I decided to try Nicky's after seeing it was packed all the time and with the positive reviews on here. It was packed, I had to park on the street and I waited in line for a long time. Then I found out they didn't take cards. Ugh. Had to go to an ATM(and pay fees to that bank and my bank, making this an expensive trip). Finally got my two huge slices for me and my girlfriend. They tasted the same as every other local pizza place you've ever been to. I don't know what the big deal was. Not worth the wait. read more

This place is the best! The family who owns it is extremely friendly and accommodating. They never forget an order and they're extremely kind to customers. The place is immaculate. The food is always fresh and perfectly cooked. They make excellent soups and assemble "to go" orders just the way you want. This is our favorite place in Agawam. We highly recommend. read more

Wow... Had no idea a large was thaaat big. Had 4 teenagers and myself (who all insta/snapped it) and still had enough slices to over fill a traditionally sized pizza box when we were done. Good to know they do slices as well after reading this. Looks like they have a diverse classic Italian menu and I look forward to trying something different next time we are on our way to Six Flags. Anyone who doesn't understand why this place doesn't maintain a website and do credit cards isn't all there. Best pizza on earth!! There's not much more I can say but Bravo. I lived in NYC for 2 years and this pizza is up there with the best of them. This is still so frustrating. WHY NICKY'S, WHY! We ordered again. All I wanted was a big grilled chicken salad. Simple. This was not freshly grilled chicken. This was lumpy, cut up and freezing cold, as if it was from a ziplock bag in the fridge. The first (and only) piece I picked up was a rubbery piece of chicken fat. The entire large 'grilled chicken salad' went directly into the trash. Total waste of money. I should have learned my lesson before. ***To whoever is reading this: please. Passing through on the way to Six Flags, this was quite a treat. We weren't expecting much, just something cheaper than what you can get at Six Flags. Not knowing anything about the place, my friend asks for two slices of cheese pizza. The man behind the counter looked at her funny and said, "why don't you just get one for now". It was a little off-putting, but as soon as the pizza came, we could see why. The slice was HUGE. Bigger than my friend's head. It was also delicious. Was in Springfield for a two day conference so tried this on basis of 5 star Yelp reviews. This must be the locals loving this place because it is a lot of good for the money but the pizza is straight down the middle AVERAGE. Doughy crust and bland sauce and even the hot peppers were bland. Again nothing terrible, but just what I was afraid of. The fried dough was good though but that is pretty hard to mess up so not that impressed. read more

Had a gyro for lunch and came back for pizza after leaving Six Flags...the food is very good and the staff is very friendly. This was my first time here and won't be my last. Be prepared to wait for a table if you come for dinner when six flags is open because the place was packed and they don't have a huge eat in area. read more

Came here in the afternoon after leaving six flags for lunch and had a delicious pizza.. Came back after the park closed to get fried dough... We saw online that they closed at 11, so we went to dinner somewhere else first and then came in around 10, only to find out that they actually close at 10! Their fryers were already off and said they didn't have any fried dough left. We told them we would get soft serve instead and they started their fryers again to go out of their way to be kind and make us fried dough. We were very surprised how kind and friendly they were! Not to mention, they have great deals, and everything is delicious. Thank you so much!! Let this serve as a public message that they're open until 10pm on the weekdays and 11pm on the weekends! read more

Always liked their pizza, and would order from them from time to time. However, just ordered a pizza from them last week......very disappointed! The pizza here is solid. The cheese is perfectly browned, and thick to boot, and the sauce is not too much of anything. The crust is a little bit too glutenous for my liking, but nothing that would change my mind about this being a solid pizza. I wish I lived closer, this would totally be my go-to. Staff was super friendly!! Food was perfect and portions were large. And last but not least the prices were amazing.
