Made some reservation for dinner here before the New York Marathon to carb load. When we arrived on time for our 5:45 reservation we had to wait a little bite for our table to be ready so we sat at the bar for a little. Inside was nice though! I ordered the truffle mac and cheese bites to start. They were but I don't think I tasted much truffle. i ordered the gnocchi caprese with a meatball and really enjoyed it! The flavors were great and i really liked the sauce. Prices seemed average for new york. I left so full and ready to race the next day!

While waiting for our cruise we visited New York City for two days. We can across Nino's 46, which looked like an original Italian restaurant. The atmosphere at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday was quiet and not busy. The staff were attentive and the pizza and wine were Excellent. Highly recommend Nino's 46 while in New York.

I love this cozy little Italian restaurant for their affordable homemade pastas. I frequently crave fresh pasta or brick oven pizza, but lately, prices have gotten a bit out of hand, especially for anything homemade. And when I'm in the mood, I don't want just one dish. I want and need variety. Mmm Nino's delivers on both taste and value. The fettuccine with lobster and shrimp is a great deal at $28, and they are generous with the proteins. I got a full lobster tail and several delicious shrimp. The chicken marsala pasta was also really flavorful. We also tried the Margherita pizza, which was simple, classic, and very reasonably priced at $15. My husband loved the chicken vodka pizza. We'll definitely be ordering again soon whenever those homemade pasta and pizza cravings hit.

Found this place after some shopping in the area. Its very cozy, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was just ok but I won't hold that against them. It was very reasonably priced. We got the following: Fried barata app 10/10 Caesar salad 7/10 Spicy Rigatoni with chicken parm 8/10 this was extremely mild not spicy, had to add salt & crushed red peppers for taste) Dessert was Creme Brûlée Overall would recommend for dinner with friends, family and even a date night!

Solo night out while the wife and kid enjoyed a broadway show. I popped into this place expecting a quick and easy meal. I sat at the bar and the bartender acknowledged me quickly. I ordered a nino old fashion and it was on point! Ordered a bolognese and it was fresh, very tasty. Combine that with the atmosphere of the restaurant, it was awesome. I recommend checking this place out for some good drinks and good food. Menu is smaller which I appreciate as they can focus on a doing a few items very well and it was on full display with the food I ate.

We ordered here for take out. I can't speak for the decor or the service, but the food was pretty good. I got a simple spaghetti marazano with meatballs that really made my day. The price is hard to beat. $15 for a good portion of spaghetti and two tasty meatballs. I'll have to try the restaurant in person next time.

We were in town last week and saw they offered some gluten free options, my wife has to be gluten free and has been missing Italian fare. There were a lot of things they couldn't do but they did make her a version of chicken parm but with grilled chicken and we weren't expecting it but they did bring her gf toast with her meal.

It's been awhile, but dined at Nino's 46 and it's still great! Reservations are a must and there were no tables available upon opening. However, you can sit at the bar and enjoy dinner there. The space is warm, comfortable and inviting. The wines offered by the glass are good and they have a nice variety to choose from. They also have a full bar if you'd like a cocktail. We started off with fried calamari, which is served with a marinara and an aioli dipping sauce. The calamari was lightly breaded and fried to perfection. It was incredibly tender and delicious. The Chicken Parmesan with linguine was wonderful and really hit the spot. The Fusili with Ragu was also excellent. Did I mention the pasta is fresh? Fresh pasta just hits differently. Nino's is a perfect place to grab dinner when seeing a show, just be sure to make reservations.

The salads were light and fresh. The tuna tartare was colorful and had a mild flavor. The gnocchi had a beautiful keep, tasted good but the sauce needed to be thicker. The chefs, wait staff and all others were so efficient and impressive. The establishment is small but quaint and cozy.

The truffled mac and cheese was decent but on the heavier side, so I would recommend skipping it. In contrast, the charred octopus was excellent, served with green mango and red onion. The tangy sauce complemented the perfectly charred octopus beautifully. I ordered the spicy rigatoni vodka with an added chicken parm, and it was delicious. I just wish it had a bit more heat. Overall, I'd love to come back and try the pizzas next time!

I am ecstatic that Nino's 46 made it through COVID and it's improved even more. This is a small, quaint, and charming restaurant. The tables are comfortably separated and it has a full bar. Our lemonades were nicely tart, fresh, and served in tall glasses. Both of our entrees were incredible...the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, with Mr. Nino's vodka sauce and Calabrian Chili was AMAZING. OMG...optimally spicy and I enjoyed how the burrata cheese blissfully melted throughout the entire dish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ENTREE! The Gnocchi Caprese, with roasted heirloom tomatoes and burrata cheese, had the perfect texture and it was fun enjoying it with a spoon. Please, do not hesitate to dine at Nino's 46. You'll be pleasantly serviced and will become a happy returning customer.

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together.
