    3. Rare Beef Pho Soup

9.2/10 Ordered the rare beef pho and spring rolls, absolutely amazing and highly recommend this spot for Vietnamese food! The rare beef pho was packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. The noodles were fresh, not clumpy at all, and very enjoyable to eat. I also asked for extra beef, and they definitely did not skimp on the portions, which was a huge plus. The spring rolls were another standout fresh, tightly rolled, and well-made. My only small criticism is that I wish the peanut sauce had a little more flavor and punch to it. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the service was efficient and the staff stayed friendly and attentive throughout. The ambiance is on the smaller side, but the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back!

Great find while visiting Marina. Casual noodle bar with generous portions. Lots of parking located in a plaza with Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree. Got here at 6:15 on a Sunday and there was a line and crowded with people already eating inside. Put our name on the waitlist and she said about 15 minute wait. We got called for our table within 15 mins! I ordered the regular size 5 Spice Chicken Bowl and a Vietnamese Coffee and hubby ordered the regular size Pho Combination Soup. Lots of variety from the menu. Our server was very nice. Even asked if peanuts were okay in the 5 Spice Chicken? The food was served piping hot and considering it was so crowded; especially lots of to go orders our food came quite fast. Everything was excellent and tasty, clean atmosphere and service is quick and friendly. Nice "hole in the wall" Vietnamese restaurant find for our visit here.

THE BEST PHO FLAVOR! Very good food! The service was a tad bit slow, we weren't introduced when we walked in, stood for a while before being greeted. Once greeted, the server was very kind and helpful. The place was clean. Highly recommend their food!

Great as always (: I always get their chow mein whenever I'm in the area and it hits every time. I like to dowse them in chili oil and it's really good! Their smoothies always hit the spot for me -- especially when it's getting really hot. Service is great as always and the ambiance is nice! It's always packed with customers.

Located in a large plaza with a Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree, there's plenty of parking to be had. We came on Sunday around 11:30am, and there was even a small farmers market on the corner of the lot. The restaurant is tucked away in the far right corner, you have to walk past Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree into a small alleyway/inlet and you'll see it on the back right. Seated immediately, we were handed menus and water quickly. My 4 year old wanted chow mein, but also wanted fried rice. I wanted neither of those options, and since we were on a mini Mommy & Me getaway trip, we couldn't bring back leftovers. So here I am, not sure how I was going to balance out what he wanted vs. sucking it up and eating what he wanted. Then I noticed that every entree came with the choice of white rice or fried rice (no added charge), and you can add extras like chow mein for $3. No way?! A mom's dream come true because then I could treat myself to a traditional pho, score! When my son's plate came, it was a heaping mountain of food. It was wild. It was clear we were in no way able to finish it between the two of us, let alone just him. And we had ordered a regular size (how huge is a large portion?!?! I need to know). While the sweet and sour chicken was a bit on the tougher drier side, the flavor was excellent and definitely added a lot of umami to his noodles and rice below. My pho definitely hit the spot and this makes for a very happy mama. You pay at the cash register in the back, and we were basically in and out within 30 min. My son ate almost all the noodles and a decent amount of rice and chicken, and if you're a mom of a young kid, you will understand how much joy and relief that brings. What a lovely hidden treat on this trip!

Came here for the first time after so many people recommended it and it was good but not the best. The pho broth was flavorful but the spring roll appetizer was flavorless and the peanut sauce was watered down. I would come back for the pho and the service. The staff was really nice and very attentive!

This is how long I was placed on hold by one of the workers at the noodle bar in Marina before I decided to hang up

One of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a restaurant. The posted hours clearly say they close at 8 PM, yet I showed up at 7:23 PM and was told the dining room was already closed and that I could only order takeout. How does that make any sense? If you're no longer seating customers before 8, then your hours need to reflect that instead of misleading people. To make matters worse, on another day I tried calling in a takeout order and was put on hold for over 9 minutes after being asked to please hold. I even posted a photo above showing exactly how long I was left on hold, and no one ever came back to answer the line or take my order. I finally hung up, called back, and it went straight to voicemail by then it was past the cutoff time to order. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If you advertise takeout, answer your phone. If you close your dining room early, be honest about your actual hours. The lack of communication and poor service here is unacceptable.

Simply put -- I'd come again. Came here craving noodles and ended up really enjoying the boba and wings too. My partner and I were seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon, which was a nice start. The ambiance is casual and relaxed -- nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and perfect for a laid-back meal. I ordered the BBQ pork and shrimp vermicelli noodles plus the spicy chicken wings as an appetizer -- both were delicious. Honestly, I would've ordered another round of wings if my noodles hadn't come out so fast. The vermicelli bowl was packed with flavor, and I really loved the sauces mixed in. My partner's pho was also really good, so that's another win. Plenty of seating for a hole-in-the-wall spot, with lots of parking which is always a plus. Prices felt fair for everything we ordered. And don't sleep on the boba menu -- the drinks were surprisingly good for the area. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Marina and in the mood for noodles!

Great local noodle bar. They were surprisingly busy so i opted to sit at the bar. Great choice to people watch. The food was amazing. I would make the trip for the coffee alone.

Long Long Long WAIT! Not recommended if you are in need of a meal asap. Come ready with patience or go elsewhere. With the good reviews and my daughter craving for pho, I lucked out finding Noodle Bar. The establishment is smaller than I expected and with a cluster of so many patrons, I was confused as to how the process of ordering worked. It looked as though patrons walk up to the registers and place orders vs someone actually coming to the table??? I could be wrong. Unfortunately, we could not wait the 45-50 minute estimated wait time. A neutral 3 stars because we weren't able to actually dine but the crowd sure made it look promising.

The food is always good and piping hot because it was cooked fresh!! The customer service was great they told me about 15 min it will be ready and it was ready in 10 which was awesome. Ambience is always great the restaurant is always clean I never had a bad experience here.

Decided to try this restaurant on a last minute change of plans, I must say I was very happy to have had those change in plans. For starters, it's a small location but filled with great artwork and plenty of seating to fill the place up. I loved the variety of selections from their menu but ultimately went with their Beef Pho. My goodness, it was so flavorful and balanced perfectly with the noodle to meat ratio. We also tried one pork & one veggie egg roll, they were equally as delicious and not too greasy which was perfect. Also decided on a shrimp spring roll, very refreshing and light to balance out the egg rolls. Our server was very kind and even notified when there would be a server change because of lunch breaks, I appreciated that information. I'm not a local to this area but I am very glad to have made the stop here. Whenever I come back, it's a must to eat here again.

Their drinks were yummy and I was pleasantly surprised with their options and quality of ingredients for a non Milk Tea specific establishment. The 2 women working the front were very nice & helpful. They were moving nonstop to take orders, serve tables, ring up guest, clean tables and also make drinks. The restaurant has 10-15 tables for seating and plenty of parking outside. The last point that will keep me coming back is the price. While other restaurants push towards $20 plates, QQ does a great job at keeping the menu affordable for all ages I'm sad I haven't tried this restaurant sooner.

From the moment I walked in, the service began with a bad start. The staff were chatting and joking behind the counter and too distracted to notice me. I ordered a boba drink and pho with brisket. The server returned after another 8 minutes to say they were out of both the boba flavor I wanted and the brisket. After I reordered, the replacement boba arrived extremely sweet -- basically tasted like watered-down sugar syrup with almost no tea flavor.
