We usually order one of the beef combos and switch out one of the items for pork jowl (one of my favorite cuts, especially when it's crispy). The combos come with lots of side dishes, salad, rice, lettuce, soup, steamed egg, and corn cheese, making it a very complete meal. The servers offer to help you grill if you'd like.
