THIS BUSINESS MAKES PROMISES, EVEN IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL ...... ONCE YOUR VEHICLE ARRIVES THE BAIT AND SWITCH STARTS. The representative you encounter in person is not the person you talked to over the phone or who sent the e-mail negotiating your vehicle towed to Network Extortion Auto Body. They will claim they are extremely busy and overwhelmed with business, laughable at best. What you will learn later this switch of employees is no mistake. There is a reason for this !!!!. NOW all your previous agreements are simply out the window, and off the table. You are told how sorry they are and you were provide misinformation. THE EXTORTION BEGINS WITH STORAGE FEES, inspection fees, AND tear down fees all the while your vehicle has never moved and like my friends parked outside in the rain soaking the interior of your car. Progressive painfully stated this business practice is common with these types of business as insurance companies are paying the storage fees. Best of all they attempt to keep your keys, truly pathetic customer service. Finally reaching the Office manager he clearly attempts the amateur negotiating tactic of good cop bad cop scenario apologizes for his staff's misinformation and aggressive behavior, stating we really want your business. He follows with the statement," What can I do to make it right for us"? Us? Us???? WHAT, seriously there is, never was, and never will be a 'US" when dealing with this business. They were reported to Progressive Insurance (Red Flagged in their system) Mercedes-Benz USA, as well as Mercedes-Benz Valencia. This business hires employees and fails to train their staff, with minimal knowledge of Mercedes Benz technology. Naive, to MB vehicles GPS tracking systems. News Flash Network Extortion Auto Body once an MB vehicle is parked, owners can see in real time; the actual location of our vehicle!!!! Once locked, when it is moved, as well as windows and or doors open. Amateur hour attempting to charge indoor storage fees, inspection and tear down fees while a vehicle is parked outside in the rain. STAFF ATTEMPTED TO NEGOTIATE AN OUTRAGEOUS FEE OF OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS YES !!!!! $1,000.00 to release our vehicle to tow it to another shop. No, they did not offer to tow it to another shop for that fee just release the vehicle to the public curb. KARMA COMING IN 3, 2, 1, ...... Well right back at ya Network Extortion Auto Body your parking lot in the back IS UNSECURED AND has no gate as the vehicle sat there with the broken front windows open with rain and water damage for over a week. My friend arrived at night, walked in the back, started his vehicle drove it to the curb. Then called progressive Roadside Assistance and had it towed to Certified Mercedes-Benz Body Shop that actually caress about MB Customers. THREE things Network Extortion Auto Body has learned today. How they lost a vehicle from their unattended lot and now they have a MERCEDEZ-BENZ key in one hand a $32,876.43 of lost business in the other. THE THIRD AND MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEM THIS BUSINESS HAS IS WHY IN THE WORLD ARE THEIR SO MANY KEYS LAYING AROUND THE OFFICE IN A JUNK DRAWER???? These are markers of missed opportunities and thousands of dollars of lost business due to extortion tactics that simply will not work with educated consumers who refuse to be extorted by teenagers and bend to your criminal ways of doing shady business. 24 hours after posting review.... Extremely Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I had a terrible experience with Auto Body Inc., especially dealing with JC Jimenez, who was consistently rude and unprofessional every time I called for updates. The repairs were supposed to be straightforward, yet they kept changing the timeline. I was originally told the car would be ready quickly, but it ended up taking over 6 weeks--from April 20th to June 4th, 2025. Worse, they refused to give me a proper estimate up front and insisted I leave the car before discussing costs. In the end, the bill came out to a shocking $19,800, with charges for extra items I never agreed to, submitted through my insurance without my clear consent. The quality of work was also poor. The report stated the bumper was fixed, but it's still scratched on the bottom, and there are missing bolts under the bumper where the plastic cover should be secured. I feel they took advantage of the situation and overcharged both me and the insurance company. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this shop. Poor service, lack of transparency, and questionable repair practices. Absolutely not recommended. read more

We had someone run into two of our parked cars. We were recommended to Network by several people and businesses. Right up front, they were very forthcoming about potential delays dealing with insurance companies since the insurance companies have changed the way they assess accidents since COVID. There was constant and upfront communication during the whole process, which was very drawn out by the insurance company. I was notified whenever something was needed from/submitted to the insurance company and could see that the delays were entirely on their end. Once it was all said and done, Network did a fantastic job on all of their work. They are very friendly and very accommodating. They took excellent care of us, so I highly recommend them, and have done so since this process has started. One of our vehicles again had an incident shortly after being returned. We took it right back to Network and had them fix it. They were very thorough in the assessment. Once again, they did great work. read more

My Honda needed some repairs after an accident. Eric at Valencia Honda recommended Network Auto Body, in Valencia. He said to ask for JC, so I did. Upon entering the shop I was warmly greeted by Martha and JC Jimenez. The shop is very clean and comfortable. JC explained the procedure and dealt with my insurance company on my behalf. Some of the parts needed for my car were on backorder due to the effects of Covid-19 and took longer than expected to arrive. I knew he was on top of the project because he kept me informed regularly as the work progressed until it was finished. He was so easy to talk to that I felt like I was talking to a good friend. I got my car back and it looks beautiful! Here is a big THANK YOU to JC and the shop for the terrific job they did on my car. I was very, very impressed with this auto body shop. I walked into the lobby and it was like walking into an expensive hotel or house with beautiful woodwork and granite. What a refreshing atmosphere compared to the expected industrial and cold decor of the usual body shop. But more importantly, the staff was so friendly and nice, that we felt like we were our friends. Moreover, they were extremely professional and made us feel very confident in our doing business with them. When we picked up our Mercedes Benz, you could not tell it had been in an accident. They even added some really cool and expensive looking license plate frames, without charging us! This place has my vote of confidence and we are exceptionally satisfied with their work. read more

Thank You Network Auto Body!!! I got into a car accident and had no idea what to do. I found Network Auto Body online and called them because they had such great reviews. Everyone was super nice from the person who answered my call to the office manager who walked me through the whole process. My car was pretty new and I was so sad that I got hit=( What really surprised me is that Network Auto Body didn't just settle with my insurance company on how much it would cost to fix my car. They fought on my behalf to make sure I got the original parts for my Mercedes ( good to know that insurance companies try to go cheap on parts!!!) This is my second time dealing with Network. The first time was for a rear end hit on my civic and most recently for a tweaked front bumper on my truck from someone backing into me. My Corvette was vandalized (hood and rear end were deeply etched with random letters. Network Auto Body was recommended by a Corvette friend and I'll tell you what...what an amazing job they did! Wow. My wife was in a collision and I needed a body repair shop to fix my Mercedes. I Have not done this in over 20 years. I met Paul and he definitely provided 5-star service.
