These guys have great equipment and I haven't had any problems with their quality of work. That being said, they seem a bit shady to me, claiming there are problems where there are not, and yes I do know what I'm talking about; I was the one who replaced the parts they said were bad. Funny they didn't say anything about the CV joint boots being shredded. I think that they would have no problem taking advantage of people. Just my two cents. read more

Went there today for a cruise control issue, Manager guaranteed he would have an answer within an hour as to why my cruise control quit working. After 90 minutes the manager stated that his mechanic could NOT find out why my cruise control isn't working. I also asked them to pull a spark plug to see if I needed a tune-up on this truck I had recently privately purchased. They never did check for me. Frankly this was a waste of 2 hours of my time. I am glad they didn't charge me anything, otherwise we definitely would have had an issue! read more

I've been going to Network for 2yrs now and have NEVER had a bad experience. I get my regular oil changes there and have even had them replace my engine. Consumer Beware. A radiator hose, Thermostat, Radiator Cap and a flush $451. I looked up the parts. The Hose is $25 Thermostat $15 Cap $15. I have herd they really jack up their parts prices but this??? They came to Queen Creek 2 years ago and brought a crooked way to do business. They will charge you for ANY diagnostics done, I mean a seperated charge for each system. Only out od desperation did I agree to them just replacing the hose. $451 for a job that should be $200. I brought my Nissan Altima here for a second opinion about a bad head gasket. The first place I went to told me I had a bad head gasket and that they found coolant in cylinder #4. I didn't go into detail with Network but did tell them I was told I had a bad head gasket. They said bring it in and we\ll run a pressure test on the engine. They told me cylinders 1 and 2 were filling up with coolant, I then told them the previous inspection told me about cylinder 4. When I got home I received a call from Network telling me that he had misunderstood the mechanic that worked on it and that it was cylinders 3 and 4 that were filling up with water. On the conflicting mechanics reports and on the urging of my Mechanic from back home I took it in for a third opinion from a mechanic my in laws have been using for years. They performed a pressure test and called and said they found no problems with the engine and that it was running good. I told them about my other two opinions and so the did a block test which also came out perfect...no problems and that when I added coolant before this started I must have had air in the system but NO LEAKS. The first mechanic wanted approx. 2k for a head gasket repair and Network said I should replace the engine ant a cost of 3 to 4 thousand dollars. The receipt I received from Network had no detailed info on what testing they performed, just the dollar amount I paid them for the supposed test at $52 and change. I don't believe they did any testing at all and tried to capitalize on my first diagnosis of a blown head gasket thinking I would fall for the second opinion. If they did test it they lied to make the money and covered up the test results by not giving me a receipt stating a test was done, I have the car back now and it's running fine. Bottom line is if you want to take your car here beware because they are dishonest or at the very least inept. Maybe ok for an oil change but other than that I wouldn't trust them changing a headlight. read more

Had work done on 01' Honda Accord and was very pleased with the work done and price that was quoted, actually was 400 dollars cheaper than San Tan Honda on a 1000 dollar job. John and his team of mechanics were very timely and addressed all my concerns with the utmost in professional courtesy. I just wish that I had taken my truck over to them before Brakes Plus... still having issues with their work! Give them a shot ! I have a 1995 Honda Civic it used to be my moms car for many years but now it's mine we've been coming to this mechanic shop for many years my grandfather has paid so much money fixing my car and I couldn't be more grateful but this place has been rude to me like as if I don't know a thing about cars and we've had multiple rebuilt engines put in and as it was in the shop getting a rebuilt engine they broke my driver side door, how? I couldn't tell you but they did take it to a auto body shop to get another door. As they were putting a engine in my car we called a week or two later asking for an update they said it was almost done should be done by next Friday. Friday had past and no call or anything my grandpa calls a few days later and the lady tells us there not close to being done. It would be nice to have the truth. When I finally got my car back I was driving my car home it was shifting horribly bad wouldn't want to drive past 25 mph and so we took it to a transmission shop and they told us a bunch of stuff that was wrong with the car like cords had Silicone and some of the parts were bent. On top of another thing my car was horribly dirty inside like there was yellow flowers all inside my car they left a purple rag inside of my car and my steering wheel was disgustingly dirty. I will never ever take this Honda back here and if I had the money I would sue! My grandpa was so upset to hear this. He's given them so much money to fix my car and it's not even working correctly. No one should ever have to go through this. When you take a car to the mechanics you trust them. They broke our trust. read more

I had a coupon and still ended up paying the about the same or more as what I usually paid when I took my truck to the dealership. They were rude, unprofessional and would t even try to explain their cost breakdown. Never going back there and spreading the word about their horrible service. I am amazed they are still open. Wow! My Accord wouldn't start or crank, had it towed to Network at 3pm on a Tuesday. Within an hour they called with a diagnosis and a quote. By 11am on Wednesday my car was ready to go at a great price with no attempt to sell additional products or services. I'll definitely be back, Derrik and the entire team were awesome. read more

These guys were a dissapointment as soon as I made a phone call to them!! I called Network, after receiving fairly high quotes from a few different places. When their quote was almost the highest, I simply told the gentleman (John) that from what I was to understand, what I was asking them to do was a very simple procedure, but to clarify, I asked him what was involved. John was IMMEDIATELY irritated, and said that "people ask me this stuff ALL the time!!" (Isn't that the point of getting an estimate???) He proceeded to tell me that it WAS a simple proceedure, but that his techs have spent thousands of dollars on equipment, and so, if other people dont have the equipment, then they had better be ready to pay. I was not impressed with how quickly I became an irritation to John. I asked him a simple and relevant question in a very nice manner, and was met with sarcasm and attitude. They were jerks and will never get my business!!! read more

Beware of Keith Kauffman - Doesn't know the difference between good crap and peanut butter. He's quick to look you in the eye and shake your hand. Started off with a $69 alignment. They replaced the OEM A arm bracket with an adjustable after market to adjust the camber on left rear. They called it all better to a tune of $406. I drove off stunned by the price and happy to have it over and done. Two days later I noticed that the right rear looks totally out of camber - WTF. Two weeks later I take it back and the other guy Erik agrees with my assessment and it goes back on the rack. The new report shows it's out of spec (nice job Keith). This time they replace the right rear arm but Erik cuts me a real deal (sarcasm) at $250. read more

So when my breaks started making noise I did a google search for some place the had a good reputation . I found Network Automotive. They had good reviews. Received an email from Network that had a $22.99 deal that stated a synthetic oil change along with a host of other checks and tire rotation, when I got there I was told it was a blend. I told them and showed them the email that stated synthetic oil. They said it should have said "blend", and they would not honor it. I understand making a mistake if that was the case, but a good company stands behind their add. Sounds like someone should be proof reading these things a little better. Disappointing! read more

My AC went out on my Titan in July. Crew had my AC diagnosed, fixed and done the same day. I felt the price was reasonable and the workmanship was good. They gave me an option to do some additional work or come back another day, no high pressure sales. I will return with my vehicles in the future. Let me start by saying that I dread alignments on my BMWs. Nobody follows the BMW TIS procedure for an alignment nor does anybody seem to care about, or be capable of, doing a good job. However, I can't say enough good things about the guys at this Network location. I'm a car nut (understatement) and expect my vehicles to be as close to perfect as possible and the crew here really delivered. I was greeted by Nick at the front, who is a BMW enthusiast and was familiar with things only an enthusiast would know about my car (i.e. chassis code). He had a genuine interest in making sure the car was taken care of, and didn't bat an eye when I asked if they would ensure the steering wheel matched my definition of straight (which is a huge problem when getting an alignment). I ended up hanging out in the bay with Taylor, who really is more of an artist than an alignment tech. He took his time to do the job right and allowed me to specify whatever I wanted done on the car (I set the tire pressures myself). He didn't insist that he knew best or try to pressure me into pushing the pressures up to 40psi like every other place does. The end result was a perfect alignment with the steering wheel about 0.5° to the left of center. Taylor immediately recognized it, put it back on the rack, hooked every piece of equipment back up and did the front-end alignment again to get the steering wheel perfect. The result? Perfection. I'll be back, for sure, and will be recommending you guys to my network of 1,000+ BMW enthusiasts. read more

I have been bringing my 2006 Saturn Vue to Network Auto since I moved to Queen Creek in November 2010 (it now has approximately 150,000 miles). My first experience with them was great. And, every one since has been the same. I have never been disappointed with the service or cost. They have never performed unnecessary or questionable repairs. They stand behind their work and will do warranty work, if necessary. Their prices are competitive with competition and they offer coupons and other discounts. My last experience was in late October, 2017. A starter installed in December 2015 failed. They (service advisor, Hayden H. and manager, Shawna L.) replaced it under warranty. That was a substantial savings that I deeply appreciated. Network Automotive is the most honest and reliable repair shop I have ever been to in Arizona or my previous state, Minnesota. I am very upset with the customer service we have received from Network Automotive the last two times. The first time I had my son bring my Nissan in for an oil change, we had been using regular oil on the car and the mechanic who worked on the Nissan put synthetic in without even asking my son if that was okay. The shop just did what they wanted to my vehicle with no communication at all!!!! My son came home and was upset because he paid about $20 more than he expected for a typical oil change. When I looked at the invoice I realized why he had been charged so much. I was upset about the failure of communication and figured the mechanic just went off factory recommendations versus asking the owner of the vehicle. His bad, but I let it slide. Next my husband brought my 2002 Yukon XL in today, a vehicle which has never had synthetic oil in it, and the mechanic puts a synthetic blend in without asking if that will be okay (now I know its not a factory recommendation for this vehicle). No communication at all about what they are putting into my vehicle that I have paid for. Regardless of whether both oils are better, the failure to communicate with the owner of the car about changing the type of fluid the vehicle has been use to should always be discussed and agreed upon by the owner. When I called in and spoke to the manager Eric, he said that all the shop uses is synthetic and synthetic blend. I told him that he should have that stated on the coupon that we used and he said it does, when I read the coupon off to him and he looked at a copy of one himself, he realized that the coupon does not state synthetic blend. Eric was not the least bit respectful or apologetic about his shop failing to communicate with me about switching out the types of fluids my cars use without my permission or knowledge. As a matter of fact he was very indignant and proclaimed in his five years there he has never had a customer complain about putting synthetic oil in their vehicle. Well this is one person who does not appreciate someone doing something to their vehicles without their knowledge or permission. Eric you need work on your customer service skills, and this shop needs to clearly state on coupons and at the front desk the oil that will be used in the vehicle. Shame on you!!!! read more

*PLEASE BEWARE* I went to Network automotive on Saturday 6/11/16 to get my alignment at their Queen Creek location. There was nothing much to it so I thought everything was fine, however, the problem appeared on my way back home. I was on the freeway and I noticed that every time I hit my brakes, the pedal began to get softer and softer. I immediately got off the freeway and when I tried pressing the brakes to slow down, I noticed that my car wouldn't stop and started leaning to the right. If I hadn't of thought quickly and pulled my E-brake, I would've crashed into the car in front of me. Once I made it home, I noticed that there was a leak on the drivers rear side of the vehicle which turns out what my brake fluid. It is a bit hard to ignore that on my way to their shop from Chandler, I didn't experience any issues but on my way home after the alignment I got a brake leak. Now how is that possible? I called Network Alignment to ask them what had happened to my car and the person I spoke to stated that it was bound to happen because I have aftermarket brakes. My brakes are not aftermarket, they are OEM, they came with the car when I got it. After I told them this they told me that I would have to drive back to Queen Creek from Chandler so they could take a look at the brakes, having just told them that my brakes weren't functioning. They didn't even offer to have a tow truck sent out to get my car. Frustrated, I called my mechanic and had him come out from Buckeye to check my car out. He noticed one of the brake lines that are connected to the pistons was loose. He told me that the only way that the brake lines can become loose is if they were intentionally loosened with a wrench, which is what started the leaking. Not sure why the employee at Network Alignment working on my car decided to even touch my brakes when all I went there was an alignment. They advertise that they do free brake checks, which I guess is how they get their "return" customers, creating a problem that you will down the road need to get fixed through them, of course. Please think twice before you go to this place, and if you already have, please inspect your vehicle for any signs of foul play on their end. read more
