Two stars for the amazing sweet tea. No stars for the service. The owner needs to reevaluate it. The girls were too busy talking to each other and complaining to even notice I was standing right there waiting for my carry out order. No eye contact whatsoever. Not the good impression when you walk into a place with a $40 to go order. The pizza crust was good- however I did ask for it to be well done, as I had read the crust there is often soggy. The pizza sauce has no flavor, and is just crushed tomatoes. I would recommend using a little basil and garlic powder on your pizza when you go to eat it. The mushrooms are canned, and the sausage is just ground up pork. Zero flavor- just plain. The antipasto salad was good and had well executed ingredients such as pearl onions and Italian marinated veggies. The balsamic dressing was good as well. For pizza and a salad ($10 salad) and a large iced tea, it was $40. The parking lot is really sketchy. Just a warning if you park there- many vagrants lingering and a accident waiting to happen. Lastly- there was a political advertisement on the pizza box, with a judge and the owner of Nino's Corner. That is so obnoxious! People don't need to have that plastered on their food order. This restaurant is a rip off. Watch out for hidden charges. Ordered a Margherita pie and was told $1 more for large size. When picked up they charged $3.95 as "a special pie". When I called to speak to manager he was very rude and could care less. When questioned why someone would tell me just $1 more he rattled on about the extra toppings (by the way the toppings already came on that pie, nothing more added). Horrible! I'm never going back there again after 3 bad experiences. The last 3 times they gave us the wrong orders. By the time we get home to sit down what we think we ordered it ends up being sonething completely different and by this point we lose our appetite. A few other times we've ordered the dough was either too thick and undercooked or burned. So inconsistent! After today I've had enough with them. Pretty great pizza! No pictures this time, I guess I was too hungry, LOL! Nino's Corner is pretty delish. Their slices are large, and they use fresh ingredients. I said I wanted spinach on my pizza and I figured I would get a little but wow, they might have used their whole supply on my pie. No complaints though! I can't remember how many slices I ate but, ummm. it was more than I would like to admit. My pie was hot and fresh. From the pictures on Yelp, the other menu items look really good as well. I will certainly stop back in when I am in town for another opportunity to taste their other options. I highly suggest sticking with Nino's Corner for your pizza / traditional Italian needs. This type of pizza beats out any commercial place like Domino's, Papa John's etc. Do yourself a favor and get the real experience at this tasty location. read more

Garlic Knots are awesome. I went here with friends who live in Vero - they are regulars and the waitress knew all their orders from entree to drink to salad dressing - pretty impressive. The early bird specials are slightly smaller servings, but the price cannot be beat. THE CHICKEN PARM IS DELICIOUS - GO FOR A REGULAR SIZE DINNER! I was sorely disappointed this time when we went. We went a few years ago and thought it was good. When we went in, it doesn't say clearly to go to the right or left for dine in or take out, so we got confused. I ordered Baked Penne Alfredo and my husband ordered the Chicken Cordon Blue Sandwich. Our salads came out and he had Croutons, Onions, Olives, etc on his and mine was just Cucumbers and Lettuce. I asked for Garlic Knots appetizer (6). She said that our meals come with them and I said I know, but I want extra. Only came out with 5 and none with the meals. Our meals came out. Mine had a lot of Alfredo sauce, but was good. My husband's was a chicken sandwich. No ham, no cheese. We asked for a menu to look at then talked with the server. She seemed condescending when she said, "You should have just told me there was a problem instead of asking for a menu." No, I wanted to look at the menu and talk with you. Don't tell me what I should / should not have done. We didn't get an apology about the sandwich either. They did fix it, but it was bland. Typically a Chicken Cordon Blue Sandwich has some seasoning or the Chicken is breaded. The server asked if Fries were OK with my husband's sandwich and he said yes; however, they are extra. The food is great. They have an early bird from 4pm to 6pm that includes a salad, entree and iced tea. The early bird is $11.50. There are several choices, chicken parm, spagehttil and lasagna. There is inside and outside seating. I do not recommend the outside seating at this location as the service outside has been horrible the last four times I have been there. The server is great about your original drinks and food order. They bring your food when ready and then you have to jump up and down, wave your hands, tap on the glass or whatever to get the server back out to fill your drinks or get anything you need. Yesterday a guy who was not our server brought out a check and kinda rudely handed it to me and walked off...did not offer to clear the dirty dishes or ask if anything was needed, I looked at the check and it was for the other table outside, a $69.00 tab for four guests when there were only two people at our table. I had to tap on the window for a while before someone inside finally looked and got the server. The week before when I ate there I had to wave my hands like a crazy person for someone inside the restaurant to finally see me and send the server out for a drink refill. Bad delivery service I will not recommend this Pizzeria. The delivery guy came to our house to deliver the pizza. 10 minutes later he came back and knock on all the house windows and said the delivery wasn't paid and call the cops and told that we did not pay. Then we called the Nino's Pizza and ask that we had payed off the pizza and came out that it was paid off and it was the ninos and delivery guy mistake. After they sayed that we did not. Worst pizza ever! The pizza took 45 min to be deliver and was cold. We ordered 1/2 cheese and 1/2 onion and mushroom, all the mushrooms where in just one slice. The pizza looked as if it sat all day under the hot lamp and they just put some new cheese on top and delivered. read more

Nino: Thursday. I picked up a large pizza. I requested one half mozzarella and the other half peppers and onions. First off. The onions were not sliced they were in large chunks. There was no mozzarella on the pizza and it only had grated cheese. We have been customers for five years the dough was thinner than usual. This is the first time we were totally dissatisfied.
