Came here for my husband's birthday lunch. Lunch is free for those with a birthday on their exact birthdate. One additional paying entree is required. They do ask for ID to show your birthday. We both got the hot pot and k-bbq combo, mine was 34.99. Our server was Sky and he was awesome and helpful and friendly. We had chicken and mushroom broth for our hotpot's and it was nice that they were two smaller pots on the side while we had our grill in the middle. They also have a salad bar and sauce bar on the side. They bring you your meats that you choose from their menu. They also bring you hot pot items, there are also some hot pot items on their conveyor belt. We don't do hot pot & kbbq often and after getting a hang of it's fine. It does feel like a lot of work at first. But hot pot you are just throwing stuff in the pot and bbq you are flipping them over, we also made fried rice on the grill too. My husband and I enjoyed it. He often doesn't want to do it and we both thought it was tasty. They have desserts here as well. He had a strawberry cake and I had a mango cake. We were both so full when we were done. I like the conveial belt system. It was so much fun to see the little dishes carry hot pot ingredient traveling by the table. I also like their variety of meat, seafood, vegetable, tofu, noodle selection, and because it's all you can eat , I was a bit overwhelming. There are couple choices of hotpot broth. My better half had Korean barbecue. We both added sushi option . Crunchy spicy tuna roll and Miami roll were both delicious. I liked the shrimp , clam , blue crab, fishball, vegetable, mushroom , tofu skin, corn etc in my bone broth hot pot. The barbecue meat got very flavorful seasoning , so many variety of cut. The salmon was a nice big piece with old bay seasoning. Porkbelly and short ribs were excellent. Everything tasted good . Our server came to check frequently and removed the empty plates frequently. First time at this hotpot and will be coming back! I went to celebrate my friend's dinner and all he wanted was hotpot, this made his bday! Alyssa was the best server!! She walked us through the menu and how to prepare our food, she went above and beyond with a birthday dessert and taking pics without us having to ask first! Our seating was really nice with the rotating belt for hotpot add ins beside us. The sake lychee martini was literally so delicious and the bogo wine was a really nice wine for their house! But for $120 for two adults and a kid...I dunno. The meat is fatty, which is to be expected at a place like this. The seafood was good. Not a lot of variety on the conveyor belt sadly. Would have been nice to see some dumplings and other things on there besides mushrooms and noodles. Service was fine. Ambiance is also okay. Pro tip, skip the sushi, it's super mediocre. Our son wanted to go to Nine Spice, we didn't know it existed. Since it was our first time we went for it and ordered the hot pot and Korean BBQ all you can eat. There is a quick meat quiz when you order, so be prepared. I said yes to all the questions but didn't really understand what I was getting into! Next thing you know there are 15-20 plates of meats and vegetables on the tiny table. Some for the hot pot and some for the DIY grill in the center of the table. There is also a non stop parade of items circling on these tracks on the inside ledge of the booth. If that isn't enough, they also have a salad bar which includes accoutrement for the table. I left so full, but did feel bad about all the left overs on the table. Lesson learned, I'll just order the hot pot or a few meats for Korean BBQ next time, but totally worth trying everything the first time! read more

We got both the all you can eat BBQ and hot pot. We got the Original and Kimchi soup bases - when you place your first order just order the meats! We got lamb, beef, pork, mussels, and clams for the hot pot. For the BBQ we got steak, pork belly, beef bulgogi, teriyaki steak, and calamari. The vegetables come round on the conveyor belt so you can grab whatever looks good. Sauces are at a buffet style salad bar, LOTS of options for dipping! Everything was delicious. Attentive staff, great hot pot and kbbq options, and they even have sushi on the menu now! It's a guarantee that you will leave fully satiated. This is a place where you go with friends. They have a barbecue grill that you cook your own food on. Your server will get bring you all the food that you want but you are cooking it. There is a bar filled with different spices and sauces that you can add in for your meal that you want to cook. They also have a rotating bar that has a lot of different foods that you can put in your hot pot bowl or on the grill. I will say that if you order the Hot pot Bowl, which is like a soup you're cooking for yourself, that's great. However, I think it's like about $5 more if you want to do the grill. It is worth noting that if the people at your table decide that they want to do a grill option , then everybody has to do the grill. Personally, I don't eat a lot of food so I pretty much had to do the grill and the hot pot bowl, price-wise it really wasn't worth it for me. However, knowing that I was there with my friends made it all worth it. The restaurant said that they have desserts on the carousel but I only saw a couple pieces of cake. There was no other desserts that I found. It's more of an experience than to say I was going to have gourmet food. However, it was definitely fun going as a party. Their prices are a little on the high side, but considering that it's pretty much all you can eat, that's what you're paying for. Went here tonight for the first time. Excellent food! Was extremely satisfied with the quality of meat and flavors. Fresh side items as well. We did not get very good service though. Our waiter dropped off the meat with no tongs or scissors to cook or cut the meat. Had to a long time until we could flag down someone else to ask for them. No one came to take any plates away or refill our drinks. I was brought someone else's sushi which took up space we couldn't spare. Before you come here please read this review. We went to the cold bar to grab some apps and there was mold all over. They stuck us in the back where there was no conveyor belt for veggies or anything to add to the pot. We had a pair of ROTTEN chopsticks that came wet. Not to mention the miso soup tasted like sweaty socks. The sauces at the cold bar had flies whirling around, and they have a hard no sharing policy if you order the sushi combo lol. This place is an experience! Several of us met here for dinner & as first timers, initially it was sensory overload. We sat at a table with burners & grills. A conveyor belt looped by our table with bowls of food. Thick menus were dropped off, & there were pages & pages of items, & pictures, & prices, & rules. As we tried to take it all in, a waiter came by & attempted to quickly explain the menu. We just had to laugh. Ultimately we ordered Korean BBQ which I think allowed us to order off many pages of meats & veggies plus a broth pot. We all knew from reading Yelp reviews, that whatever we order, we must eat or the restaurant charges steep penalties. All I can say is we had a ton of fun & a ton of food. The whole experience was very social which was very cool. My favorite meat to cook was the bulgogi steak. It was so thin & flavorful. I supported the place when it opened and then for 2 years ... I was a regular known face. Owners are not that friendly...stay away from the meat and order hotpot.. don't order sushi .... also a server named Danny rude young man. This server told me he had to go bec he orderes steak on a bone. I did you don't eat the food here he said no way...... when I said I know the owner lilly and she spuldent be happy to hear that he frantically ran over made an alienation that I was rude ... then went to eat a real steak LOL. I offered to help the owner bec they need some help and .... unfortunately they will be closing soon. They are going bankrupt because people are not getting quality meats and don't come during the week... then again there are sanitary issues I did wait over a year to share this and when I was not treated well I thought the public deserves to know... the worker won't eat the meat... when cooking it it turns white .. stoves are also not hot enough and sadly hot pot is the only safe way to eat anything there. Sorry to share this unfortunate review ... this food factory is a mess and workers are over worked under payed as I was told. If you want something a bit different and find yourself in an adventurous mood, definitely try this "dim sum" style experience. This place gets three stars for the entertainment and our personal service experience. The food is not the best quality and definitely reminds me of the old school all you can eat buffet. For about $40.00 per person, there is a salad bar and small buffet available with your choice or combination of Hot Pot, Korean BBQ, and Sushi. Gabe, our server, was spectacular! This young man took the time to explain the somewhat complicated menu, answer all of our questions, and was very pleased to offer us his suggestions and recommendations. We had a blast here with parents for dinner. There was something for everyone! They're adding sushi soon too! It's all you can eat, you select with hot pot, bbq or both. Easy as that. I chose to do both and tried the Thai flavored soup. It was pretty good and def spicy, not sure it was good enough to get again though lacked some flavor. All options include a salad bar the only issue was the lettuce was not cut and therefore hard to eat with chop sticks. But the sauces were phenomenal and the selection was huge! The best were the house soy sauce and the bbq sauce. The ginger salad dressing was amazing too. The Korean bbq was definitely the best part and our favorites were the pepper steak, teriyaki steak and the pot stickers. Yum! They do cook really quick and we burnt a few. The conveyer belt going around adds a fun element and it's mostly veggies, tofu and potstickers sometimes desserts too like chocolate or orange cake. The tables were a little small we kept running out of room. Also includes ice cream banilla chocolate or strawberry and they gave us each a little yogurt drink with our bill. First time coming to this location! I've only gone to the Nine Spice in Pinellas Park. This place is much much bigger and cleaner and newer. A lot more options at the sauce bar too. I love how the ice cream here comes in little cups instead of the big bins that you have to scoop out yourself. There was barely any meat being passed around on the conveyor belt so we had to order lamb and beef with the waitress. That was why I couldn't give 5 stars. Also, we wanted to do the duo hot pot and share in the middle but they gave us 2 individual pots. The Korean bbq was in the middle of the table, which we didn't do. I will say the meats, veggies, tofu were fresh. The sauce bar was awesome. The waitress was nice and came back a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. One last thing.. we were there for about 1.5 hours and we were wrapping up anyways but the hostess came by and gave us our check without us asking for it. I felt we were being rushed out. It was fine but felt a little off that the waitress didn't bring it but the hostess at the front did. Didn't like feeling rushed. It's not like we were there for 3+ hours. It is the perfect place to enjoy a hearty meal with loved ones for lunch, dinner, and late night! The restaurant is extremely spacious and we've always been able to be seated right away.
