    Original Wings
    Brian D.

This was a great escape from the frigid weather. The environment is welcoming and so are the people. I was seated immediately, and the server took my drink and appetizer order right away. I got the wings and Noa burger. The portion sizes were generous and I finished all of it. The burger was tasty and juicy, the wings were perfect and the fries were crispy. Next time I am in town I will definitely make another stop here.

Dined here with some friends. We had a reservation but it wasn't too busy on a Thursday night right after happy hour. We stood at the podium for several minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment. We began to seat ourselves when someone finally walked out and asked if we've been helped. The restaurant is beautiful, very classy and clean. The menu has decent offerings. I went with the house made veggie burger which came with fries. We also ordered Hummus and tempura vegetables. The burger and hummus were good. The Vegetables were just okay. I also ordered a lemon drop martini and it was good as well. Our waiter was nice and attentive. The happy hour menu looked good, so I'd for sure come back to check it out sometime.

Happy hour wagu burger, 2 wings and panzanella salad

Stopped by for dinner on a Weds. they have happy hour specials on food and drinks 2pm-6pm. Bar was packed and quite a few groups. I was seated quickly and server came soon after, brought water and I ordered a mocktail gimlet. It was good, lime and mint and perfect for a warmer day. Decided to try 2 wings and wagu burger specials from happy hour menu plus panzanella salad. Food came out real quickly. Burger is a deal for happy hour at half the usual price - was fresh and had a tasty sesame bun, pickles and sauce. Wings are generously dry rubbed and crispy, if a bit too salty for me. Messy too, as wings are, so wouldn't order that on a date or eating with colleagues. They let me try both ranch and blue cheese sauce for the wings. Ranch seemed generic and not exciting, I preferred the blue cheese - in fact I put some in my burger for an on the fly blue cheese burger. Salad listed heirloom tomatoes but they were cherry tomatoes that may have been heirloom but not the chunks of bigger tomato I expected. No greens in a panzanella just tomatoes, small mozzarella balls, bread, onions all covered in a pesto sauce - the preserved lemon was a nice fresh touch, I wish it was more accented with some fresh lemon as it was way in the background. The servers are nice and professional and friendly - they deserve generous tips - the ones I saw really worked hard. Interior is darkish but pleasant. They have a nice table for 12 if you want to bring a group, plus booths and other tables. Look is mostly beige and grey and walnut. Went crazy and had the chocolate cake with candied hazelnuts and ice cream for dessert. Amazing. Also loved they had oat milk as an option as I had a cappuccino to top off a good meal.

We came here for NYE and to celebrate my birthday and it a lovely evening. It was our first time at NOA and our server gave exceptional service. She was patient, kind, and took a very nice photo of us. The highlights were the lobster bisque, filet, and coq au vin. My dessert, the chocolate cake, even came with a candle which was cute. We can't wait to be back!

I have a habit of ordering a salad to justify a dessert. That was definitely the case here because the chocolate cake looked amazing and I wanted it. The salad was very good and fresh tasting. The cake was so worth it. Moist and decadent and not too sweet and very chocolaty. It was goodness at every bite. I'm happy that I ordered both items. This was a great experience. The space was nice and comfortable. The service was good. Casual. Please come and create your own adventure.

Grabbed a quick lunch here yesterday and sat at the bar. The bartender was really friendly and gave just the right about of check ins. I ordered the house salad because it was not your typical salad. It had fennel, cashews, and dried cranberries with mixed greens and an Apple vinaigrette. It was really tasty! Just had a bit too many of the dried cranberries. I would definitely go back for lunch or dinner as it was also well-appointed and had a nice atmosphere.

I ordered the oxtail quesadilla, dry rub wings and iced tea for lunch and it was all so delicious. The meal was all tender and everything had so much flavor. Service was impeccable and things came out pretty quickly. The place is cute and well kept too.

Decent selection of food options; vegan & GF options are clearly identified. In restaurant there are booths & tables in addition to the bar area. Nice outside area that's a bright, open area. Attentive service. Sort of pricey for lunch but convenient to many hotels in the Nicolette Mall areas.

    Salmon. Amazing.

Did not expect this to be as good as it was. First, Alicia was an amazing server and made excellent recommendations. We started with burrata which was great, flavorful and textures were spot on. Didn't get a pic of that, ate it too fast. I appreciate the asparagus and truffle too. Great bite. I got the salmon for lunch and it was one of the best salmon dishes I've ever had. The sweet potatoes, Brussel sprouts and sauce made it such and incredible flavor. Texture on the salmon was perfect. Perfect on the salt level too. This place can cater to any party too. Great private rooms, was good for a work meeting (why I was here) but I could see it for a date night as well. It's modern, cozy, well decorated and very clean. Lots of natural light, quiet music and not too loud. Would come back. We did walk from our hotel, so I can't comment on the parking. Highly recommend you try it and order something outside your comfort zone. Favors were great.

This was busy in a Wednesday evening. Had been meaning to try this place since it replaced Mission American kitchen so we got a reservation for the family. We were seated right away on a high table in the back. Our servers came by with some waters and to take our drink ordered. Ordered a couple of cocktails and checked out the menu. We started off with the chicken wings, the artisan cheese plate and a Caesar salad and the beet and feta salad. for the entrees, we ordered the Sweet Potato Gnocchi, the Braised Short Ribs and the Birria Ramen. We also ordered a couple of sides with the fries and the squash. The were out of a couple of the menu items so we couldn't try them. The drinks and food came out fairly quick and definitely had a good presentation around it. The wings were hot and crispy with tender chicken on inside. The Caesar salad was nothing fancy but a decent salad. The cheese plate was good with a variety of both soft and hard cheeses. The beet and feta salad was probably the most balanced and nuanced dish of the first round. Fresh, sweet and tangy with the feta cutting through it all. The entrees were the most disappointing. The short ribs were tough and not soft as you would expect from an establishment of this caliber. The birria ramen lacked flavor. The consommé was light and not flavorful. The noodles were cooked to spec but just overall a lackluster dish. The gnocchi was decent and the only entree I would consider getting again. The place is clean and happening and the decor is modern. The service was less than stellar but they were also very busy so I can understand them being maybe a little short staffed. Overall it was an ok experience. It doesn't live up to the place it replaced, in my opinion.

Checked out their "Taste of the sason event recently and this place is great for happy hour if you work or live downtown Highlights were the rock shrimp tostada, the chicken shawarma satay and the beef sliders Some of their other new fall items were not my favorite - but I would def come back for HH as they have decent deals and even on a Saturday! Also would like to try some other menu items Service was good- they seemed to have a lot of staff at the time this event Decor was cute and trendy Parking - can be difficult- need to use the parking ramps nearby

We didn't pick Noa for corporate event, even though it's in IDS center, but the vegetarian-friendly menu. It was first time for all five of us, and everyone had a great time. We started with hummus. The roasted carrots, cauliflower and feta made it very special. Even though I am not a huge fan for hummus, I loved it! The two vegetarians had veggie tacos, summer spinach salad, and herb French fries. One of the non-vegetarians ordered Ricotta Gnocchi. I'd give 5 stars for all the vegetarian options. The five of us shared three desserts. The chocolate cake was a big hit with its moistness, pleasantly rich but not overwhelmingly sweet. The ricotta donuts coming with three sauces, are crispy and delicious. As Sebastian ice cream lover, you now can sit in a much nicer place to enjoy your favorite neighborhood ice cream. We tried their Ghia Sour, the mocktail, very refreshing! I can imagine the fancy stuff on the cocktail menu must be exceptional. Love the modern ambiance and humble services. It was unexpectedly nice, will come back!

    Roasted Pear Salad
    Cass A.

Nestled near the atrium of the IDS building, we enjoyed a meal on their terrace which faced the stage. I chose Roasted Pear Salad and added chicken over lunch during the workday. The flavors in the salad balanced beautifully and the textures kept me going back for more. There was brightness from the blackberries, creaminess from the goat cheese, crunch from the prosciutto, and sweetness from the candied nuts. My only note is that I wish the greens would've been cut smaller because it was a bit challenging to eat.

One of my friends went with the ranch fries which were good, but in my opinion it was not worth the $2 upcharge for the amount of seasoning that comes on them. I would recommend sticking with the regular fries and ordering a side of ranch as a dipping sauce instead! This is the only place that I'm aware of where you can get a vegan juicy lucy! It is very cheesy, and it's fun that there's a meatless version of a MN classic! It was messy to eat though so make sure to have a napkin nearby! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and would go back! I think it's be a great place for hanging out with friends, especially if there are any vegans or vegetarians in the group!
