Went here based off a friends's recommendation after the first paint first shop I went to messed up the paint on my Porsche 911. Fabian (the owner) was super nice and professional. He walked me through the process and showed me some examples of the work that they do. Fabian's shop does not cut any corners and the work speaks for itself. The paint job from came out so good I could not be happier with the level of service and care from this place. Highly recommend anyone taking their car here! What a wonderful experience. Car had some minor repairs. Dropped it off yesterday morning, picked it up this afternoon. Body repair perfectly done and the surprise was my car was detailed in and out. I was planning to have a mobile detailer come to my house but it was already taken care of. Will definitely use them again if needed. New owners are awesome! After reaching out to multiple companies and having two long conversations with these people, I trusted them to do a full bumper to bumper paint job on my baby. A 2005 Ford Excursion. I maintain my vehicle's meticulously. Interior still looks brand new. This thing only has 70,000 miles. The only thing that it needed was fresh paint. Jazmin and the entire New image team was great throughout the entire process. They even sent me picture updates while they did the work. We were given the option to change up the aesthetics just a bit to make it look more modern or to make it look like it just left the lot in 2005. We chose the latter option and man this thing truly does look like it just drove off the lot back in 2005. We had a small issue, not with the paint but with the tint that their subcontractor put on the windshield. They took full responsibility. I was disappointed that I was going to have to bring the vehicle back, but before I could even tell them that they told me that they would pick the vehicle up from my house and drop it back off on the day that was convenient for me. Then they followed up to make sure everything was perfect. They even got new decals from eBay since the dealer no longer stocks them. Regarding value I will say that the cost is not "cheap" but do you really want cheap for this type of work? Their quote was actually on the lower end of all the quotes that I received, yet I am extremely happy with the quality of work. That's a winning combo! Wow! Jazmine and her team are amazing. My car has been hit at two different occasions, once in the back of the car and once in the front of the car while it was parked. On both situations I brought my car to New Image and Jazmine was able to work with the insurance efficiently, help me get to the car rental office, and when my car left New Image it was looking brand new. Worst company to deal with since Tommy left. Tommy gave me a quote for a complete paint job (no body work needed), just a color change, and they would not honor my quote. Also, very rude woman on the phone stating that it's new owners and this quote is no longer valid. I am a paralegal and this is complete nonsense. The name of the business is the same on the quote, she just wanted to up my balance due by 800.00. Also, they do not answer their phones or call you back. Good luck to them if this is how they want to do business. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. read more

This shop performs incredible results at very reasonable rates. Tommy recently had my door catch replaced as well as the latch adjusted. They also painted my entire fender. Galleon (Hector) is an outstanding body man. This car is a 1949 Kaiser which many shops won't touch because of its orphan car status. It now looks like new. I wish Steve would finish his work. I am not rich. I cannot afford a new car so I keep my trusty old 1994 Trooper in pretty good condition. It's a great car. I love it. Originally I found Steve at New Image through a former co-worker for major body work needed a long time ago on the Trooper in 2003. He did good work. Very nice man. So, I thought of Steve again when I decided to fix my car windows over fixing the AC (because I can't afford to fix both!) I must say, that was a bad decision to choose the windows over the AC and a TERRIBLE decision to have them repaired at New Image. Yes, I am finally writing this scathing review now, after I took my car there again in 2008 to have Steve fix this fairly routine window repair on the same car he fixed before in '03 He was sweet picked up my car from work, took it to New Image. After being at the shop for a week or so, I called him and asked how long it was going to take b/c I was walking to work and reminded him that was my only car. He replied "Ooh! this is your only car?!!" -I thought, well yes, what else am I driving? - my brand new Mercedes Benz? YES THAT IS MY ONLY CAR! How odd. Shocking Total: I was a bit surprised by the final total He charged me! After returning my car, I was handed a small carbon copy of a work order form with a huge total at the bottom of it. The receipt / scribbled work order form (with no breakdown of the actual work) had a total of $560! Not to mention he made me buy a part upfront with my own money while my car was at the shop! This not included in that $560 total. I don't even know what it was I had to buy upfront? Whatever, I paid and thought that was the end, done, windows repaired, everything good. .... and everything was good and he did have all four windows operational, for ONE day. No joke, His work lasted one day. I called asked what was wrong? He didn't know, took car back...& kept taking it back, unable to fix the passenger window switch. He kept giving really bad excuses. I made the mistake of telling him "well maybe it's b/c I used armor-all near the DRIVER side switch box ?" and he kept saying "OH that's why! That's why it won't work!" And because I "admitted" this highly impossible idea, he feels he is resolved of having to fix the the one window that will not remain operational! Which is the PASSENGER side window! Well that's maddening I thought! -Replace the part! Just fix it. You're the Pro! Do what you do! That's why I brought it to you! After all the money spent that is what I feel I deserve! It is clear he just cant do it! He is unable to fix my car that I paid him to fix. I paid a lot of money considering the original quote he gave me was $200-225. I think he really got stumped with the electronics of the matter. He mentioned he pays a young man to do the "electronics" at New Image that he "sends" over. It is also my belief that because of this, it was costing STEVE too much in my particular circumstance. Wow, If this IS the case, he's only gonna fail harder when cars become more and more electronically oriented. As I mentioned, I believe he was out sourcing his work and that was costing him money. Well you know what ? That is not my problem. That is just bad business if you ask me. However you do it there NEW IMAGE : After $600 paid to the shop (or direct to Steve -not quite sure to be honest!) I do know, I should have FOUR working windows. I mean, c'mon! I could have "out sourced" the work myself and taken it to the D&P Auto (who are honest and thorough!) across the street from New Image and had it done once and right for $300.00 Steve If you are reading this: You are a huge disappointment. I even tried to contact you many times asking nicely asking why this has not been fixed!? I said I dislike confrontation, please fix this, I regret having you fix my car because it seems you can't, and you said you regret having me go to your shop for repairs!! WOW! I never! That is a first. Great customer service! & You're the one who took advantage of ME! Well steve, I hope you have a GREAT New Year! Enjoy whatever grand vacations you take this year! & please know, TO THIS DAY: Jan. 2012, You still have my old car part, I still only have 3 working windows in the same car you "repaired" and a HOLE where the part YOU HAVE, should be in the passenger arm rest! On a hot day or when my 75 year old dad rides in my passenger seat with no AC and a window that wont roll down, I think of you Steve. In fact it's not uncommon I think of you early in the morning when I lay awake unable to sleep I think how you ripped me off and I must drive around this town still with a stuck window after paying you my hard earned money. How you charged me almost $600 and never finished your work. Shame on you. You have my number, it's the same and so is my car. MAKE IT RIGHT. If you can't do electronics maybe you could offer to fix my AC!! That would make it right. read more

This is only a partial review because I didn't get complete body work. But what I got impressed me. I tweaked the rear door on my car, slightly bending the edge and putting the door out of alignment so it closed incorrectly. Went to a large chain body shop and two highly rated independents. They all quoted around $900. Since I am going to sell the car in nine months I asked if they could just do a quick and dirty fix without paint. Two refused and one wanted me to bring it back for further diagnosis. At that point a friend recommended this place. Tommy B took me right in, used some rubbing compound to remove the paint left on the door from the post I hit, and told me to bring it back in the morning before his body guy got busy, and that he would fix it while I waited. He did, in ten minutes! Tommy said give the guy (Angel) $10 cash. I was so pleased and relieved I gave him $20. Tommy was a real friendly an genuine guy and treated me right. Next time I need body work I'm heading back here. read more
