Hot pepperoni was not too spicy, which I liked because when something is too spicy, all you taste is the spice. This gave a bit of kick, while maintaining the taste of the pepperoni. I think my favorite out of the two was the prosciutto. It had every flavor and texture that I was looking for. It was sweet from the balsamic, savory from the prosciutto, had a bit of bitterness and the crunch from the arugula. It was crunchy and soft at the same time lol.
