Burgers are fulfilling and really good. Just as good as shake shack and five guys and not as expensive

This place is a solid 5 stars, all things considered. I have visited a couple of times & have tasted the Big Guy, Fish sandwich, and the cheeseburger. All were equally delicious. The fries are perfect. I'm usually not into fries but they are cooked to order so the are crispy on the outside, soft inside & perfectly seasoned. As I was waiting for my order a guy took a bite out of his chicken nugget and exclaimed (yes, exclaimed out loud, publicly) "how is this not chicken?!" And walked out shaking his head in astonishment. I haven't had the chicken foods yet but I wholly intend to next time given that reaction. Their sauces are such great accents to the food! The thousand island I tasted on the Big Guy was on point. The honey mustard is perfectly balanced between tangy, sweet, savory & the chipotle brings a mild but creamy heat. And the piece that pushes nice burger over to 5 star is their lovely staff who are happy to walk you through your options & share which is their favorite & why. Finally, I love that this place is so bold as to situate itself on a corner where 3 of the largest burger chains already are (sharing the same plaza with one of them!). My partner and I pulled off the freeway, hanger was setting in and needed some good food. Nice Burger did not disappoint!! We had the Big "Mac" burger, BBQ bacon ranch burger, animal fries, chicken tenders w/honey mustard & pink lemonade. Everything was amazing!! The burgers are delicious but the service was disappointing last Thursday 5/23/24 The Hispanic guy said he would bring my order out to my car and we waited and waited and he never came out. There was no one else in there and I saw someone go in after me and left before me with his order and I'm still waiting in my car. So I went in and the guy had forgotten and he just said "oh sorry" and my order was just sitting there getting cold. It was all super cold by the time we got home. :/ read more

Food is good, but hours are extremely unreliable. When I'm paying $20 per person I want to at least be able to sit and eat my food while it's warm. I don't live close enough to do take out. Showing up a full 30 minutes or more before closing, they won't let anyone dine in. Very expensive and I know that, but so unreliable about dining in. I'm not Showing up 10 mins before close. 30 mins or more and multiple times been told I can't dine in. Too much hassle. Definitely moving to bottom of list or not coming anymore period. read more

Whenever I'm in the area I got to stop by this place so convenient for vegan/ vegetarians the food is really good and hits the spot everytime. The bbq bacon burger was really fire I would definitely get it again. The nice muffin was really good also been to this place two days in a row and the service was amazing . Food was tasty, although a little expensive. We ordered a mainlander (hamburger with pineapple) and a spicy chicken sandwich. We had tater tots and sweet potatoes for sides. The tater tots were outstanding! Total bill (without the tip) was around $45, which seemed a bit steep. No bathroom on site, and no shades for the windows (the sun was pouring in, which made it a little uncomfortable). read more

I am so happy they now have a Nice Burger in Long Beach!! I know of their other location in orange county but LONG BEACH this is right up my alley and the location is perfect too. I wanted a good charbroiled burger where the options were endless and not so basic and to my surprise I came across Nice Burger. I ordered the BBQ Cheeseburger and it was explosive, the only thing I wish I had more of was BBQ sauce. Now, don't get me wrong; the burger wasn't dry but sometimes you just want saucey saucey sauce oozing out as you indulge lol esp when you're HUNGRY. The onion rings were THEE perfect touch to this burger, 9/10 for sure. My boo got the Jalapeno Cheeseburger and you know I had to sample it as well and I loved it equally as much. The Jalapenos wasn't overwhelming at all, it was super juicy and the sauce on this one took it up 2 notches, wow. This sauce is a mixture of 2 sauces you can choose from for this burger, please add it to this burger.. you won't be sorry at all, 10/10. Customer Service, was outstanding!! At first we were undecided but the cashier, she was so patient, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable of the menu. We all shared in on a few laughs while ordering and she gave us more insight on perks and the rewards program. She had a very sweet and kind spirit, it was a great experience overall. If you're in Long Beach you must swing by Nice Burger.. bring your meat eater friends and family and watch their minds be totally BLOWNNNNNN!!! LOL read more

I was so excited to try a new vegan spot in the neighborhood and this place really exceeded my expectations! I was totally expecting a hole in the wall burger joint. Instead, we had giant delicious vegan burgers, drank yummy special soda, and enjoyed their sauces inside a beautifully decorated and clean space. Parking is super easy, and it's right across from the train station, nearby an intersection notoriously packed with way too many fast food options. There's the option to order yourself from a touch screen, but someone was there waiting to take our order when we arrived. We ordered the Big Guy (+fries combo) and the Spicy Chicken (+tater tots combo). We got honey mustard and thousand island for dipping. They have a ton of drink options but we had self serve sodas from their machine. I had a yummy cream soda, a total treat as I rarely drink soda, and my husband had iced tea with a splash of lemonade. They also had a fridge with other options, like cold brew and kombucha, many options! A few things looked covered up on the menu but it was a great selection. The food took a little while, not super fast food, but i could tell it was made to order and not sitting around. A bunch of other people came in while we were there and their orders came out pretty quickly, too. My tots were so super hot and the portion size was huge - we added salt to the fried things, which was easy enough. My sandwich had a bunch of toppings, the "chicken" was crispy, and the sauce was perfect. If they had a fast food style salad (one of those boring lettuce/tomato/chicken topped things), I'd probably come back sooner. I don't always crave burgers and fries but this will definitely be my go-to spot! read more

I stopped by yesterday for the first time. The young cashier girl presented super nice and friendly. My one star review goes to the indoor setting/ambiance and cleanliness. There is no sun shade. There's only one table that gets a bit of shade the other two tables are burning hot from the sun rays hitting them, the bar area seating is worst. I was sat in the bar area right in front of the window for a quick second and it was burning hot! . Lastly, my one star goes because remember as I mentioned before I stood by the bar. Well as I was waiting for my food. I noticed some type of bug climbing up the window . I leaned to look closely the corner of the window was disgustingly dirty and what looked like to be wet humid. It was a bunch of TERMITES! Big ones and little one. That was disgusting! It's a good setting for goodness sake! Unhealthy and just not acceptable. Tried this place for the first time .. We are not vegan but my daughter and I wanted to give it a try . We got the nice burger and fries combo and I have to say we enjoyed it!
