She has been in the chocolate industry since 2005 and her business is locally based even if focusing in Peruvian cocoa to craft her different offerings. Her motto is "connecting people through chocolate" and she is all about organic, renewable energy and Eco-friendliness:) After she informed that many of her creations can be found at Jimbo's and other local markets, I am going to check for this brand at the dessert aisles and who knows if I will then throw a beer-choco pairing party myself!

So no milkshakes or cold desserts were available in the morning this past Sunday (no worries, Ghirardelli is just a block away). I appreciate the variety of menu items offered here. But they really should communicate online that their gelato's not ready till two hours into the day. If there's one thing that irks me about an establishment, it's failure to communicate appropriately.
