that someone would contact me this week to discuss my options for repair or replacement. No one ever called. The most frustrating part isn't just that my machine is broken--it's the complete lack of follow-through and respect for my time. I've done everything Nespresso has asked of me, invested hours trying to resolve the issue, and have been left without a working machine or any communication. I chose Nespresso because I believed I was purchasing a premium product backed by premium customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has shown me otherwise. After this level of poor customer service, I can no longer justify continuing to support this company. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope Nespresso takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, because no loyal customer should have to spend hours chasing a resolution only to be ignored. A friend introduced me to this place while we were walking around Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. I have never been a fan of Kering coffee and prefer my regular coffee brewed or pour over. But she turned me onto this place after I sampled a cup in their store. I love that they offer free smaples. Nespresso machines brew espresso and coffee from coffee capsules of ground coffee beans. I was amazed by the quality of the coffee in my cup. All Nespresso coffee is roasted, ground and encapsulated in Switzerland. The capsules and machines are sold worldwide. You can order them online or in this store. Nepresso Boutique sells both machines and capsules for both the original and "VertuoLine" pods. The "VertuoLine" capsules were created for North Americans who wanted a larger serving of coffee. Nepresso Boutique at Scottsdale Fashion Square recently closed and reopened to a new location within the mall. read more

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were able to check in to be helped. While we waited we were able to go to the coffee counter and make a cup of coffee. We had the choice of multiple Nespresso pods and could choose which machine we wanted to try. They even had glass mugs to use with milk and sugar to elevate the experience. If you wanted to go the tasting counter, one of the employees would run you through the different coffee selections to taste. We were helped quickly, even on a Saturday. If you don't want a wait, I recommend going Monday through Friday. This is a new store front, and they did a great job with the redesign. Great interior and very inviting! I hate this store with a passion. I only come to get the pods I need same day. They sometimes give you samples, sometimes they don't. Staff are snobs! Your Points don't mean anything so NO POINT in giving them your info. You have to sign in and wait your turn. No longer do they offer to- go cups and you'll have to sample coffee in store, yet they're not Miami Beach. They don't offer a cafe experience. It's so stupid. I live so close to the mall that it's dangerous, but I love stopping in and buying my nespresso pods in person! It gives me the opportunity to try all the fun, new flavors (and get a lil cup of free coffee). Everyone is always super nice and they even started 3D printing on your lattes which is insane! I have been a long time customer and have overall enjoyed the convenience, variety, and relative quality of the machines and coffee, but the service has been a disaster, perhaps coincidentally with the move to the fancy new location adjacent to Nordstrom. Recently, when stopping by to purchase coffee pods, there has been a wait to get someone to help. Today we waited for a solid 20 minutes, watching a single clerk serving the 5 customers ahead of us, while no fewer than 6 registers sat empty, and at least 4 other employees were shuffling around checking people in or cleaning or making coffee samples for the teen boys who stopped by after school. It's very simple: when you force your loyal clients to come to your proprietary location to buy your proprietary product you MUST deliver good service. Making someone wait that long for the simplest of transactions is simply unacceptable. I informed the manager of the same concern, but despite a "sorry for the wait" did not get the feeling I was heard nor expect change. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong. read more

The best part of the store experience is as soon as you enter you are invited to enjoy the seasonal flavours as you wait. Once you are greeted by the sales associate you may request to try any of the coffee items you wish they also have every machine on display so you may use them to brew your coffee to see if you like them for yourself. It is nice to have a Nespresso store nearby rather than ordering online, but finding a time when you can get in and out of this store without a long wait is difficult. When Nespresso was out of Sur La Tab they had the coffee pods right in front of customers. Now after standing in a long line they take your order and then go to the back room to get the pods. It just takes longer and makes the line go slower. They also used to offer customers a taste of coffee so you could try a new flavor. They seem to do this for a select few customers, but they aren't too friendly about it. I'm not sure why the service had to change now that they have their own store, but it was much better before. I will order online unless I am in a crunch for coffee. read more

Me and my mom went to visit the Boutique to buy espresso pods , and unfortunately it did not go well the man who helped us was very unwelcoming, seemed very bothered for me not knowing what I wanted . The worst part was an un wanted comment when it came to purchasing my mom had offered to use a gift card that she had received and had more then enough to cover the cost and the man told me to " make sure I had enough money " . Felt very targeted and extremely uncomfortable I will not be returning and would rather buy them online . Girlfriends review- I thoroughly enjoy Nespresso and every time me and my boyfriend go, we look for our favorite sales rep (Nick). He is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable about the products, very professional, welcoming and kind. Nick has great recommendations and he needs a raise. Store is very clean and well maintained, complimentary coffee upon entering. We visit this location many times throughout the year and we have the Vertuo and the original machine and love them both. I visited this weekend for some supplies. Talked to a cashier, told them what I needed, and was told they'll grab it from them back. I waited, and waited, tried a coffee, waited some more...I checked back in with the cashier. There were 3 people ahead of me? So there's a virtual line -- that no one tells you about -- that usurps in-person customers. I don't mind waiting, but I had no idea there was an electronic que to get in. It would've been nice to be told because I wouldn't have gotten so pissed especially since you cannot do anything for yourself in the store. I had walked up to a cashier with no one standing in front of me to place an order; I thought it would be fast! Totally wrong. The lesson? The store is trying to be an "experience". IMO, it's not a cafe, it's a store. It's not an apple store where you're dropping $$$$$ and check out takes time, it's coffee. Your daily joe. The ambiance was one part coffee snob, two parts teens getting free coffee and clogging up the store, and three parts pretentious tech store. I'll never visit it again. read more

Customer Service peeps were nice but again alot going on in here. I honestly would just order online and skip the drive and all the chaos! As a novice coffee drinker, going to places like this can be intimidating. Denise made me feel very comfortable and went into a lot of detail to explain the process of how Nespresso sources their beans, roasts their beans, and how they develop their product. She was a delight to work with and I look forward to learning from her again next time I'm at the store! read more

That would have been fine but we asked if the machines were more like traditional espresso makers (high pressure) or if it worked in another way. All types of coffee pods available as well as seasonal flavors. They have a tasting bar as well. Service impeccable and staff very knowledgeable. You step up to the order stand and receive one on one personal service! Questions? They have the answers and great recommendations. After my purchase I was given samples of coffee pods and you have a choice of how you'd like to recycle the empty's. You may return it to the store or UPS. They provide you with bags to return them. Based solely on the structure/process of the store! Staff is great, always stocked with good stuff. But this new process of checking in and wandering makes no sense. We've been coming for a long time, and used to grab our sleeves on the way to the line and were in and out in 5 minutes. Now, you check in and wander aimlessly until someone calls your name. It somehow adds about 15 minutes each time and makes the store more crowded and uncomfortable to be in. It seemed like the process wasn't broke (I had zero complaints before now, it used to be so efficient), but they "fixed" it anyways. As a regular customer, I suggest returning to the old structure! read more

Such a great first ever experience at a Nespresso Store! This store was busy even after arriving 10 mins after it opened. I loved that we were offered to try a Pumpkin Spice Cake Vertuo pod. The lady doing the tasting was super friendly and helpful. Now, the person who I ordered my pods from left a lot to be desired. She wasn't the friendliest and didn't get my pod order right the first time. I had to correct her multiple times with the spelling of my email (my phone number had been entered wrong when I purchased my machine over the phone late last year) and she said I ordered pods that I didn't. Luckily she read back to me what I wanted, so I was able to ensure my order was correct. I like paying a little less than CA tax while here in AZ, so I will be back if I am ever in the area. read more
