Our first purchase was smooth and unexpected. My wife and I went in simply to look at the mid-level trim. Before I knew it, I was shaking hands on a higher trim level at a price that didn't cause indigestion. Both Brandon and Dominick worked whatever magic they could to get us to a comfortable spot. And they did so without the awkward back and forth I've grown accustomed to at dealerships. I said I didn't quite like the price, Dominick vanished for a few minutes and came back with a better deal. It wasn't even just the pricing that sold me. They were pleasant. No one spoke to us like we were just another sale. Brandon was personable and made it easy to forget that we were there to make a pretty sizable purchase. Dominick was nonchalant about the whole thing, and far different from the high-stress, robotic finance managers I'm used to. We liked the experience so much that, within 3 weeks, we went back to purchase a second Outback. That was an even easier process. Brandon and Dominick had everything set up, and the price was already brought down to where I was happy. That felt even less like a sale, and more like we were stopping in to check in on new friends. On both occasions, they stayed beyond closing to get everything done but never made us feel like we were holding them up. We returned a 3rd time, this time for a sort of training on the vehicle with Parker. I've never had this offered before, and it was quite helpful. Parker made sure we knew every facet of the vehicle and sat with us for a good 45 minutes explaining every button, knob, and menu. It was at this visit that I also met the GM, Brian, who further solidified that Centennial Subaru will be my go-to dealership. ... And the cars are fantastic, too, of course. But that's a different review.

We worked with Paige DiPietro and were able to purchase this vehicle at invoice price. The experience was pleasant and professional. A nice change from what I have experienced with many years of purchasing new vehicles. Zero sales pressure which was such a change. I would recommend this dealership as they are beyond reputable.

Went in for a diagnostic, and I knew it was a difficult issue that would likely require some…read moreadditional time. I specifically told them that I wanted to be contacted and have any additional costs approved by me before proceeding with any work. Unfortunately, that never happened. I ended up paying $800 for the diagnostic, only to be told that the issue was no surprise it would cost around $9,000 to repair. After getting my vehicle back, I noticed that se veral fuse box/engine bay cover panels were missing. I called the shop and asked if they had them, but they said they did not. I politely asked them to review their security cameras, as I was certain the panels were there when I dropped the vehicle off, and I knew this was an area they had inspected. They initially said they would check the cameras. Since then, I've been getting the runaround. They now claim they spoke with the mechanic, who supposedly said the panels were already missing. At this point, it's not even about the panels it's about the lack of accountability and customer service. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this shop, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with their vehicle.

Our salesman Johnny was very patient, listened to my requests and really did work to make the deal happen. Each time we counteroffered, he did come back with a better deal that was closer to what I wanted. I really didn't have an expectation to buy or not buy when I entered the dealership. I was in the market for another vehicle, but not pressured to have to get another one. This helped me also be patient with the process since I didn't have to do any deal at the end of the day and still have my car to keep rolling in. As the dealership was starting to close, the sales manager did come with a final deal that really did suit what I wanted. I signed for the truck. The finance portion went smooth and was straightforward. As it was night time, I did return on another day to actually inspect the car. During the inspection/on boarding we noticed a few things that needed correction. The PPF on the door panels were already peeling and there was a scratch, paint flaws and a misaligned door. We asked for the corrections. I also found that even though the window sticker says ceramic coated, upon self washing the truck, it really appears to be a lackluster job on the ceramic coat. The water completely sticks to the car and there's no beading action as a ceramic coated vehicle should have. I do have to say I like their coffee and hot beverage bar a lot. It's nice to go in there and to make a beverage as you're waiting for or working with a team member. All in all - the sales and finance process was very good. The correction of flaws took longer than I expected.

After they took in my truck they told me that it would take 2-3 days to diagnose the problem. I waited the asked period and never heard from them. I called and did not get a call back. I texted and still did not get a response back. Finally I took an Uber to the dealership to talk to the service advisor after 5 days of them having the vehicle. When I spoke to the service advisor she explained that they could not work on the vehicle because I have aftermarket brake rotors. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and as he tried to explain the reason for the delay he brought the service technician. The service technician explained that with out OEM brake pads that he could not verify that my brakes would be safe. That is when I turned to the Service Manager and said "the only reason you won't work on my truck is a policy and not a mechnical reason?" he said "Yes". There are many people who use aftermarket parts becasue they work better than OEM parts and I saw this as a very short sighted policy that they have. They wasted several days of my time and the lack of communication by the service advisor was just unacceptable and the Service Manager was just unwilling to compromise and help me get my truck back on the road. I had it towed to another shop this morning and I had to pay their "diagnostic fee" to get them to release my truck. Very unprofessional shop and will never do business again with this dealership.
