There's a reason this restaurant is off the beaten path from all the tourist traps in Lake Geneva. It is a local gem. It was not only highly recommended to us by Yelp reviews but by employees at our local hotel. Try to go there once over a weekend at 7 o'clock and it was packed. Tried a little earlier on a Monday night and got in with just a 10 minute wait. It was well worth it! Had their spicy Thai chili chicken wings and although they weren't very spicy they were delicious. The kickin chicken pizza was out of this world. The layer of blue cheese sauce at the bottom really took it to another level. Perfectly fine. Not "fine" as in "fine dining", just fine. We had a burger, patty melt, pasta with shrimp, and spaghetti with meat sauce, after starting with the fried cheese curds. House chips are good, although would benefit from some seasoning other than salt (to their credit, they are lightly salted). The house flies were really annoying and detracted from the dinner, and it's too loud. Music being played in the dining area only added to the noise of the patrons. Turn it off. Impossible to have a conversation at dinner time on a Tuesday. read more

My girlfriend and me just took off for Geneva on a Saturday afternoon. It's a nice getaway from the busy city of Chicago. We were super hungry and opted for this place due to the number of Yelp reviews on it However, we were not as pleased with it. - The place is on the other end of Geneva and nowhere close to the lake. The Sunday after Christmas, during a Packer game, one might expect a busy pizza pub, but this place was so packed, we had to park across the street. If you're into the expansive dining hall, crank the food out factory style venue, this is as good a place as most. If you're from the Chicago area, Barnaby's (are there still any of these left) is a good comparison. Also, if you're from Chicagoland, please know that even though places like this are popular in Lake Geneva and the Dells, please don't think that's all WI has to offer. Try Madison if you want a huge variety of excellent unique restaurants. The available pizza ingredients were better than average: fresh garlic, broccoli, artichokes, bleu cheese, etc.. A few microbrews were on tap (3), but nothing too exciting. We joined other family members who had gotten there before us. Their pizza came out done nicely. Ours must have been rushed...the cheese was barely melted and the thin crust not even crispy. We'd have asked to have it cooked longer, but didn't see our waitress for 20 minutes after it came out. She did have the left overs cooked longer before boxing. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here unless I was meeting family halfway between Madison and Chicago, had kids along and a football game we wanted to see was on. read more

It's ok. Nothing to write home about. The cheese curds were good... not the best I've had. The side salad was generous and fresh. The pizza -- it's that thin cracker crust that is somewhat indigenous to the Midwest but they put an ungodly amount of cheese on it.... yes, it's Wisconsin, but good god. My 6 and 4 yr old had no complaints about it. We ordered the lasagna as per all the reviews -- my hubby and I split it and it was more than enough. It wasn't the best I've had --- the sauce obliterated everything ... no balance of noodles, cheese, sauce.... all you could taste was sauce. The ambience was nice but it's average at best. read more

One of my favorite restaurants in Lake Geneva! They have been around for years and years, for good reason. I used to work up in that town many years ago and we would always get food delivered from here. Never let me down. Great food, great prices. Was recently up there with family (we dined in, my first time!) and they were shocked I recommended this place...until we ate. We had to wait a bit, granted it was Saturday night and summer. Everyone in my party loved their food....so much we got delivery for lunch the next day. The White Cheddar Cheese Curds were a major hit. Cheeseburgers are amazing. Pizza, as good as it gets north of Chicago. Two in my party had the lasagna - they loved it. Big portions, not expensive at all. Great atmosphere, fun and laid back. WEnt there for the first time yesterday. An unassuming place on the north side of Lake Geneva. The cheddar soup was very good as was the Heater (burger loaded with jalapenos) and sweet potato frys. Great pizza! Contrary to some other reviews, I thought the crust was a nice balance between cracker-thin thin crust and hand-tossed styles. The bottom was crisp while the middle of the crust was soft. Good amount of toppings and cheese too. Also had the grilled chicken supreme sandwich which was okay.
