I was the first customer of the day, so I got to chat with Justin, the owner, while waiting for my pizza. Super friendly guy with big local community energy. You can tell he genuinely cares about the place and the people walking through the door. Ordered the Hawaiian and it was excellent. Crispy-yet-chewy crust, great char around the edges, balanced toppings, and the pineapple actually tasted fresh. Bonus points because the slices held together instead of collapsing into a greasy mess halfway through eating them. Once, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, well done, size large, as it was for the 3 of us. The pizza was almost perfect. The only hiccup was the sauce was a little too acidic for my taste.
