So much great flavor going on here! My wife and I have been here a few times and can't say enough about this great addition to the area! We have had bowls with the pork, steak, and tofu and love all of them. The black garlic vinaigrette and sriracha mayo are our favorite toppers and mix very well with the fresh veggies and other toppings. We also appreciated the great service we received from the owner Kimberly today as she took the time to check on how we enjoyed everything and answer all questions that we had. There is also ample seating between the indoor seating and the open market courtyard. We already loved the atmosphere at the new River street market and finding this gem has only added to it for us. This place reminds me of a glorified food truck court. You drive into a parking lot and get 45 free minutes before you are charged for parking. I was expecting something else but I was too hungry to search for other options. Nom was like an Asian leaning Chipotle or Cava. I got a tasty bowl with pork but if I returned, I would try a different protein and hope for more flavor. It was basically a DIY $20 salad but it had slightly more interesting ingredients because of the fermented offerings. More fermented toppings would be nice and in more generous proportions because I was still hungry. Located immediately through the entrance of the food hall, it's one of the few places that have a door. No seating inside, but there is seating in the food hall and a lot outside. There was just the 1 worker taking/making orders and it's similar to Cava but with Asian flavors instead of Mediterranean. You can get as many or little ingredients as you'd like for the same price. I ordered the bowl with chicken while my friend tried the steak. (Tofu was an option for vegetarians) They give you many options to choose from including greens, two different kinds of grains, 10 toppings(including fun options like pickled onions, jammy eggs, and sweet corn) and several sauces. The best thing about this restaurant is the quality of the food and the nutritiousness and deliciousness of it. I was very surprised that none of the add-ons were extra even things like avocado and soft, boiled, marinated eggs, or whatever those things were. The black rice was more flavorful and delicious and I looked it up and it is also more nutritious! The girls at the front also told me they don't use seed oils which I appreciate. It's not necessarily cheap, but it is relatively inexpensive especially when compared to the restaurants around and the quality of food they're offering. And a great sitting area right in front. So yummy! I had the beef bowl and I have no idea what all was put in it but it all worked together and was delicious. My daughter is a picky eater and ate a pork and rice bowl with guacamole. The line moved quickly and eventhough we were tight on time we were able to find a table and enjoy our bowls​.
