This location has become increasingly frustrating to visit. The staff often seem disorganized and inefficient, and the overall operation appears poorly managed. Orders take longer than expected, communication is lacking, and customer service is inconsistent. A recurring problem is product availability. Far too often, popular bagels are already sold out, even during normal business hours. When bagels are available, they are frequently overbaked to the point that quality suffers noticeably. Another major issue is that nobody seems to answer the phone. I've called multiple times on different days and at different times without getting through to anyone, which makes it nearly impossible to place an order or ask a simple question before making the trip. There are a few employees who seem genuinely helpful and professional, but they appear to be carrying the burden for the rest of the team. Customer service is great here friendly staff. So far I've ordered the maple farmhouse which is typically with their French toast bagel sausage bacon and egg with cheese. I personally enjoy the sweet and salty. My daughter loves there original Farmhouse with a Asiago bagel spinach egg bacon and ham with onion chive cream cheese. Today I tried their challah breakfast BLT. Tasted ok to me wish they used real thick bacon instead of this premade bacon that didn't even looked cooked to me. Great place for bagel sandwiches! I was extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this location. I ordered the avocado toast bagel, which claimed to be a toasted bagel with avocado and spices. I selected to have the poppy seed bagel. What I received was an untoasted plain bagel with a half ripe clump of plain avocado. The presentation was awful, there was no seasoning, it wasn't toasted and it was not substituted with the bagel I selected. We ordered bagels for myself and my 4 young kids. There was no line and we waited 25, I repeat TWENTY FIVE, minutes! And at minute 21 they said they were out of blueberry bagels. I have recently been digging bagels the past few years and Noahs is hands down the best. Their Farmhouse breakfast sandwich is delish albeit, $7. The quality is consistent with the Noahs brand but their service here is atrocious. First, it is confusing on whether you are standing in a line to order or standing next to someone who was waiting as there is very little room inside. Give yourself at least 20-30 mins to get A bagel with smear. Hence the bunch of ppl standing around constantly. I usually go to Starbucks for coffee and Sprouts to pick up some fruit only to come back so I can wait some more. I usually make my visits on Saturday morning. Maybe because they are always busy, there is no smiles or greetings from any employee. They are just faceless individuals with zero emotion. Then trying to get somebody's attention is impossible because nobody looks up to see what is going on in the lobby. The manager needs to be more cognizant and control the flow. This review has been a long time coming. Once upon a time, we would come to Noah's pretty much every weekend. Over time, the quality of both the food and the service have declined noticeably. Today was the final straw. I'm a Noah's Rewards Member... the most points you can use at once is 375 for a dozen bagels... I currently have 595 points. So, yeah... once upon a time, we enjoyed coming here. And with four teenagers, it used to be a great spot to feed everyone at once. The decline started with our bagels just being made sloppily. Huge hunks of thick onions... sometimes tomatoes would be on the bagel, sometimes not... sometimes there would be a lot of meat, sometimes not... etc. Okay, fine. Whatever. Not great, but not the end of the world. Then we started noticing the staff could care less about customers... no "Hi! Welcome in!" or "Good morning!" Once we asked for a pickle with the deli turkey bagel and they argued with us that it doesn't come with a deli bagel. (It does; I thought it was funny that the sign right above the guy that was arguing with us clearly says it comes with a pickle.). Again, whatever. Not gonna Karen over that. Another time we tried to use some of our points and no one knew how to use the register to utilize the rewards. So we couldn't use our points. And, yet, we still would go back. I really try to give businesses a chance multiple times. But the service now is especially atrocious. Oh my good God. Why, when there are four people working the line and two people working the register, does it take 20+ minutes just to ORDER????? This morning, I stood in line with my guy for a while (we were second in line), then I got tired of waiting and went next door to Starbucks, ordered two beverages, waited a typical wait time for Starbucks, got our order, and went back next door to Noah's... and found my guy STILL second in line in the exact same spot!!!! Okay. Um. Maybe the register went down? Nope. Just pure apathy and zero management... absolutely no hustle or customer service. The chick in the middle of the assembly line was so incredibly slow (thinking she had ALL the edibles this morning); I've never actually seen someone that slow before. Made the DMV look fast. Thank goodness I didn't order anything... even though we had been walking for an hour beforehand and I was starving, I told my guy to order for himself only; not to order anything for me. I will not give my hard-earned money to people that don't care about their products or service. Another twenty minutes to get ONE bagel to go.... And go we did after forty min total. I couldn't get out of there fast enough - especially after listening to other customers complain and roll their eyes. Dear Noah's Corporate and/or franchise owner... WAKE UP!!! You are in a great location with lots of potential customers. You need to do the following: -Re-train all staff on what customer service looks like on the daily. Make that a condition of their employment. -Hire a Manager that is present more than not, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. -Set goals (with rewards) for staff to pump out orders accurately and quickly, without sacrificing quality and service. -Train/educate your staff on how to use (and promote) your Rewards program, particularly at the register. -Re-org your interior. No one can tell who's in line vs who's waiting. (We get it, but most of your customers don't.). The layout was better years ago before you remodeled. You've got to create a better queue system which will eliminate initial customer frustration. There ya go; do with the aforementioned what you want. Today was definitely our last visit to this location. (And to Robert B "Business Manager"... quit telling people to go the Noah's "Contact" webpage and fill out a form... firstly, no one wants to do more work and, secondly, why don't YOU cut and paste the comments here in Yelp and submit them yourself? That kind of apathy in directing people to fill out some stupid form is EXACTLY the point. Geez.) read more

I made an order on line a day ahead for 2 dozen blueberry bagels to be picked up at 1 PM. When I went in to pick them up they told me they didn't have any blueberry left because it was too late in the day and they were all sold out. Why wouldn't you make extra or put them aside for for an online order? What kind of service is this?? He told me to come back tomorrow. I took the option of getting my money back instead. The time before this order I also ordered the same thing and they had 1 dozen ready and had to come back the next day to get the other dozen. Two trips that's ridiculous.
