I went here during lunch while I was in the area. I did see the reviews but decided to give them a chance and overall they are below average. Plenty of parking since it is in a shopping mall, hard to miss because of the sign. I entered the restaurant and got seated right away. There were other tables with customers and many more tables with dirty dishes that had not been cleaned since those customers had left. You will find the traditional asian buffet foods here, orange chicken, chicken fried rice, wonton soup etc. The beef and broccoli was a joke, it was 95% broccoli and 5% beef, you really had to dig in there to find the beef and when you finally found it the pieces were tiny. They only had 2 kinds of sushi rolls during my visit during lunch time. The first piece I tried was dried and the rice tasted stale. That being said I did not even bother eating the other piece. I also noticed they did not have a lot of seafood options compared to other buffets I been to. The few food items that had shrimp did not have a lot of flavor and needed more than soy sauce to bring them to life. The salad section was what you pretty much expect, a house salad with about 5 different options for dressing. There was not much fruit to choose from when it came to dessert. There were a the traditional pastries for customers to choose from along with the fruit and there was even an ice cream machine that was working. The waitress was not very attentive, i had to flag her down twice for me to get a refill on my tea. The decorations of the place were minimum and the carpet look like it needs to be replaced. The place was as clean as it can be and the buffet was also clean when I went. This is your average buffet with your average pseudo Chinese food. The two things that stand out about this Buffet compared to others which is not much they have a bowl of limes instead of lemons that you may use and also shrimp chips which I've never seen any other place at set for Vietnamese restaurants. They were stale however. Parking is ample and will lit. The service is very good here never really had to wait for any refills or for play to be taken away. Always seeing staff cleaning something, cleanliness here is above your average Chinese buffet. One- thing, they must have had an off day was the hot and sour soup, it was much too sour. Maybe somebody had a cold or flu in the back and their taste buds were not up to par? A lot of that stuff going around now you know. The woman diagonally across the table from me was not winking at me, she got a bit of lemon in her eyes I soon realized. Fml. I also love that they wait until the very end to give you the check at dinner time, thank you for not putting the check down before I am finished eating like other places. I believe the price was $12 plus Uncle Sam on a weekday night, they have fried crabs as the specialty on their Buffet. I used to come here since the early 2000s as a kid. Ignore the $10.99 lunch and $12.99 dinner prices the have in the entrance of the building bc they've raised their prices. For 2 plates and 1 drink the total was $30.50 without including tip. The food quality isn't the same as it was before. My husband and I have been coming here for 10 years. I think the food is just okay, at best. Definitely not anything special, but my husband loves the shrimp. Tonight we had a situation and won't be back. Even though they know us as regular customers, one of main ladies accused us of lying about our daughter's age to get her meal for free. Very offensive. My husband went ahead and paid even though my daughter turned three, two months ago and kids under four are free. She told him if we brought her birth certificate back we would get a refund. This all happened when I took my daughter to the restroom. So I heard about it in the car. I insisted on getting her birth certificate and taking it back not for a refund but to prove that we weren't lying and to tell her we won't be returning. I'm not sure if it's greed or what. It's not about the money. It's our integrity. They have lost, what was, a loyal customer - for life. To be honest, I'm glad. Wifey and I went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and had a great time sampling the goods. There's a good selection, the food is always being refreshed so it's usually hot, there are a few tasty choices, the place is clean, and the service is prompt. At most buffets, we follow a simple plan of attack. Our first run through the buffet is the exploration phase, where we walk down the aisles without taking any food and just look at all of the items. We then each grab a plate to start the sampling phase, where we take a tiny helping of everything that looks interesting. After going back to our table and sampling the goods, we determine the items that taste the best. This leads us to the command and conquer phase, where we get ginormous helpings of our favorites and stuff ourselves silly. If everything goes according to plan, the last phase is retreating in the face of food coma. At New New, our plan of attack worked flawlessly; we both thought the orange chicken, orange beef, sesame chicken, and the oddly orange-colored noodles were great. We must have gone on a bad night. Not much selection. Sushi was large amounts of same 2 things. Probably been out there all day. Oysters and shrimp I didn't touch because of the lack of turn over of the food. Not looking for food poisoning. Not their fault there were only 40 people there during dinner. But maybe? Sweet and sour chicken was mostly batter, no sauce for the dumplings, veggie rolls were mostly air inside and bland veggies inside. BBQ pork ribs were neon red. Not just red from sauce or spices but literally glowing. Noodles tasted overdone, starchy and not very tasty. The fried rice was the best thing I got. I went for the salad, just head of lettuce chopped up. After that the toppings were bacon bits, underripe tomatoes, croutons, and cheeses. I totally get this isn't a salad bar. On the plus side the lettuce was excellent. I'm not overly picky with Chinese food, I love it. I know what to expect. But I was very disappointed with this place. Nice people though! read more

Flat rate cost for the buffet "to go", so fill it up to the maximum ;) plus you get a cup for soup, $10.99 I only eat at the first two bars because I'm a creature of habit - plus I don't come here for sushi , salads or desserts. I consistently get the mushrooms, swai fillets (they have salmon now too), orange chicken, sesame chicken (although it could be a little more crispy ), and the beef & broccoli .
