Nicky who claims he is the Big Boss, who also says he does not give a sh*t about his customers. I came in on for a tire repair for 2 front tires (hidden leak). I was told it would cost $80 and if any other issues to return for further repairs. So upon return for one tire leakage continuation, I was charged again $45 & was told they still can't find a leakage. I explained to Nicky as to why I should be charged again when the issue was not resolved the initial time and his response was very unprofessional. He continued to claim I need new tires, when they are new tires little did he know. That he does not give a sh*t on what I had to say. His greeting of customers is very poor and instead of acknowledging the customer of what further process is needed upon any repairs, he takes Into his own hands and just proceeds upon himself so he can give your a price without even telling what was done during the service. I watched his workers take a wire bit on a drill to the inside of my wheel well when the tire was removed. but I did not escalate due to me thinking since I paid $80 the initial visit that they would actually fix the issue at no charge. Don't forget to mention warranty is needed for every single repair which he nor any of his workers acknowledge at time of payment. He is a scam and he will get you for you money. Any who Is looking for service I do not recommend this location. Communication is poor. I feel bad that his workers have to work for such an unprofessional management. Worst customer experience ever. I asked if they could provide an estimate to replace my brake pads. The next thing I know, they have all my tires off of my car and came to tell me it would be $1050+ for new brakes. I have a 2009 Corolla that I keep regularly maintained, so this price seemed ridiculous to me. They went away and came back saying they would just replace the front brakes for $450+. I told them I was uncomfortable with them handling any work on my car because of their inflated prices. The owner then tried to charge me $125 just for the estimate. I refused and told them I wasn't doing business with them. Then they dropped that price to $45. I still refused bc I've seriously never seen anything like this. They told me I needed to then go put the tires back on myself if I wanted my car back. I have never been to this shop before and only stopped here because it was near where I just got my hair cut, and figured brake jobs are simple enough. I will obviously never be back and urge you to consider any business but this one. Update: The very next day, another mechanic did the brake work on my car, and also flushed the brake line and replenished the brake fluid. The total price was $400. read more

Not only are these guys super professional super friendly and really honest but they do really great work and my 79 ford truck purrrsss like a kitten now. I dealt with a couple of problems in the course of working with Nicky's. For starters, after getting new brakes put on at their shop, they told me that a different part (upper control arm) was in serious need of replacement. For this reason, I returned to Nicky's with the part in tow. For the reasons detailed below, the work was not done, but let it be noted that upon follow up with a different mechanic, I was given a different diagnosis. The mechanic at the other shop said that the upper control arm was in good enough condition to sustain a long trip without incident. But this is only part of the story. A mistake on my end, I arrived with the wrong part, but was still charged the full cost for the repair, the cost that they quoted me of $875. They suggested I call post-weekend if I wanted to discuss with the weekday manager. I called the weekday manager and told him that a discount would be reasonable, given the circumstances. The manager sent a receipt where they had marked up the cost to $1075, and then claimed they had already given me a discount of $200. That's scam city, man. Strike two. Recommended an unneeded new part and played games regarding the receipt. Lesson learned on my end: make sure that you've double checked with the parts dealer, for one. For two, don't work with a mechanic who doesn't also examine the part in question before starting the work. And while you're at it, get estimates in writing. All told, anywhere where there is room for doubt, I wouldn't give the benefit of that doubt to the folks at Nicky's. read more

Do not go to this place. I'm not sure if it's different depending on if you are friends with them or know the crew, but I see reviews of people getting exhaust systems installed "at a great price", but they tried to charged me $525 to install a catback exhaust system on my hot hatch...then scuffed at me when I told them I wouldn't pay more than $150-$200 to install a catback exhaust system. Sounds like they want to try to exploit people who are unfamiliar with how long small jobs take. Went to muffin mufflers and they installed it no problem within my price range. I'm all for paying for the appropriate labor, but if labor is 5 hours to unbolt three pipes with clamps and bolt up new ones then no thanks. read more

I would not recommend this un-qualified repair shop!!! I had a new muffler put ($250.) on & needed to go back only three weeks later for excessive noise & rattling again at which point they said the muffler gasket was rotted. ! ( another $75) which should have been part of the original muffler job! I don't think they ever do he complete job so you have to keep going back ! Nickel & Diming you each time for more money ! I also asked them to check my tires And they over filled them by double the PSI!!! After this My vehicle was driving oddly so I had the tires re - checked and the proper PSI is 32 yet they had filled them to 56Psi it's clearly written on the tire & inside my door!! Incompetent and dangerous for me! Should be a simple task! Now again three weeks later my vehicle again sounds like a Mack truck with loud muffler noises and rattling!!! I cannot trust them to again return so I have to now pay someone else who is reputable to do the proper repair job!!!!! Shady business read more

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I went to get a nail removed from a tire and they told me my tire was bad! I was told all my tires needed to be replaced and offered me new or used tires. I replaced the one that had the nail for used one for 50 dollars. I went to discount tire with the intent of replacing my tires and they told me my tires were fine! In fact, the one that needed to be replaced was the one nickys muffler sold me!!! They took my good tire and gave me a bad one. They are scammers!!!!!! Beware! Do not go!!!!! Had a flat tire this morning, went in the shop, got it replaced. Quick, easy, friendly crew. 5 stars.

I stopped in around 8am to get a flat tire repaired after going to two other local spots that weren't open yet and a repair shop that said I really needed a tire shop so the tire could be submerged. They took a look at my tire immediately and quickly recognized the issue and had it repaired and back on my car in under 10 minutes. Aside from that, they only charged me $10! They could have easily tried to take advantage of my limited knowledge of what the repair entailed, but were honest and so helpful. I will recommend them to friends and go again when I have issues with my vehicle. read more

Wanted $450 for a simple direct bolt on exhaust install...just because it was a Mercedes. Would have been $80 if it was a Honda Accord but instead they chose to try to take advantage of me just because of my car. Again it was a direct bolt on with no special adjustment needed and they wanted $450 for an hour or less of labor. HA don't go here. read more

I desperately needed new tires and decided to just try this place since it was on my way home from work. I got some decent used tires for pretty cheap. They were also able to repair a leak in my exhaust for cheap but the work was quality and they spent a good amount of time on it but worked at a brisk pace.
