I have been coming here for almost 10 years and I will never go anywhere else. Not only is the facility beautifully decorated and immaculate and the service exceptional, but they treat you like family. The services provided are never short-changed and the staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Unlike many salons, they actually honor appointment times and they do not rush you to get on to the next customer. I love the staff here and I appreciate the service they provide! It make me sad to read the negative reviews written here, because in all of my 10 years..coming at minimum 2 times a month, I have never had a poor experience. i have never had more than a regular pedicure and have never been made to feel uncomfortable. And the free massage is too good to be free!! read more

I moved here in October and began going to here. There are a few workers there that are great and do a good job, at least that's how it seemed at first. The more I go there the worse it gets. I pay a lot of money to get my powdered gel manicure so I expect good results. The last three times I went we're horrible. I kept going back hoping for better results but it only got worse. I refuse to spend my money there anymore. The last time I went there the employee doing my nails kept dozing off LITERALLY as he was doing my nails, it was so weird. When he wasn't dozing off he was completely distracted talking to everyone around him and not paying attention to what he was doing. When he was done it looked like my 5 year old niece did my nails. There was polish and gel all over the place. It looked so sloppy. I told him I needed him to fix it and he said to go talk to the manager. I went to manager and she said "that's not done yet" and I told her that he said he was done. She told him to fix it. I went to sit back in the chair and he started flipping out and talking to his coworker next to us in a different language, pointing at me and my nails. He was obviously saying bad things and did not start doing my nails, just talking smack. I was fed up so I got up, paid my bill, and walked out. He made some weird noise at me as I walked out. I refuse to go back there. Like I said they used to be better, a few months ago, but they brought on a whole new staff and they are not worth your money !! read more

I came here for a pedicure and will never return. 20 dollar pedicure and the girl wouldn't even use a pumice on my heels unless I paid an extra 10 dollars for a special massage and callous remover. I don't need a massage I need for my heels to not look like I'm in need of a pedicure when I'm actually just walking out of the salon. Apparently this.seems to be the standard operating procedure because I looked at the lady next to me and her heels looked atrocious and she was done. That's total BS. She kept trying to talk me into some "special " pedicure services with prices that went as high as 60 dollars why would I spend more money when your basic service werent good. Nope I don't think so. So my quest for a good salon where I can become a regular continues. smh read more

they always do an amazing job on my nails. they always ask if I want a massage and I always say no.. today I said yes.. not knowing they were going to charge me $10 for the massage! there are no signs anywhere stating this and the man who does the massages didnt tell me either. needless to say I wont be going back. read more

Place is very clean. I have natural nails and they don't damage my nails like other places have. Prices are a little more than other nail salons but its worth defiantly it. Hundreds of color choices to choose from in regular nail polish and shellac! Would recommend this place to all my friends! read more

So I went to this salon the Sunday before the 4th of July, I needed a good new full set of nails and a pedicure. When I first walked I was feeling very awkward, everyone turned and looked at me like I was out of place. I thought nothing of it at first but soon realized I was the only black girl in the shop. Now I'm not saying that anyone in there was a racist, just that I was out of my element in this shop. I was greeted by 3 people of the staff who greeted me and all seemed very nice. They asked what I needed and I clearly said "I need a full set and a pedicure" and pointed at my feet, the girl said mani-pedi, I said no I want a "full set and a pedicure and held out my hands and pointed to my feet. the lady said $50.00, I said ok didn't think it was too expensive, being that's what I pay at my normal spot between $50.00- $60.00 depending on what I get done. when SARAH finished my nails, I was put under the dryer. after my nails dried I asked was 20 more. $70.00 for nails & feet. My nail polish is chipping a week and a half later, they didn't scrub my heels and by the next day they were rough and dry again. this place will never get my money again read more

I have been coming to New Babi for years, even before they moved into the bigger salon they are currently in. I see the same nail tech every 2 weeks and am always happy with the outcome (SNS gel mani/special spa pedi). Even when I have had to see someone else on a rare occasion they have always done a great job. I drive 20 mins out of my way to come to this salon - they are extremely clean, nice and professional. Made an appointment and got right in upon arrival. Very clean, bright and large space. Came here for a SNS gel mani/ regular pedi before vacation. Wasn't impressed with the basic pedi but cant say enough about the SNS gel mani. It is now 3 weeks later and it still looks great. I've had the SNS gel mani at other salons and they didn't last half as long. Will be coming back here at least for that! read more

I don't even want to give this place 1 star, but I had to pick something. Yes, the inside is impressive looking and very VERY clean. BUT I had purchased a "basic pedicure" and for $20 I was literally in the chair for only 15 minutes. I basically paid 20 bucks for someone to JUST paint my toes. The "massage" of my legs was so pathetic, she rubbed the lotion on me till it wore away, literally just rubbed it in with no effort to "massage" me. I was so rushed. At the end i was drying my nails off and saw a tip jar. I had put her tip in there thinking thats what you do. When I went to leave the salon she literally stood in front of me so I couldn't get out and she said "I service you, you tip me" and I go "huh?" she them said again "you tip me" so I said "oh im sorry I put your tip in the jar" and she goes "no, take the money out, and give it to me" and I go "yeaaah I'm not putting my hand in the tip jar and handing it to you". So I hand her a crumpled up dollar bill and left, completely shocked that she embarrassed me and demanded a tip. I will never ever ever go back there again. I would've gone to the manager and complain but honestly no one understands what you're saying over there so it would've been pointless. read more

I went to this place for several months after being referred by several mom friends of mine, and my first visit I was very happy, BUT after that I found them to be very snobby, rude, and rushed. My final straw was going to someone who I could tell was probably their worst tech and after less than an hour I had two broken nails!!! I went to have them fixed and it took the guy over two hours to fix and polish two nails!!! And if that weren't enough I had to go back the very next day because the uv gel polish (which I paid $20 extra for) was already peeling, after two days!!! They were very nasty when I went the last time because they had to fix their mistakes for free! I will never give these people my hard earned money, ever again!! The prices are insane ($80 for full uv gel set PLUS $20 for gel color!), and not worth the nasty, and rude people they have working there! They acted as if I was bothering them to do what they were being paid to do! If you don't want to do nails, then don't become employed by a nail salon!!! I would give 0 stars but that's not an option read more
