I have mention a few times to Joe, general manager, I would write a review; however, I wanted to wait until everything with my husband's truck was truly handled. Last April(ish) I talked my husband into buying a truck, which happened to have a super charger already installed (boys and their toys)! It didn't work out as I had hoped, there was a number of issues with it :-( However, after trying to fix all issues, 5 months later, it was decided that he needed to get rid of it and try again. After speaking with Joe, explained the situation and where we were at, he simply said, that although he took a chance with the original truck (due to supercharger), the best options was to give my husband a truck to drive (it was a 2018 Silverado, so basically brand new) a a loaner, for as long as it took to find what would meet my husbands needs. It only about a week, we found the truck that he truly loves, and once the extra's were added, he is finally happy with his new truck. I will say, I was a little surprised on the two week turn-around on getting and installing the extras; (however, it was during the holidays, so...that probably paid a part), now that everything is installed, he has made it his own and extremely happy, they even paid to ensure that the truck was a certified vehicle, therefore, ensuring warranties were intact and extended, no cost to us!! Between Joe and the staff at this dealership, that have brought my faith back! Though this is a newer dealership, they are working hard to maintain the customer service that the previous owners were so proud of. To date, I will be heading back to the dealership, this week, so I can now find my perfect SUV! :-) It is possible that my expectations and needs are high; however, I have ever convenience that they will find what I need!! So thankful we did not give up on them when the first truck didn't go as planned!! Also, in regards to the service department, I have been going to this dealership (for cars and service) since 09, there has never been a time in which the service department has let me down! The people have always been extremely helpful, even when it has been something as simple as checking sensors that have come on (I have an 07 Yukon) or tire pressure shows that it is low. They take care of it immediately, if a loaner had not been available, they took me where I wanted to go, vs sitting it the waiting room, and never charged more than was quoted! Highly recommend both service and sales!! Looking forward to them finding me the newer vehicle for me, I could spend hours going from dealership to dealership but.. would prefer to keep my business exactly where it already is! Wow, this was SO worth the trip! Had been looking to purchase a vehicle and got jerked around by a Tonkin dealership here in Portland. Saw a nearly identical vehicle for sale at Newberg Chevrolet. I simply called them up and asked them if this deal was doable. I am not into wasting my time, or someone else's for that matter. I spoke with Robert, the General Sales Manager who crunched some numbers while I was on the phone and said, " Yes, we can do that!" No games, no gimmicks, not 15 levels of BS to go through, just plain, simple, honest, straight forward communication. The process for me started off by booking a appt through a phone call to come in and meet Ryan to look at a 2019 Impala. The day we showed up we were greeted and the car I had mentioned was up front ready for me to look at. Ryan was busy, so Eric helped in the mean time. I test drove the car and came back to discuss numbers and all that. When it came down to it, there was a lot of pressure to buy. However, they were nice about it. Once we agreed to purchase the vehicle, they bought us dinner since we had been there for 5 hours. The paperwork process was very easy and easy to understand. I still need to go get my vehicle detailed since they accidentally detailed the wrong car that night. I have had excellent service at Newberg Chevrolet since they opened on April 20, 2016. It's been one amazing experience after another. I purchased my 2016 Equinox and absolutely fell in love with it. I came in to look at a new Camaro. I wasn't ready to buy and the salesperson understood. Stayed with me answered most my questions. The ones he couldn't answer he got the info for me. While we Weren't able to concrete a deal the other day, Newberg Chevy was incredibly accommodating to me. My finances couldn't line up with the offers they had for me.
