You never know what kind of experience you'll get when going to any dealership, but I am happy to…read moresay that overall, the Findlay Chevrolet experience was pretty solid. Our salesman Johnny was very patient, listened to my requests and really did work to make the deal happen. Each time we counteroffered, he did come back with a better deal that was closer to what I wanted. I really didn't have an expectation to buy or not buy when I entered the dealership. I was in the market for another vehicle, but not pressured to have to get another one. This helped me also be patient with the process since I didn't have to do any deal at the end of the day and still have my car to keep rolling in. As the dealership was starting to close, the sales manager did come with a final deal that really did suit what I wanted. I signed for the truck. The finance portion went smooth and was straightforward. As it was night time, I did return on another day to actually inspect the car. During the inspection/on boarding we noticed a few things that needed correction. The PPF on the door panels were already peeling and there was a scratch, paint flaws and a misaligned door. We asked for the corrections. I also found that even though the window sticker says ceramic coated, upon self washing the truck, it really appears to be a lackluster job on the ceramic coat. The water completely sticks to the car and there's no beading action as a ceramic coated vehicle should have. I do have to say I like their coffee and hot beverage bar a lot. It's nice to go in there and to make a beverage as you're waiting for or working with a team member. All in all - the sales and finance process was very good. The correction of flaws took longer than I expected.

After they took in my truck they told me that it would take 2-3 days to diagnose the problem. I waited the asked period and never heard from them. I called and did not get a call back. I texted and still did not get a response back. Finally I took an Uber to the dealership to talk to the service advisor after 5 days of them having the vehicle. When I spoke to the service advisor she explained that they could not work on the vehicle because I have aftermarket brake rotors. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and as he tried to explain the reason for the delay he brought the service technician. The service technician explained that with out OEM brake pads that he could not verify that my brakes would be safe. That is when I turned to the Service Manager and said "the only reason you won't work on my truck is a policy and not a mechnical reason?" he said "Yes". There are many people who use aftermarket parts becasue they work better than OEM parts and I saw this as a very short sighted policy that they have. They wasted several days of my time and the lack of communication by the service advisor was just unacceptable and the Service Manager was just unwilling to compromise and help me get my truck back on the road. I had it towed to another shop this morning and I had to pay their "diagnostic fee" to get them to release my truck. Very unprofessional shop and will never do business again with this dealership.

I swear our jeep is in the shop multiple times a year. As we've come to learn, they're not very many helpful jeep dealerships in the valley. But we are very thankful that we met Chuck Cashmore and his team at 215 Superstore. He has been extremely helpful in all aspects of taking care of our jeep. He is also been helpful in trying to find the perfect car for our business and does not get too pushy - since we're still on the lookout for that perfect work car If ever you're needing a new car, I would definitely suggest reaching out to Chuck. On Wednesday, May 6th around 8:30am, I contacted Dodge Ram 215 again about trading in my 2026 Ram…read more1500 Tradesman 4x4 Crew Cab with 420 miles--basically brand new. I currently owe $23k on it. Simple situation, right? Not here. I was originally told my truck was worth $45k (which would leave me about $22k in equity). Great--finally something that made sense. Then, like clockwork, I get a call back from someone else and suddenly it's worth $42k. Interesting how $3,000 just disappears in a few hours. Must be that new "instant depreciation" feature. Then I'm told they'll "check and call me back" to see if they can raise the value again. Spoiler alert: no call back. But not before I'm told I'd be financing around $32k on a 2026 Bighorn 4x4 priced at $52k. Somehow the math doesn't even come close to adding up anymore, but I guess we're just rearranging numbers until something sticks. Here's the biggest kicker--my prior truck was a 2023 Ram Bighorn 4x4 Crew Cab, fully paid off. I took that equity and rolled it into this Tradesman... which they sold me for $56k. Nice, right? So I bring in a paid-off truck, hand over that value, and now just months later the numbers magically shift depending on who answers the phone? And let's not forget--I also noticed the upgrades on the truck weren't exactly handled consistently either. When I bought it, those features were clearly part of the pitch. Now suddenly when it comes to valuing the truck, those same upgrades don't seem to exist. So which is it--were they real value then, or just something said to close the deal? Let's be clear--this isn't confusion. This is the classic play: quote high to hook you, drop the number later, shuffle the financing, and hope I don't notice. Unfortunately for them, I do. What really gets me is I was ready to come in that same day and make a deal happen. Instead, I got inconsistent quotes, zero follow-through, and the classic dealership phone tag game. "We'll call you back" apparently means "don't expect to hear from us again." I've added ceramic tint and running boards--extras they didn't even factor in--yet somehow the value still drops? Makes perfect sense. I make enough to buy what I want, but I'm not about to throw money at a deal that changes every time someone new picks up the phone. Transparency clearly isn't part of the business model here. If you enjoy chasing numbers that don't add up and waiting on callbacks that never come, this is your place. If not, save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually knows what consistency and honesty look like.

After 3 times attempting to contact this location, and receiving no callback I wrote a 1 star review and drove over to speak with someone personally. This is where I met my new service advisor Jonathan. He immediately heard me out, understood my frustrations and jumped to providing me some base line pricing. He went further to see if he could get me scheduled with an appointment to complete the check up and oil change. I went home and deleted my review, as I now knew I was set up with a new advisor and in good hands. I dropped my truck off the following day at 7:30am and Jonathan was there to greet me. He made sure to share a phone number with me right away that also left the window open for text messages. He contacted me around noon to let me know my truck was overall in good health but that I was going to need new front and rear breaks. He let me know that with the weight of my vehicle I should get them fixed before I head out for my road trip. We made a plan to do other recommended services in increments. We moved forward with the repairs. He contacted me within just a few hours to let me know my truck was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, Reya greeted me at the cashier department and was warm and inviting. She was able to get me processed and out the door quickly. It's important to celebrate when a company has great team members. Jonathan is a critical reason why I came back to this Toyota location and not another.

I wasn't aware of Subaru's nationwide no-negotiating-prices-policy? Keith was clearly thrown off by the desire to talk numbers... I'm really not sure if it was because we were at the end of his work day or what. He spent 3.5 hours with the appointment before us, we expected at least the same care and attention, but it turned ugly quick. He truly didn't know what to throw at us- first he suggested we wanted state taxes taken off (we didn't) and condescendingly questioned if we pay taxes... Then questioned the deal I received on my current vehicle and suggested since I can afford that, I should be happy with the offer in front of me. Outrageous. That alone was wildly inappropriate. He offered to bring over a manager, but also assured they would only be repeating what he was telling us. It was truly a masterclass on how to poorly handle a customer! I did receive a follow up call from a "Jace" (didn't identify his position) only because I sent in an inquiry questioning this alleged policy Keith informed us of. Jace wasn't at all present, but insisted I got every detail of the conversation wrong. Okay... Guys, I wanted to buy a car and you wanted to win a debate. Clearly we're on different pages.
