I have visited this place at least a dozen of times the last year, maybe more and every single time I get disappointed. Why I kept coming back? It's the closest pho place to me. Another good thing, the place is clean & nice but that's it, the rest is average. The pho broth is too sweet & no beefy flavor. The noodles for the noodle bowl so sticky & soggy, the servers behind the counter just take the sticky noodles & try to separate & portion them with their gloved hands like it's play-doh (so unappetizing). The toppings are so little that you have to ask for extra every time, so frustrating. They give you 1 small dressing which is not even enough to give flavor to the bowl & charge extra if you ask for another one. I still give a generous tip every time but annoyed about it considering the quality of the food I get. I had high hopes for this place, I hope it gets better. read more

This place is new and just opened up on pines blvd. I love the ambiance and decor at this location. The food was tasty. I got 2 spring rolls, one pork and the other shrimp. If I could change it I would've done both of them pork. The shrimp was steamed and had no seasoning. However my husband got the sandwiches, both were pork and with the nine five pho sauce it was delicious! The reason I give it 4 stars is because we had to wait so long to get the meal. The service is kind of slow and when we would ask for recommendations the staff didn't help. They also sell boba tea here but it is separate from the restaurant. So if you want a meal and boba, you need to make 2 lines. read more

I am very particular about my Vietnamese food, and I had low expectations when I first came here due to the Instagram- like aesthetics. However this restaurant delivers great quality food. The pho broth is always on point .. they've really mastered the flavor profile & and I really like the flavor of their fresh spring rolls w/ bbq pork. I love the fact it's so close to my house, plus I can pick up bubble tea there which Is also very flavorful. I ordered nine five pho on Uber eats because I was super sick (strep throat) and needed a good hot soup. For myself I ordered an oxtail pho, and for my husband a pork rice bowl. Packaging was really well with the use of plastic containers as opposed to styrofoam. I had a bowl, the soup spoon, and chopsticks! The broth on the pho was amazing! It really was all I needed to warm me through and help me start my road to recovery. The meat was so tender it was almost falling off the bone. I was able to pinch sections off easily with my chopsticks. With the condition I was in the tender meat and hot broth was critical. The portion was generous. My husband said the pork rice bowl was pretty good. I asked if it was better than others he's had in the past and he said he couldn't remember the others. I asked if he'd eat it again and he said he absolutely would. They were generous with the toppings and this dish came well packaged too. When I'm feeling better and in the area we will definitely check them out in person. Something I want to note is if you order on Uber eats the oxtail pho was at least $5 more and the rice bowl was $3 more than their advertised prices which in turn inflates all the other fees Uber charges. The beef pho broth was on the sweeter side, which I don't care for, but the rest of the dish, the steak, brisket and veggies are properly done. The pork egg rolls and spicy vinaigrette that came with it are Amazing. Didn't try to boba, too full, but it looks properly done. If ever in the area, I'd pop in again, just possibly go with the chicken or vegan broth. Great to have a Pho option west of i75 in Pembroke Pines. Walking in you may feel like you're at a chipotle as Nine Five Pho is set up the same way where you precede down a line, as opposed to table service. The prices aren't too bad and the quality of the food is good. Loved the spring rolls as they are made in front of you, allowing you the opportunity to add/ subtract whatever ingredients you do or don't want. I love the concept of a Chipotle inspired line for a Vietnamese Pho and Banh Mi place! This place is literally a one stop eatery for all things Vietnamese/ Boba! There's a different section for boba drinks which I thought was genius! Divide and conquer! Have a group of friends? Have someone order the food and someone else take the drink orders. When we got in line I'll admit I was hesitant since a rush of people came through but surprisingly, we got through our orders quickly- love the efficiency! We ordered the egg rolls, the spring rolls (highly recommend!!), short rib pho, and bo kho (they have a rotating pop up menu- such a great idea for regular costumers who would like to try something new!) The service was exceptional! My husband described it as "Chik Fil A friendly!" Lol THE decor was so cute! They definitely thought of everything. It is Instagram posting friendly! I could feel my serotonin levels going up as I walked into Nine Five Pho. I've been wanting to go here ever since I saw the sign and knew that with a clever name like that, it had to be good. And even if the food wasn't delicious, I'd still stop by for the aesthetics alone. The pink and green color scheme is so perfect, it's as if I thought of it myself! The lights are whimsical and add such a happy vibe to the place. And the neon sign just adds to the cool factor. I love how the restaurant is kind of like a food market but with only two places - pho and boba. The pho area is Chipotle-style with an array of options. I got the Banh Mi combo, which allowed me to get a taste of more than just the sandwich. The combo came with a banh mi, fresh roll, and egg roll - all which were amazing. And it comes with their own signature sauce that was utterly refreshing. I'm sad I didn't get to try the pho, but I will be sure to order it next time! Additionally, I got some boba tea to go with my meal. I was very overwhelmed by all the options. I settled on a passion fruit tea with boba, basil seeds, and grass jelly. Although I prefer more classic teas, I have no complaints. But, it's going to take me awhile to try all the tea combinations! Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed by the service and quality of the food. This was my first time here. I saw the place under construction so My Son and I decided to give a try. The restaurant is very cute. We were greeted by a girl and she explained the process. I felt the food was okay. The quality of the beef was low grade and high $$$$ I ordered 2 custom pho bowls and I wanted 1 egg roll but I got the full order $7 I didn't want that but I realized after the fact. I would like to Criticize not complain but charging for sauce for the egg rolls was disappointing. There were 3 egg rolls and only 1 sauce. It just felt cheap! Also, I wanted tofu and they gave 4 little pieces and charged me extra too! Most places let you have unlimited veggies and tofu. It felt rushed through the line. I paid $46 for soup egg rolls and Boba tea for my Son. Definitely way to expensive for the quality. My Son said he didn't want to ever come back! I would give one more try but I would do a noodle or rice bowl. It was very average. We try various Asian restaurants because we love Asian Cuisine but we were disappointed with this place! The flavor of the beef soup base was okay it had a kind of cinnamon flavor. Maybe next time it will be better! read more

I work as a server and bartender for Outback steakhouse and in no way would we allow someone to be so rude and disrespectful as she was. I ask only for the Bahn mi to be extra hot 3 times as u continued to ignore me. Then once I paid and asked for it to be extra hot. She acted as if I was trying to rob the place. I will give it five stars on my first sentence so you know that my criticisms are only suggestions and not complaints. 1) Allow for two sauces per item. Please don't charge extra for the second. it comes across as being cheap. 2) When building items and people are watching don't put tiny amounts. Example: Cucumber on a spring roll. 30 seconds to align two half segments. I realize that the plate may get too full or a roll two crowded to fold but make it seem generous. 3) I'm not a business owner but I see 10 to 15 employees. It's great to see you hiring workers but I cannot figure out what they are doing. Six people making beverages? Maybe there is prep work that I don't realize. My logic is to have a smaller staff and give more product. Maybe? 4)Most Vietnamese restaurants offer Hoisin Plumb sauce and I was surprised you don't have it as a choice. Now for plain complements from me: Super-nice greeters. Fun to see the food being prepared. It all seems healthy. The place looks wonderful. The workers are serious about what they are doing and seem happy. I went two days in a row and I plan to try the entire food menu at least one time.
